My wife and I came into the T-Mobile at Dallas Galleria and was helped by Sean. Wow! This young man is an outstanding customer service representative for the store! He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, helpful, and patient! Sean help my wife and I purchase the new Apple Watch Series 6. It was an excellent experience, for both my wife and I. Sean represented the company very well! It was definitely a pleasure to have Sean help us!

I was very satisfied when I went, Jane helped me out going above and beyond to get me taken care of. I was frustrated from being on the phone with customer service trying to resolve my issue. I happened to be at the mall and decided to stop by hoping I can get help and better answers faster than being on the phone over 30 minutes regarding issues with my headphones. To my satisfaction, I was literally in and out. I Highly recommend this location. Thank you again Jane.

Horrible service no one greeted me they just stood in corners talking to their friends and having a conversation about everything else but helping me. Once the employee was done talking to his friend he ran to the backroom closing the door saying nothing to me. I walked around the store several times still no one greeted me or asked if I needed help I was simply there to do a sim swap easy task I thought. It was simply belittling for them to pretend like I didnt exist im so frustrated with my experience. Then one guy pants hanging off his butt exposing underwear like I dont want to see that. I expected more from T-Mobile but was left disappointed.

Horrible experience I just bought the new iPhone put my t mobile SIM card it didn’t work I go to the t mobile in galería mall i come in didn’t even get greeted I go in and wait a few minutes until this guy with no character comes up to me and says how can I help I told him my sim isn’t working in my new phone he leaves for 10 minutes and comes back just to tell me he can’t help fully disappointed in this visit today10/3/2021

I went in to T-Mobile because I had a bill issue that was caused from another location. I came in to this store because I was already in the mall and might as well check the issue out. Alex and Taye were awesome in explaining what was going on and getting the issue resolved. They exceeded my expectation and then some. Will definitely come back to this location and work with either of these guys again!!

The staff was unhelpful and rude. Me and my mom were waiting patiently in line for a while. And I know staff could see us as there was only one line. A man came and then cut us in the line. When my mom tried to tell staff, who was a manager of some kind, that we were next they said that we needed to wait out turn. That there was nothing they could do. They needed to help the man in front of them and they did not see us. So we waited additional time and then when it was out turn the staff member had a bit of an attitude, I will say the staff member was able to do what we asked of them when they finally saw us rather quickly but she did not have to be rude to my mom.

Surely help me and my husband exactly one year ago and she transfer to another store. It feels great to have her back in this location. The sweetest manager in T-Mobile

Going to this store location really saved a customer. I went from wanting to leave tmobile to adding another line and buying a new phone. All because of Fatima and Alex. They went beyond the call of duty. Being patient and understanding as well as explaining in detail everything to me. They are the epitome of Customer Service and 5 Star Service!!

Came in last week to start a new phone service and get a new phone with T-Mobile. Mikayla helped me with everything, she was super friendly, she did a great job helping me out with transferring everything over to my new phone. She broke down the monthly cost of the services I picked, she told me it would only be $74 a month for my monthly bill. But on my T-Mobile bill online says I owe $92 for the month when I pay in July. Ive tried calling the store literally ALL day today and previously days, more than 10 times over the day and I cant not get through to speak to anyone. I would like to speak with MiKayla and ask why my bill is now showing $92 when she specifically told me $74. Very frustrating its so difficult to get a hold of someone to help. Looks like Im going to have to drive 25 mins to the store to get some answers..

The best TMobile store Ive ever done business with! I have encountered many TMobile associates in the past but Fatima, by far the very best of all. She was very knowledgeable and took excellent care of us. Her customer service skills are top notch and went well above and beyond in ensuring we had a pleasant visit. She set me up with a phone upgrade, line additions, and even kept me updated while we shopped around the mall waiting for my wifes new iphone to finish setting up. Shes absolutely deserves all the kudos and so grateful for her! Excellence all around at this location!

I wish the staff were more knowledgeable regarding the issues. I went to the store twice to get the sim card activated, after waiting for thirty minutes they were unable to do it and told me that they can’t do anything here. However I went to other T mobile store nearby and they did activate my sim within couple of minutes.

In order to leave a review I understand we either satisfy or completely frustrated. On May 11, 2019 I visited this store and at the moment Thalia, sorry if the spelling is incorrect hopefully not, was the Store Sales Rep, extremely attentive and on top of her BS. Today a month after after reviewing the details on my Autopay transaction I discovered that not only I was overcharged but all the Promos selected were not added per selected by the information provided at the Store. After 3 phone calls to Customer Service and 2 visits to the store today, my account was Not Fixed. Ms. Thalia was fired from fraudulent transactions offered to customers, please if you visited the store around those days, check your bill and make sure everything is in order. For NOW my only interest is to create awareness until I get further resolution.The Store Manager is not assuming any responsibility for the mishandling of Ms. Thalia because they are getting protected by your words vs an employee that no longer works with them. Frustrated and Disappointed.

Please dont bother, calling, going or evening think about giving these idiots your business. I called to find out about a particular phone, and the manager whose been there three years with her incompetency, lack of customer service skills, along 100% arrogance, denied that the model i was inquiring about simply doesnt exists. Yet TMobile website and other locations had them in stock. PATHETIC! what waste of a life.

Horrible service. I have OnePlus mobile. Upon buying a sim card, we found it working 2G only. Upon doing some research (while in the store) it turned out that they know that OnePlus works only 2G with T-Mobile. They refused to make a refund. Worst service ever
