Great experience. We have been searching for a sectional for weeks for an apartment with an awkward layout. Most are backordered due to pandemic-related shipping delays, and shipping estimates are anywhere from 12-26 weeks! We stumbled upon this store after going to several other big-name store all over the Bay Area and we almost immediately found the perfect sectional. It is very comfortable, high quality, made in California, and we were able to buy the showroom model. It was delivered in less than 24 hours. Delivery service was from a separate company but they were quick and careful, and the sofa arrived wrapped in blankets & shrink wrapped to protect from damage. The price for the quality and materials was very fair. Lee took good care of us. We will be returning!

Great new spot.

We had an excellent experience with the purchase of 2 power recliners from Furniture Innovations. They are very knowledgeable about the products and have a good selection to try out in the showroom. But the most impressive part was after delivery. The delivery company sent 2 guys with no experience assembling these chairs who had problems. The store owners drove from the South Bay to the East Bay on a Friday evening after closing to assemble the chairs themselves and make sure they were working properly. That is exceptional customer service anytime, and truly extraordinary during a pandemic.

The item looked decent, I needed a room set and I thought at this price I had something reliable and sturdy. I was wrong! The middle wood frame cracked in the center and I only weight 150 pounds. Then the back frame was not attached correctly by the workers. So when we went to sit on it . The side board and backboard detached at base. I had to glue it and use a clamp. When I brought it up to the lady who sold it to us. She ignored my concerns! She kept asking me to leave a review. It’s like she was ignoring my concern . I spent 80 for assembly which was a joke . It was so basic, I should of done it myself . A waste money and time . I would like a new bed frame! As for the recliner . It’s not comfortable at all. It’s made more for a child . If your 5’7, 150 it’s still to short.

Excellent place for quality furniture without the price tag of a brand name store; very helpful and friendly owners who know the items on display and don’t push you to make a purchase. Semi helped us pick a writing desk and chair and it was delivered within the week, and we absolutely love it! I’d rate the quality as being comparable to CB2/West Elm but at a more affordable price, faster turnaround on delivery and much better customer service.

I found this place on the internet. But after going into have to say this is the best store and Im bow a customer for life! I had such an amazing experience buying a custom couch that I went back every time i needed a new piece of furniture. The owners have great customer service. They are more interested in making sure you find what you are looking for than making a quick sale. They are highly knowlegeable and honest. easy to work with. They encourage you to take time to think about your choices. I cant say enough good things about this store! They have an amazing floor selection and they also have lots of catalog custom ordses to. Furniture Innovation has excellent customer service, especially Semi she’s friendly. I bought a corner book case from them and when I got home I found one of screws was loose, she came all the way to my place to tighten up. What a service!Thank you Semi. 🙂

Wonderful staff! We went in to find a desk chair and one of the ladies went to the back and brought our many variations based on what we were looking for. Super sweet and helpful. A week later we came back and she remembered us, and what we wanted right away. Another lady helped search for another item online while we waited. Hard to find great services and low prices in this city, so we’ll be back for sure.

I furnished my whole house from this store. Wonderful helpful owners & top quality furniture! Some of their furniture I purchased was very high end from Italy. All the furniture I bought from.this store (when they were in sf) have lasted so far for 11 years! It all still looks brand new. Shop there if you want high quality well made home furnishings. The husband faught in a war for America & now has leukemia. His wife still works there as the owner, so I say support their locally owned business.

Such a wonderful store. The customer service is above and beyond. I loved so many pieces so it was hard to choose but in the end, they helped me find the perfect piece BELOW my budget. I hope more people support these kinds of local stores.

You can get great quality contemporary home furnishings here at reasonable prices. The pieces are better quality and more interesting than big home furnishing stores, but a lot less expensive than boutique stores. Great middle ground IMO!

My experience in shopping at Furniture Innovation is one that is unmatchable. Having flown in a day prior for a specific event, we literally had a list 15 places to connect with and this being the first.First the pricing and inventory at furniture innovation greatly exceeded my expectations. Second the level of quality in the furniture is far beyond what I would assume and similar to that of what you would expect from a higher end furniture brand. Third and most important was the level customer service the team exhibited. From the time we entered the store to the time that we left the area, yes the area, we were given the upmost respect and support from this store/staff.As a person who lived in multiple states and has purchased furniture at various pricing levels this is easily the most pleasant shopping experience I have ever had. Employees are very friendly. I bought a side table, exactly what I wanted. They have a bunch of furniture (couches, beds, dressers, mattresses, lamps, chairs, etc). A nice fake Eames chair Im going back to buy soon.
