Always helpful! They charge a little bit for certain services but they are very helpful and kind!

If it wasnt for the manager Mel going above and beyond to help a complete stranger like me (who wasnt even a customer), Id still be stuck in the Little Caesars parking lot with my car keys, wallet and cell phone locked in my car waiting for family to show up.Mel went above and beyond to help me find and call not one but TWO different locksmiths that were willing to come to me in order to help me get home. Didnt ask for accolades, recognition or money. Didnt try to sell me anything or push me out the door when I asked for help. Hes a real one for sure.People like him are EXTREMELY RARE. I hope he isnt taken for granted by both customers or corporate because these days everyone is out for themselves. I truly appreciate the help and wish him the best luck this year.

Came in to the store today had a great customer experience the young lady helped me with fixing my phone getting back into my Facebook and email I believe her name is Brenda has always been very helpful will continue to come to that location very friendly and great customer service. Went in yesterday and worked with Mel he is the most knowledgeable worker there guy knows everything about the phone specs even the processor names on all the phones he also gave me a deal on my accessories keep this guy around my only complain about the store it’s too cold in there maybe the heater is out I will definitely keep coming here

Walked in the Cricket store on State Road with my own phone and i needed it 2 work 4 my Cricket account and my own sims card because its a Metro Pcs phone and the gentleman behind the counter said he could fix the problem 4 me for $10.00. He fixed the problem 4 me but when i pulled out my bank card and he told me never mind about the charge. I just thought it was kinda crazy that he first said he would charge me but when i pulled out my bank card he changed his mind! Im not sure if he was wanting 2 charge me $10.00 in cash and keep the money. But since i pulled out my card and he would really have 2 actually charge me on the machine. Just a curious customer. They have a new guy there i have never seen before he seems to be the most knowledgeable i have having internet issues with my phone i had made a visit before to this store the previous the employee working at the time seems to not want to help me. I went to 2 different stores to try to fix issue they failed so i decided to give this location another he fixed the issue in less than 2 minutes he had up and running.
