Elliot helped me out today with 3 crazy upgrades. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. And he worked fast! I expected to be there a few hours and got out MUCH faster. Very impressive. I will always go to the Cuyahoga location. 100% recommend!

Spent an hour at the brick and mortar store just trying to return a 5G internet router device that wont even function in our home as promised. The store called tech support, but I literally couldnt understand the Indian woman, so I gave the phone to my husband. He was told he would be emailed an RMA to return the device and the savior was closed. When we got home my husband checked his email, and absolutely NOTHING was attached!! My husband called the store back and he was given ANOTHER number to call. Now, he has been on the phone on hold for 45+ minutes waiting to speak to someone. With this incompetent of tech support, I told my husband I will NEVER under ANY circumstances EVER become a T-Mobile customer at ANY time in the future.

Bought phone yesterday. Tony was very knowledgeable and respectful. Great service, will come again

My husband and I went to this store on a Sunday looking at switching from our old carrier to T-mobile. Katie helped us tremendously with my million questions. We ended up purchasing 2 new phones. On the following Wednesday our phones arrived so we went back up to the store so that they can help us transfer and port all of our numbers (4 lines altogether). This time Patrick helped us. It took forever for our old phones to sync to the new ones and Patrick was very understanding and so nice!!! We are very pleased and happy with our experience here. We will recommend Patrick to anyone that is looking for a new phone!!!

You MUST wear a mask to enter at this time. Friendly and helpful staff. Knowledge about the products the sell and phone plans that are available. The store is clean and well maintained. Lighting is good and displays are easily accessible for trial of the latest phone equipment.

Needed a T-Mobile phone unlocked so I drove to this location and they were unhelpful saying they couldnt do anything. When I called the hotline the representative was able to unlock my phone. The people working in store NEVER TOLD ME THIS. I ALMOST BOUGHT A NEW PHONE BECAUSE OF THEIR STUPIDITY.

Fixed my fone in 2. 1/2 seconds

I had android for 8 years. When I made they switch to Apple they took time to walk me through using my device. I’m happy with the cell service and my service in store. Satisfied with my service.

It appears that all the stores in this area are set up about the same. Came to howe rd location because my usual T Moblie store was not offering the T Mobile Tuesday Home Run Derby hats. Fast service and nice hat

The guy that helped us was extremely helpful and he didnt push any extras to sell us like they normally do.

Overall, I am very disappointed with the transition from Sprint to T-Mobile. I get many dropped calls and about 20% of my texts dont go. They had best get their act together.

I went to the T Mobile on 9/3/19 when I had lost and recovered my phone and Elliot and West took great care of me when I needed a sim card. I will go there for anything that I need going forward. Thanks you went over and beyond when I needed it most.

Cory is a very professional salesman, not pushy, pleasant conversation. Very helpful and asked us to help set up the phone. The place was clean too and had fun music on.

Excellent store with excellent employees. Especially Mr. Cory Brannon. I went in last night with a bit of a weird situation that was very frustrating and patience trying(not because of T-Mobile or Cory at all, purely my fault) however Cory worked with me for maybe 2 hours and remained patient and helpful the whole time. He was upbeat, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic through the whole process and most importantly super helpful. We were able to get everything sorted out and handled about 20 minutes after the store actually closed(on a Friday night) but not once did he show any signs of aggravation or being ready to leave. I appreciate his patience and help and would definitely recommend him if you need help with any T-Mobile related issues.

I do not recommend they’re service at all! once i payed my phone off my bills started going from 70$ a month to 106$ 108$ 103$ each month an they seem to not be able to tell me why. i’m changing carriers ASAP

Nice people, but every single thing they have told me has been a lie. The service is not good. The upgrade policies are BS. I wanted to buy some phones outright but they made me finance them and told me why it was a good idea and it was all bs.

Always a great experience here no matter what the visit is for. I usually can recognize workers from previous visits and they understand Im there to get in and out quickly. The only T-Mobile store I go to.

T-Mobile has all but taken away their lease program making everyone put a down payment on the popular phones. Which makes NO sense when you are leasing it.

Ive been going here since it first opened. The customer service was awesome but I recently visited this past Friday and in my opinion I experienced a bit of prejudice. The person that helped me was a male and his name is Tony. He didnt even seem like he wanted to help me because I am African American. And the supervisor didnt seem to friendly either.

All I have to say is Leland was awesome. I cant vouch for the service (Ive only had it for a few days) but so far so good and the customer service was superb.

I love the workers here. They are always upbeat and nice and so fun to be around.

I brought in a gps childrens watch (that you can text and call) in that was not a tmobile product hoping that they could help me activate it. I bought it from an ad on Facebook and it ended up being junk. James Grimes was so patient. He spent a lot of time trying everything he could to get the darn thing to work. In the end it did not work out but i was very impressed. Luckily we happened to get in on a saturday afternoon when they were not busy at all.
