Cricket has the best service plans and I have been a loyal customer for over 12 years now. Arizona, Georgia and throughout the Country, I never have an issue with my service. There can be some long lines, depending on where you go, and may take a while when you first go there to activate service, but I have no complaints. There prices have gone up a little over the years, but you get discounts when you add lines to your plan.

Great phone service will give 5stars to that and amazing prices on phone plans and great leasing options that are wonderful for getting a phone and making payments on it but they had bad customer service was really rude to my husband when we came into upgrade told us we could leave earlier that day with the phone we wanted using the leasing option because it was instock in the back and said we could take it home Same day . So we came back to get it then told us they had to order it even tho they had the phone in the back and told us they had in in stock again and when we said that they told us earlier that we could take the phone home same day they said no we could not take the phone home same day and that they had to order it and was rude about it but we decided to go ahead and ordered the phone but next time don’t tell a customer we can take the phone home same day and that no be so... thank you

Dont touch the phones it makes a really loud alarm....I learned that the hard way

Went in to upgrade one of the phones on my plan, the phone my wife wanted was instock and the sales associate was knowledgeable with the Samsung phones we were looking at. We upgraded her phone and purchased a new phone/plan for my dad. We now have 7 lines active. The only thing I dislike is the $25 activation/upgrade fee you are charged everytime you change phones.
