He is an absolute asset to this store and the AT&T company. The experience was memorable and seamless from start to finish, and Alberto took the time to really listen to my concerns and explain things to me. Give Alberto a raise!

Glenn was great with his service. However, prior to that, we waited 1 hr and 30 minutes when we were told it was only going to be 15-30 minutes of waiting. If we only knew to make an appointment, maybe our wait would be shorter. I think its better that all services at AT&T should just be strictly appointments to avoid customers/clients to wait unnecessarily long.

We went to the Daly City At@t store and was helped personally by the Manager Dennis and Gian assisted us as well. They were very helpful with our situation because we had a problem from another at&t store the day before and they were able to fix it. I highly recommend this location, Dennis was very knowledgeable and helpful. Gian was also very accommodating and assisted us very well. Our problem was solved very quick!! As the customer, we had to explain the products to the representative. For example, they were not aware of what colors were available for what phones and we the customer had to look at their tablet to explain to them what was available and why. They also continued to pick the wrong product several times, before eventually ordering the proper product but let us know that they had accidentally ordered the incorrect one. However, this proved to be completely incorrect and they had in fact ordered the right one. The whole process was very frustrating and took nearly two hours. The extent of inexperience and lack in knowledge nearly led us to call for another representative.

Upon waiting for a AT&T representative inside store #S137 to address my needs, there was an older gentleman around 70 years of age waiting for someone to address his concerns. Behind me was a younger gentleman at approximately 28 years of age. Store manager Brad asked if the elderly gentleman was being taken care of as the older gentlemen stated no and was asked to wait outside in the hot sun. The younger gentlemen behind me asked the store manager Brad what is the maximum capacity allowed in the store (being that there were several customers and representative moving about in the store ). Store manager Brad did not provide an answer to the customer and told the younger customer to wait outside the store. The younger customer refused to leave the store as store manager Brad got up close to the younger customer at approximately two feet in length and told the younger customer that he refuses to provide service to the younger customer and that if he did not leave the store that he will call the police. This verbal confrontation lasted for approximately 15 minutes as other customers in the store were feeling disturbed and walked out. As my matters were being addressed, it made me feel uncomfortable about the service being provided at this location. Store manager Brad conducted himself in a very unprofessional manner and had no regard to the elderly customer who had to wait outside in the hot sun. I am not certain what the proper protocol is when dealing with clients who are disturbed by this managers behavior. With my observation in this situation Brad was already defensive in body language, tone & response to the younger customer who asked a simple question in which Brad took offense to & instead of de escalating the situation, took it to another level.

Fabian is an amazing customer service individual. Not even talking to their so called manager Jessica did half the job he did (she lacks all the qualities that a manager should hold, please do re train her or have her learn from her colleagues). Fabian truly deserves some recognition for his hard work, customer service, and overall helpful individual. You don’t encounter many that actually do what they say will be done. Jake as a manager helpful and very understanding. Thank you both Fabian and Jake, keep up the amazing work.

AT&T Internet and TV service is top of the line. They took care of everything regarding the activation of my accounts. Several months later, when I had a billing issue, I went to the Serramonte AT&T store and spoke with Emad. He was great. He took the time to fix a billing issue with a successful result. I was very impressed with the careful and attentive service provided at AT&T by Retail Sales Consultant, Benito Jimenez. He quickly took the time to understand why I came in. I was following up regarding warranty on a Pelican case, since one of the rubber flap covers on my case was starting to tear. Benito is excellent and provided some great insights regarding the quality of the case, Pelican case benefits, other quality alternative brand cases and how easy it was to activate the Pelican warranty. If you want to work with an outstanding service partner with great service skills be sure to ask for Benito.

Walk in to the store to upgrade our phone. He took my husband cellphone number and say they will call us once its our turn since its social distancing policy and no one can wait inside the store. We went back to the car and its really raining that night. We have waited for an hour and 15 minutes still no call. We went back to the store and we see a two young ladies standing inside the store and waiting and the same guy saw us again and ask my husbands number and he said we are next and he told us to get out of the store again and well call you . We have gone out of the store but didnt go back to car since its really raining hard. We just stand in front of the store trying to find some cover from the rain. While standing in front of the store the two young lady is still inside waiting. Then the same guy called them and started their appointment. So we went back to inside since theres no one standing inside anymore. so we tried to get inside again since it will be our turn next. The rude guy kick us out again saying we cant stay but how come the two young ladies he let them stay and wait. We were so mad and left.

The authorized retailer AT&T location at Westlake plagued me with issue after issue and I wasnt able to reach the manager for a month and a half even after leaving countless msgs with the employees week after week. Gave up and turned to another store.My problems were fixed on the one visit to this location (Gellert) with no added hassle or headache. Ronn was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He helped resolve the issues and concerns with my account and made up for my ridiculous experience at the Westlake location. I was helped as soon as I got to the store and am extremely satisfied with the customer service I received. Sticking to this store from now on when I have anything I need to resolve.

Literally the worst Ive ever dealt with, both the store and the company. Orders were mixed up, shipped to wrong addresses, and there is no communication between departments. Everything every employee whether in store or on the phone I talked to gave false information and or had no true understanding of the products they were selling. To top it all off the store manager is a true douche canoe who sits in the backon a computer refusing to be of any real help.

Rory was AMAZING! I walked into the store feeling irritated because of my previous visit a few days before. Rory was calm, thorough and knowledgeable about every question my husband and I had. Albert is an awesome representative. He was able to get me in and out quickly. Reviewed my account and offered me some really good promotions. My only issue is with my interaction yesterday. I was told I wasn’t able to switch and tablet to a phone line when in fact you can. I had this completed in a few minutes over the phone. The manager Dennis wasn’t helpful at all. His actions and mannerisms made me feel like I was a nuisance. What was worse is when I explained it is possible he brushed me off. It’s unfortunate that you have great representatives like Alberto but subpar managers like Dennis. Being a sales rep/manager for AT&T for 8 years then becoming a consumer and having to deal with a manager who was unwilling to help because he it was a service rather than a sale is extremely disappointing. The reason why I gave this review a 5 star rather than a one is I don’t want Alberto to pay for his managers mistakes.

Had an ongoing issue for a year, Fabian, jake and Rory were the only ones to take action to help me out. Super professional with everything and went above and beyond to get this issue resolved. Overall they did amazing, the only down fall was one manager whom I believe her name is Jessica, did poorly with help. I was told she would keep me updated with emails but did not receive anything at all and made things get complicated more than they already were. Thanks to the guys for all their help!

So two weeks ago I switch with AT&TSo I have to trade in my phone to the store so the store manager his name is (Jake) he told me you don’t need to wait in line when you gonna come back to trade in the phone.So I went to time’s to do it and every time they told me I have to wait in line for 30 minutes!! But I can’t so I left!So today I want to trade in my phone and I saw the store manager (jake) and he told me you have to wait in line for 30-45 minutes and the way how he said it he was really disrespectful.I don’t know how he became a store manager if he can’t do what he say’s to the customer

My experience was fantastic at the Gellert Blvd AT&T location! Nbeel was amazing! He was so helpful and knowledgeable. Luckily, during my visit I was able to change carriers from T-Mobile to AT&T. Nbeel explained what my plan consisted of and provided a break down of how much I would be paying in store and monthly. He also explained each perk and what my plan has to offer! I was very satisfied with his customer service and would recommend anyone to visit this location! Everyone is friendly and they are there to help you with all your needs! I love AT&T already! :)

I just went and was treated absolutely poorly by the staff, specifically Benito. Not only was he condescending to my mother, but he was also incredibly lazy and unhelpful. He did not provide any information and furthermore acted like a baby when a phone was “thrown at him”. In actuality, it was slid across the table. I hope he gets fired for being incredibly unprofessional and downright disrespectful. Don’t use this store as you won’t get any help as they are doing the absolute bare minimum (it might just be Benito, but if that is allowed, then I can’t expect anything different from the other employees there). After pretending to be helpful a week ago, he went into incompetent mode and acted like an absolute jerk. I will be calling into their corporate group and lodging a formal complaint against this store and employee.

The phone number on Google didnt work (at the time of this posting), but this location is very much open and busy. Theres a nice, cafe-style waiting/lounge area and you can expect to be there a while because theres at least 2 people ahead of you. The tables have outlets to charge up, too. Service was friendly and knowledgeable, but again a bit delayed by the volume of people.
