I wish I had known about this place 4 weeks ago. I needed many cleaning items and tools for a warehouse that I refurbished. Since I was not aware of JW, I went to home depot and paid a much higher price. The cashier was very helpful and informative of hot deal specials. They have a huge variety of cleaning chemicals, mops etc. Also bag liners for trash cans As well as trash cans and soap dispensers. I would recommend this store 100%.

I am been customer for several years at Janitors World and Cristina, Adriana, Carlos and Luis have completely knowledge of all the products for the cleaning service, also Peter in the repair area always do excellent service, I am happy with them all the time and is always a pleasure to stop there with them any time . Forgot to mention Daniel, is the most new there but also never have a problem asking him for a product I am looking for .

Some of you probably seen my comment and I think it was just a teeny offensive but these guys made me lose $700 all they had to do is check the machine and they didn’t even do that they just pick something out of the blues I guess I personally will not go back but I guess other people are happy with these people I’m not one of them

Worst Customer service ever! Nobody knows anything about the business

Absolutely the worst customer service! Out of stock on multiple things, one being toy brooms! Really a janitor supply house and they have no stock on brooms! Employees very rude and non helpful! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Bought a Sanitaire vacuum 3 weeks ago and paid $170. I wasnt able to bring it last week since I was out of town. No returns after 14 days... That is their policy... I have been buying a lot of my cleaning supplies for over 3 years. Vacuum bags get loose during vacuuming in front of a client and almost lost the client. I bought this vacuum just to clean houses only and I would not recommend this vacuum or buy a product from Janitors World in Dallas unless you know it not going to break down in less than 14 days. manager/she wouldnt return the vacuum and I even asked for a different vacuum since I needed another one and sd cant. I was trying to find a middle grou d but she sd that her maintenance person would need to look at it and it could be 2 days. I not sure if everyone has 2 days on hold for a vacuum for current jobs. Well it is what is... No longer buying here again.... Lesson learned the hard way... just cost me $170... I know for a fact that if I bought a vacuum from Oreck I wouldnt have this issue with management. I traveled over 45 minutes to buy supplies here but No Longer.
