Bernard is a very irresponsible person. I would not even give him one star if it was possible. It has been a month and he has not been able to complete the job. He doesnt answer his phone or text for a week and when I ask him to let me know if he cant do his job and I would go with someone else then he says he will do it the next day and then again he doesnt show up or answer his phone or text. Very incompetent person. Horrible experience.

Douglas Systems did such an amazing job installing for me!! I’ve had them out twice now and am glad I did not go with anyone else! They went above and beyond to ensure the job was done quickly and correctly. Professional work, courteous and well-mannered installers, fair pricing.It was a pleasure doing business with them and I will continue to call them for any and all installation needs. Bernard did a great job at our house. He removed an old TV and an old mount and very carefully installed a new mount and a new TV. He then took the old TV and the old mount and installed the old TV on the old mount in a different room. He then hauled away a very large old TV . He did all of this in one visit at a very fair price. He was also a true gentleman that appreciates veterans.

Bernard fit us in late on a Friday night to install two TVs: a 75 and a 55. Very professional and polite, provided great tips on how to improve my TV audio and helped diagnose a network issue. Would definitely call again.

Bernard was running a bit late the day of the install but boy was it worth the wait. Very personable and professional. The install went great and price was reasonable. He mounted the TV with all wires and even the DirecTV box hidden. I just wish we had known about Bernard before we had our other TVS INSTALLED .

Bernard Douglas did such a fantastic job on mounting my TV today. From beginning to end the service was exceptional and very professional. What I appreciated the most was the fact that he notified me that he was on his way, arrived on time, worked quickly in a timely manner, cleaned up after himself, and stayed to make sure the TV actually turned on before leaving. Also, as a young female who lives by herself, I felt really comfortable with him being in my home. I am extrememly impressed and will definitely be calling him again to mount my second TV in my bedroom.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had when it comes to someone coming to my house to conduct a service. Frank showed up on time with a great attitude. You can generally tell he loves what he does and is a perfectionist at his craft, and wouldn’t quit until me and my picky wife was satisfied.

I would give more stars if I could. Bernard did a awesome job installing our tv mount over our fireplace. It looks great, will definitely call him again when we get ready to have our other TVs hung on the walls.

Bernard was amazing. He came to install speakers in our ceiling. While he was there he also helped us fix our security system because it would not stop beeping. He was great to talk to and did an excellent, fast job installing our speakers. The next morning I texted him at 7 am because we had problems installing our ceiling fan. He was able to come back our within 4 hours and did it at a reasonable price. We really liked him and highly recommend him for all your needs. We will definitely call him in the future!

OMG. This company is fabulous. I was able to have the owner Bernard Douglas come out to my church for a special project we had for a 1 year memorial service for our Late Pastor. He saw our need / urgency and fit me into his schedule. He was my 3rd bid/quote of which he was the only company I had no previous dealings with. I am an addictive shopper of Amazon and thats where I found him, so I figured I couldnt go wrong. I research the company and saw he has rave reviews from verified customers on Amazon and Google. Everyone seemed to love his personality and work. I NOW SEE WHY! He is respectful, courteous and makes you feel no job is too big or small. Bernard, You Saved the DAY!!!! His prices are beyond reasonable. He gets a 10 in professionalism. He hung our projector in the sanctuary, ran the cables through the attic and into the wall I desired (not the wall he felt was the easiest to access). He will leave your home/facility clean and ready for you to enjoy your new enhancements. Ill forever use Bernard and Douglas Systems.

I was relying on a professional TV mounting company to get my TV on the wall in my new home. I somehow got it down in order to move but I just could not get it back up there without it being crooked or loose. This company was a big help!! Best thing is - they did it correctly!
