I would give this place no stars if I could. I had my sons iPhone 6s screen replaced here. After 3 weeks, glue started to come undone at the top of the screen and eventually cracked before I had time to bring it back.I went back to Phone Depot in Serramonte Mall and spoke to 2 young girls who were eating lunch on the counter. SO UNPROFESSIONAL! 👎I asked one of them if she could redo it or maybe charge me half the original cost? She said, while chewing her food, No, you have to pay full price again. Rather than argue, I said, Never mind.I took the phone to Best Phone Repair where I was planning to take it in the first place. But, since Phone Depot is right next to the food court, it was convenient to have lunch while we waited. Lesson learned here is take the walk to Best Phone Repair where you will receive way better service. And the guy was fixing a phone on his counter...not stuffing his face with food!
