On 1/31/21 I had Carmen at this location help me transfer/set up my new phone which I had purchased at the Lemmon and Inwood store earlier in the week. They told me they couldnt transfer data.. I have no idea how to transfer the data.I cant give Miss Carmen enough thanks and praise for spending the time she did to get it done! She NEVER gave up.. it wasnt an easy transfer. She called tech support to get the job done!Whoever is this young ladies supervisor or boss should be proud to have her as an employee!!She more than has the ability to be a great Supervisor or manager of any Verizon store!!Dedicated people as Miss Carmen dont come easy in the world today!!She deserves more than a pat on the back!Shes an asset to that store!! Needed a phone unlocked, was told by the manager if I purchased service for X months the phone would unlock. Followed his direction, to the T; phone didnt unlock. Went to the store after the time period; customer service informed me to either get a refund of the months, or credit to my account for the managers error. He refused by saying he couldnt, even though Verizon said they needed to.Simply not a good business, because they both do not know policy, nor honor what the corporation said what should have been a resolution. I do not recommend this business; an the one star is well deserved.

My old iPhone 6s decided to die on me for good while visiting Dallas. Went into Verizon in about an hour I was leaving the store with a new iPhone SE, completely set up, fully restored from iCloud, virtually indistinguishable from my old phone (other than the new one actually works). Mike was *extremely* helpful and very patient with using iCloud restore to set up my new phone just like my old one.On another note, I was genuinely impressed by Mikes resourcefulness and ability to help multiple customers (in multiple different languages!) at the same time. At one point it was pretty busy and he was answering the phone, helping set up my phone, and helping another customer in store and was giving 100% service to everyone. Everybody got quick service, everybody felt valued as a customer, and everyone was happy. It was truly quite remarkable.In business in general quality employees are hard to come by, Mike is the definition of what a dedicated, quality employee does to truly help people. Represents this location and Verizon well - should keep him around at all costs!Hands down the best Verizon location Ive been to. Very happy customer.

Come by this store they will help you out with what ever you need this store takes security to a whole new level so your account can be safe and free from fraudulent customers !! If needing a specific device once you inside the store and fully verified with your ID they will work with you by trying there best to get the device you are needing !! They also speak fluent spanish and english :)

Today I came into Verizon completely frustrated with mobile service in general. For months I have experienced poor reception, dropped calls and poor customer service to boot, when I called Sprint about my concerns.At that point I decided to switch carriers. My sister recommended T-Mobile. I was so exited only to find that the service, based on my experience for the 5 days that I had it, was not much better than the service I had. For the record I do not post my experience lightly. I had been with Sprint for several years. I did not want to switch. However, I was not getting what I was paying for.I was driving down the street and saw a Verizon store. I pulled in and googled Verizon plans, service and customer service. I decided to go in and see what they had to say.Juan and Aldo greeted me immediately and asked how they could help me. I explained my frustrations. Both of them listened sincerely. When I was done Juan asked me a couple of questions about my expectations and needs from a service provider. From there he began sharing plan details with me and why the particular plan would benefit me. In a nutshell, I had the most wonderful customer service experience. These guys are professional, knowledgeable about their product, and personable. I left feeling confident that I have exactly what I need from a service plan and I cannot wait to drive down the freeway and not drop calls along the way.

Came in today to switch from Sprint to Verizon Wireless ! Had a great experience with the manager Sal, and the Mobile Expert Rod! Been with Sprint for 10 years, so happy I finally joined Verizon Wireless, they are saving me a lot of money!! This Sunnyvale location is the best store ever!

Erik and Aldo were very helpful, and very sincere. Its not the biggest store, but one of the best service you have in that area. I came into the Version store located on Illinois andHampton on Tuesday November 20th and received excellent customer service from the sales associate Erick. He made my vist easy, efficient and very quick. The two mangers were very helpful and pleasant as well Aldo and Chris thanks guys. I then returned back to the same store on black Friday and Erick took care of me again. He greeted me and was very pleasant and efficient in the same manner of my first visit,. A very special thanks to Erick and his manager Aldo who went over and above tracking down a phone for me. I love consistency in customer service so hats off to you guys and keep up the good work.

I normally dont write reviews however I must share my experience while at this location last night. First let me say both Austin and Carrie handled themselves with dignity and respect for Verizon. Customer comes in upset being disrespectful to Austin and Carrie due to her services being off. The way they deescalated the situation all while taking care of my needs was mind blowing. If I could give you more than 5 stars I would because they both deserve it. I will make this location home when it comes to all of my Verizon needs. Thanks for all your help yesterday.

Eric was super helpful. We went in to switch service providers and he went out of his was to ensure we had the most smooth experience possible. When he encountered problems secondary to the system going down on the corporate end he did everything possible to ensure our transition to Verizon would be finalized. You always hear bad things about switching providers but Eric made the whole process a walk in the park. All the while the man was handling various customers with various problems. A great multitasker and a great asset to your corporation. Give the man a raise he deserves it after what I witnessed today.

He broke down our new price plan which saved us almost $200 a month. He was honest and made the whole family laugh.
