Wonderful people working here who are so cheerful and eager to please their customers! I walked in earlier today and the employee really took the time with me to find things I thought a friend of mine would like. They have a lot of products to choose from and everything is tastefully displayed. They even volunteered to gift wrap my purchase for me! They keep the store very clean and since they’re in the mall there is plenty of parking. Highly recommended!

Went to restock foaming hand soap. Great variety. Nice to be able to walk in and get everything I needed.

I was in this store, and specifically told the sales people I had an allergy to an ingredient and was wondering if they had products without that specific ingredient, so that I could still purchase. Two people( I don’t know how they identify so I won’t assume their pronouns), were very nice. One other person, was extremely rude, said “you don’t have to shop here” and it was very poor customer service, and overall made my shopping experience very saddening.

They have a good variety of items here. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

GOOD SCENTS N SOAP BUT!!! BUT THE MOST ANNOYING THING IS HAVING A LIQUID SOAP PUMP THAT DOESNT GET ALL THE SOAP OUT!!! LEAVES 1/2 UNPUMPABLE, SO I HAVE TO UNSCREW AND POUR IT OUT AND THIS IS SOOOO SLOW.FIX THIS! HOW COULD YOU NOT SEE THE PUMP STRAW IS TOO SHORT?!?

They added registers for the holidays. Many great Christmas gift options.

The staff was extremely nice to both myself, and my family. Dispite all the b.s. about the virus, the staff was very accommodating, and did NOT make us feel like we had the plague. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

Only one cashier, with a long line. Also many of the scents that I enjoy are no longer there & there are so many changes. Its August 3, and Halloween stuff is already out.

I love the store but staff is never around when you need them even tho they are always overstaffed. Staff on floor should be more helpful instead of standing around looking petty
