Ive been driving to Emergency Ice to pick up dry ice for chemo cold capping. While this hasnt been a fun time, the gals at Emergency Ice have been so supportive and accommodating. Both Laurie and Sonya are always kind even though they seem to be the ultimate multi taskers, coordinating phone calls, deliveries, and pickups. Cant even imagine running a business when everything is an emergency and perishable. Still, they always have an inspiring and uplifting comment, and I am truly grateful for their support during this journey. Emergency Ice is amazing!

I have had varying experiences with this company and I checked the phone number to be sure I was referencing the right location. I wont say anything about the drivers, but on multiple occurrences Ive called to request an ice delivery after running low and have had the worst experience with who ever it is that answers the phone. Shes rude and inpatient, she interrupts so to not let you get the complete sentence out. Its really is a shame that every driver I have had the pleasure of meeting had been absolutely pleasant, but the person sitting behind that desk expected to show some customer appreciation fails miserably. She has failed so bad so often Im currently looking for another vendor to satisfy my ice needs. Perfect example of how one bad apple cab ruin the bunch.

Cdl drivers do not apply to this corrupt backwards company they have trainers with only driver licences to train experience cdl drivers with far more driving experience then they lie about how they train you and your production i would of not gave no stars but i was force to. All cdl drivers stay away from this company Thank god i was able to find a job that has common sense and treats drivers with experience far better and right without lieing on them cld drivers stay way from there dallas location do not apply! I have been buying 80 lbs. of dry ice for my daughters chemo cold cap usage the past few months. The company, Chemo Cold Caps gave us your company name and address. I just wanted to tell you what a good service Emergency Ice is providing to the cancer patients who are going through chemo and trying to preserve their hair at the same time.My daughter is 37 with 3 small children. She didnt want to scare her children with the word cancer. The eldest, being 8 might have been alarmed. The younger ones wouldnt know what the word was. So, to be able to keep her hair was key to keeping them unaware.Emergency Ices price cut for cancer patients is a blessing. I had no idea of the regular price of $1.75 a pound versus the .30 cents a pound until I was asked if this was for someone going through chemo. When I learned of the price reduction, I was so thankful. I just wanted to let Emergency Ice know that their generosity is not going unnoticed.I believe the Chemo Cold Caps have reduced my daughters hair loss by 85%. Thankfully, Emergency Ice is part of that success.

I use emergency ice at my place of business when our ice machine goes down. The people who answers the phone are friendly and ready to help.The drivers come quick and will put the ice where ever you want it. I recommend this place to who ever needs ice

Fast and reliable service I ordered ice for my restaurant and didn’t know how much I needed when driver arrived he was very helpful put ice in all of our bar wells and ice machines even topped off our soda machine he was very fast he was in and out in less than 20 minutes which was amazing because I purchased 1000 pounds of ice will be using these guys again!

My freezer went out I searched all over Dallas for dry ice and couldn’t find it anywhere I called emergency ice and they had plenty in stock when I arrived I didn’t know what I needed because I had never been in this situation the gentleman on the dock was very helpful let me know exactly what I needed bagged it up for me and even loaded it in my car told me how to handle the product and everything will be using them again forsure

I needed some ice delivered to the restaurant and decided to look online for a company to do so. I came across Emergency Ice and decided to go with them based on their reviews. I regretted my decision on this after couple of calls with them. When I first called, I was told the minimum order for the restaurant would be 40 bags of 20lbs ice at $5 per bag and theyd try to have the ice delivered within 30 minutes to an hour. When I called back again to place the order, I was told each bag is actually $5.50 per bag versus $5 per bag. Not sure what changed in price within 10 minutes but I had to place an order anyways. I ended up placing an order of 100 bags and had to repeat myself a few times for the information asked for the order. I requested the ice to be delivered by 10am the next day and was told they need an hour time frame. Itll be delivered either 9-10am or 10-11am, I decided on 10-11am. I get a call from the restaurant the next day, which happens to be today at 10:52am telling me the ice have not been delivered. I called Emergency Ice to get a status of my order. At first they were not able to locate my order, then I was told the driver have one more stop before the restaurant. I asked for a time frame and was not given one but soon. I asked if itll be there in the next 30 minutes and was told they cannot guarantee it. I called the restaurant back at 11:38am to see if the ice have been delivered and they have not still. I called Emergency Ice back once again on it and was again told it would be there soon. They said the driver have been out for awhile now and should be there any minute. Both times Ive called they did not seem to care that they were running behind and could not provide me with an actual reason as to why. The ice finally got delivered at 12:04pm. To say that my first experience with this company was not great at all is an understatement. This is my first and last time doing business with a company who does not seem to care about customer service one bit and cannot keep their words on their service. I hope this does not happen to anyone who decides to have ice delivered by this company. One star is already too much from my experience with this company.

Worse experience ever. Made me waist gas twice driving 40 miles 2days in a row.Told me they had the ice. Then I show up no block ice.... Then the ask me yo comeback tommorow... So I do and, just to be safe I call in advance and ask a second time..... take long drive again....and at what do you know they say they have no ice blocks again..... after I called asked and they verified..Very unprofessional and VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INVENTORY METHODS
