If you want good service dont go here.These kids that work here dont want.to help you and if you are Caucasian you are discriminated against. We went to spectrum got three new phones and unlimited on everything cheaper than Verizon. I emailed CEO of the company to inform him of our very bad service and he didnt care enough to get back with me instead he got his goofy under guy to call. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH SPECTRUM ! I will do without a cell phone before I go back to these crooks !

Tried to call the store directly to see if they had what I needed before going over there. This does not seem possible as the call to the local number is directed to. corporate. They just lost a customer… the word SERVICE had been removed from customer service these days. Luckily their competition accross the street answered their phone and had what I needed…

Dont go here!!! The kids working there just take advantage of you. Sold us phones we cant figure out how to use, refused to help us with them because it was about there lunch time. Sold us a charging station and stuff we didnt even want or need but claimed it was the only way to go. We even went back in a second time for them to make it right but they had no desire. Now we have phones we cant use lost all our contacts, pictures and everything zero cares given. Taking advantage of older people really shows what kind of people they truly are. Oh they break screen protectors putting them on then tell you dont worry buy a case itll cover the Crack. Just stear clear of this place

I went in the store to purchase a new iPad and I spoke with Elvis asked him what I had to do to hook it up he proceeded to tell me that I had to pay for an extra line $15 a month I can get one gig but it wouldn’t be attached to my plan so they would only be one gig attached to my my iPad and in order for me to get past that I would have to get unlimited data use. I called the telephone line found out that I only had to pay $10 a month for the line he gave me an extra two gig is a promotion sold me the product and I was able to walk out of there with a $30 extra month if I had gone with Elvis it would’ve cost me $200 a month so if you’re a manager and you’d like to get this taken off of your Google Google review please call me and I’ll be happy to talk to you about it. I was very disappointed in that salesman

Horrible experience at this location x2.It felt like we werent going to even be allowed in the store initially. There were NO customers in the store when we arrived. We had to wait outside the door until a worker came to greet us but instead of inviting us in questioned us as to why we were there today while he had us wait outside the store. He finally offered for us to come in but stated that if one other customer came in one of us would have to wait outside the store. Like I mentioned, we were the only 2 people besides the 3 workers we could see and we are married!The customer assistance is substandard as compared to the Cellular Sales Verizon store in Dalton on E. Walnut. Today we left the W. Walnut store which offered absolutely NO options to assist with a phone issue and received excellent customer service and assistance at the store on E. Walnut. Not certain how Verizon can have one option at one location and NO option at another. Hummm, wonder if the store on W. Walnut really wants any business.

Imagine having a verizon phone number that doesnt work and going into the store begging for help to only be told you have to call the 1800 number even though your phone cant make calls. I have spent more time calling to have this phone fixed than I have gotten to use it. 0/10 SOL because of Covid.

This is not an authorized Verizon store if you purchase something and it does not work they will not exchange it or give you a refund you are forced to go through manufacture absolutely absurd every store has some kind of a return policy would never deal with again. Do yourself a favor travel a little further down Walnut Avenue to an authorized dealer.

Wouldn’t recommend this location. The wait was excessive and then when I finally got help, they had no idea how to help me. The manger didn’t know enough to help and basically just told me “I don’t know.” When I went to another location they were incredibly helpful and knew exactly how to help and there was no wait at all. Dont even know why Im rating 2 stars but i guess im giving them the benefit of the doubt. It would seem to me that a Verizon store should be interested in helping all potential customers but clearly not. I came in with a brand new device to set up a prepaid account. I needed a sim card and after the rep looked up my device he said it will not work on their service. He suggested I return it and bring in another. (Like it is that simple...) I knew this was false but i did not argue. I went online and the rep informed me my device was compatible, in fact was one of their own devices. She set up my account no problem. So whats the deal? I feel like commission driven sales agents on the floor could try to go the extra mile with new customers. You never know when i might want to upgrade to a flagship phone on one of your plans.

This location had really good service a couple of years ago but that has changed drastically. Customer service may be the worst in town. I was in yesterday with a phone that had gone bad. When I walked in, there was one worker with a customer and the rest were avoiding customers coming in the door. I got the attention of one young man who did answer a few questions, tersely but no effort to engage and help solve the problem. I asked what one of the new phones looked like, he motioned toward the back wall and said they were back there. OK, I thought he would show me which phone was which and answer questions but he turned his back and left me to navigate the array of different models back there. That was the last time that any clerk approached me in that store as I spent about ten minutes trying to find information about the phones back there. As I left the store, a couple of clerks were chatting with each other, another was sitting playing on his phone, another was doing nothing that I could discern, and one with a customer. I dont know what happened at this location but I wont be back and from the attitude of those clerks, they dont care.

I have come into this location a few times and I like dealing with Brian M. He’s a great salesman but they have one manager who isn’t very pleasant to deal with. He looks at me like I’m crazy every time I come into the store. Well I’m sorry if you don’t know what your doing or what your talking about don’t work for Verizon. The other manager is a great guy who will help you but the other one you can tell he’s talking about you to the other associates. And to the other employee who glared at me because I didn’t choose you to purchase my iPad well sorry I like dealing with a certain employee.

The store was fairly busy when I first went, so I had about a five to eight minute wait before a retail agent could work with me. I was a little thrown off because the person who ended up working with me didnt have any identifying markers (Verizon shirt, name tag, etc.). However, he was extremely friendly and the perfect amount of both professional and laid back. He made my transition from AT&T smooth and easy, and assisted me in picking out a new phone. He asked questions and made me feel listened to, and I think he did an excellent job pairing me with my phone. Im writing this review on it as we speak, several months into owning it, and this phone is still a perfect fit. This is the first phone Ive ever owned that has gone issue-free for this long.

This reflects my review of the Calhoun Authorized Verizon Dealer in Calhoun, Ga. I have not had any experience at the Dalton Corporate Location. Google feel free to take this down if need be. I saw the address hours after the review.Its a cell phone store. Prices on accessories are higher than the same products you can get elsewhere or online. They did mess my first ever phone experience up because they did not have the color or size in stock. The battery overheated and after calling customer service as well as the store they did replace it but I never got the memory of more than 64gb I originally had. They ordered the wrong gb phone and then refused to fix the problem due to the 14 day policy but wouldnt admit that they were the ones responsible for the whole mess up so I never got my full 14 day experience. I called corporate over 3 times until I reached someone who finally understood what had happened and replaced the phone. Still with 64gb instead of the 100+ gb I had purchased and needed originally. I dont think even now that the phone I have is brand new because upon putting a service to protect against malware found SPRINT program on my Verizon phone! ???? I still dont understand why sprint would have anything to do with this Verizon phone if its brand new like I was told it was. It shows sprint from 2008 which neither this phone Google Pixel 3a XL existed then nor did I have Sprint service on 2008. Weird. It also shows Im active in Tuscaloosa Alabama and gives me recommendations for Alabama or will say my phone is logged on there. Ill never find out these answers and its not worth going through and having to explain over and over again. Not too happy on this first go around but maybe when I upgrade it will be better. Its still better than the other carrier I was with by far and the staff are friendly but I think more worried about their commission than the customer at times. Corporate customer service over the phone helped me more than any of the two stores I went to for help to solve the problem and at least got me a phone that will do for now and doesnt overheat. I think I deserved a brand new phone being it was my first at Verizon on but I have a feeling it is refurbished because of the info that comes up in deep scans etc such as apps that I dont have installed. Like I said.. its a cell phone company authorized dealer here where I live not a corporate store. Not gonna lie, it was a headache. 3 stars for the awesome service of the coverage area. All else needs improvement but isnt as bad as the other competitor/s in the area. These days its hard to trust any cell phone or the company. The guy who finally realized I was right and helped me told me that they dont always help because they do not want to lose commission. I say doing the right thing will always come back as good to you on more than just commission money. Verizon as a provider in general not just a single store experience is excellent and top of the line. Im going on my store experience in this review. Love Google Pixel! Had the 3 but wasnt explained that the 3a XL was larger but a downgrade. Still I cant tell the difference and it has all the bells, whistles, and awesome camera of the of the Flagship 3 XL. Ill ja e this paid off and upgraded in no time. Love the Verizon physical coverage and signal. As far as stores maybe the 2nd time will be better. I am on an account of a person that doesnt have service from Verizon on their phone themselves with Verizon due to their job but got it for me and my spouse as a favor to get us out of the trap of the other provider which kind of refused to let us pay out of our contracts bother over the phone and in the authorized dealer store. As I understand has happened to several of other providers customers. Thats the truth. Go with Verizon for phone service of you are doing contract.

My phone broke over the week. As I am a manager at large business in Dalton, I had to get this issue taken care of quickly. Even though there were a couple of hiccups, Matt was great. This time was not so hot. When we got there and talked to a rep he did not seem to want to help us. He said it would be a a process of 2 to 3 hours. And just gave us directions on paper how to do the procedure. He did change sim cards and activated the phone for us, but when we got home only half of her pics and apps were on her new device.

I went in the corporate Verizon store in Dalton Ga because my facebook would not pull up and a couple of other issues. A salesman at the store worked on my phone for around 2 hours and could not fix it. He then became rude and suggested I change my service to ATT. I called my granddaughter when I left and she suggested I go to the other store in town. I went to Cellular Sales on Walnut Avenue and Alfred Millikan met me holding the door with a smile. I told him my story. He said he would solve my problem. 20 minutes later u am up and running. I will ALWAYS go to Cellular Sales and I will tell my friends and family to go there too. I was very impressed with Alfred. He is My Verizon Guy.

Im an Android person, but my job issues iPhones and iPads. Id been having issues with iOS 12.1 updating on the piece of garbage iPhone. So I took it this version store because I was in Dalton that day and because I work remotely, IT department can be hours away from where Im working. So my iPhone would freeze on the contacts screen and wouldnt let me make calls or select voicemail etc. The first version associate said: well looks like your LED screen is going out, youll need a new phone. The second associate said Id have to get to a PC and download iTunes, hook up my stupid iPhone to it, then download the update to the iPhone. So I took it to IT and within seconds the iPhone was up and operating. IT told me that on iPhones, you gotta hold the home button too when restarting it. I feel like when the Verizon associates asked me if I had restarted it and I told them I had, just seems like pressing the home button too while doing a restart is worth mentioning. They could have asked if I did that.But really it just reaffirmed why Ive been with AT&T since 2003 and Android since the Galaxies came out. If youre looking for great customer service and a better network, go right up the street to the at&t store on the same side of the street. Ive been in there for my personal phone lines and they rock!

Me and my family all came all wanting an upgrade on our phones. No one acknowledged us, not even a hello. We were all in the iPhone section, and with all us four there we were not hard to miss. Standing like idiots for 15 mins and no one said anything to us. A lady holding a baby with her husband came and everyone said hello to her. Then another worker asked if she has been helped, and my family was right next to her and the worker STILL did not acknowledge us or even said a word to us. We came at 6:20pm Friday January 5th 2018 to check the camera and see how your workers did not acknowledge me or my family. Came last year and a guy name Jose helped me, but today no one even took a look at me or my family. Never coming to this place again.

Is there a no stars rating because this store ranks lower than a single star? All this store and its sales associates care about is piling you up with accessories, add ons, or features that will land them a fat pocket!!!! We were lied to, deceived &/or mislead, either way you choose to look at it....and thats just for starters. We were told our 4 phones phone bill would be $320-340/month on the unlimited plan & we were charged more than double that. When we called to discuss our bill, 4 different agents told us they couldnt explain to us why our bill was so high but that those bills were not right. Funny thing is, no one has bothered to find the problem or offer a solution. So do not fall for their sales tactics or sales pitch because you will regret it. My advice is to go find another carrier.

I went in here and bought a $50 charger a couple months back with a 1 year warrenty. It stopped fast charging and I took it back and they gave me another charger. I did not inspect it right there. When I got home it would not charge and I realized some wires were showing so I took it back to be replaced. They would not replace because wires were showing and they would not give me back my other charger that did charge it just did not fast charge. All they would do is SELL me a new $50 charger. What a scam!!!

I have been to this store twice within the last 2 months and both times received TERRIBLE service!! After checking in (with the managers both times!!!) I was ask to please have a short wait of 10-15 minutes. After a 25-30 minute wait each time; I was able to actually speak to one of the customer service associates. Within in 2 minutes of me explaining my issue I was told both times there was nothing they could do to help me. The first time I had just spoken to one of the Business account specialist who told me to go to the store because they could help me with no problem. The second was to file a claim for my busted iPhone. I hate this store and do not recommend anyone to go there for help unless you are gluten for punishment and wish to be disappointed!

Unbelievably rude to customers who dont want to pay for one of their extremely overpriced bundles. Do yourself a favor and order online. The employees at both Verizon stores in Dalton care only about one thing: commission from their sales. If you arent buying the most expensive phone with the most expensive bundle, youre going to be treated poorly, which looks bad not only on the individual stores but also on Verizon itself.
