The screen I received broke like two days later from it being taped by another phone. Theres no way the whole screen should be black I have to go back when I get a chance to find out why. (Real iphone screens dont go out that easily)

I took my phone in there with a cracked screen paid to have the screen replaced worked fine for about 30 minutes then the screen started to flicker and scroll on its on so I took it back he fixed it because they have a 30 day warranty got it fixed worked great for about a week now not only will my screen not work it looks like there is a busted ink pen inside my screen and not useable at all my phone was in better shape when I took it in for my cracked screen wouldn’t recommend. Poor quality

I cant say enough good things about the customer service delivered by Alex...she is AMAZING. Id already tried to have my phone repaired at a different/larger store in Chattanooga. It didnt work. After reviewing ratings on these Cellairis stores, I drove to Dalton to see Alex. Not only did she spend more time with me and properly diagnose the problem, since it was a software issue, she didnt even charge me for the time (almost 1-hour) she spent working on my phone. I also observed her with several other customers while I was waiting. FOLKS, its NOT a show. The reviews are spot-on...Alex is everything youre reading about. You need to go see her...let her take care of you and show you what real customer service looks like.

Went in to see about getting my iPhone fixed. Honestly the service was awesome, quick and gave me a deal. Ricky was friendly fixed my phone right there on the on the spot. Didn’t have to leave it there or he goes to the back room to fix. No, right there in front of you and super quick. Ricky, aka Ricky bobby, was one hell of a phone repairer. He actually let my wife and I watch and he explained a lot while we watched to insure the best use out of the phone. *Updated Review*Great service and speed - they fixed my screen in about 20min, but now it doesnt work the same. The keypad wont type letters, sometimes I cant swipe to change screens or just open the phone. Luckily, Ill get an upgrade soon, but I would go somewhere else in the future. Ive had my screen repaired at other shops and its worked exactly the same, so this is definitely not normal.

AMAZING. My iPhone 6 Plus was literally in shambles. Seriously. The screen was ripped out from the phone and shattered in a million pieces. I was told it was beyond repair & couldn’t be fixed by a different tech...So I called all the local cell phone repair shops for prices and they estimated a good $50+ more than what Ricky charged me. He fixed it right in front of me in 15 min for half the price that I would have paid anywhere else. Highly recommend!! I’d give him 10 stars if that was possible...
