The BEST Sephora location hands down. The staff here are amazing. If you want a professional and wonderful experience come in and see Kristen. She’s has been helping us the past 3 weeks and everything my wife needs Kristen knows exactly what’s good for her. So far never a disappointing experience yet. Everyone in here are nice and accommodating. Put it this way, there is a Sephora in Albany which is 54 minutes away from us, but I make the 1hr 34 minute drive to this location because I know even if we don’t get Kristen, we’ll still get a great service. Highly recommended!!! Stop in for any of your makeup, and skin care needs. Will be coming back for more stuff.

I had a great and easy trip to Sephora today! I am somewhat of a beginner in the makeup department and just knew I wanted an eyeshadow palette. On the floor, Kristen helped me find the Stoned palette and it was exactly what I was looking for. She was so bright and kind. Additionally, at the register, Taylor was super sweet as well. Thank you to you both!

Professional, clean, with excellent service. Whenever I go here, the staff is courteous and helpful without trying to get you to buy additional unnecessary items. They are also honest about their reviews of their various products based on what you need. As a Sephora enthusiast, I highly recommend this particular location.

Some of the younger staff is unprofessional. They greet you and then stand around socializing and occasionally ask if you are doing OK. I may decline help but they should try to be more business like. They appear to be self involved and just waiting to go out and party. There are other people there who are helpful, but these people need some training in how to show manners in public. The atmosphere is superficial and a turnoff when you want to spend money.

This Sephora is convenient to go to for me, however I have never been pleased with the customer service. I went to exchange a product I got less than 30 days ago-and they state their return policy is 60 days, however I did not have the receipt...when I gave the associate the expensive product-he didnt even attempt to look up my receipt and then told another one of his peers. They both turned me away saying that it needed to be brand new with the receipt. Obvious they did not want to help me-I wasnt even looking to return just exchange!!They were very condescending-...honestly I am sad I have supported this store for as long as I have...

I’m a Sephora Rouge member, and avoid this location as often as possible. The staff at this location make me feel extremely uncomfortable. They follow customers around and talk about them on their microphones. They are bullies! Whenever I need help finding a new product, no one has any idea what they are talking about. I would only recommend visiting this store in an emergency; after you already checked the Sephora website to confirm your desired item is in stock.

Went in search of some professional advice on a new and proper skin care routine including products best suited for my skin type (which I didnt know at the time). While I understand that the employees at sephora are not dermatologists, I feel that the should be an inherent capability to analyze and discuss ideal products. The consultant just picked a few random products and basically pushed me out the door. There was really no consult as is advertised on the sephora website. Unfortunate.

So I walked in Sephora today to see what I wanted to purchase since for my graduation I got 2 gift cards. Then this lady with blond hair (I didn’t’t get her name ) came up to me and asked if I needed help. I told her “no thank you I’m just looking around”. So then she sees that I have the Anastasia brow wiz in my hand and she gives me her advice on a better product just like the brow wiz. Which I thought was nice of her. So I said “ Thank you “ so I keep asking some more questions about benefit products. Then I leave and say I’m going to keep looking but the whole time I felt like she was just on my back observing me as if I was going to steal something. So I clearly told her “I’m just looking around since I have a gift card”. But I still felt her just trying too see if I’m going to grab and go. So I felt extremely uncomfortable so I place the items in my hand back to there original spots then I’m going back to where the benefit items are at and I see that there’s a crowd looking at a product so I have to go around by where the doors are at then turn left, as I’m about to turn left she runs in to me as it startles me and I told her “I’m just going to return this to it’s spot “ and she grabs it from my hand a little rude and she says “I got it”. Basically I felt like I shouldn’t be treated like that and I’m upset because I was NOT going to steal anything. And I should not have been treated like that.

I went to Sephora inside JCPenney 3 times and i had a terrible experience each time. There were 2 girls who were very rude and they kept ignoring me everytime i asked them questions about face masks. They had a free event that day and they were giving a free Kat Von D lipstick to those who attended. When i asked her for my lipstick she said that i have to buy it. I showed her the post that she had right in front of her that said free lipstick and she said she wasnt going to give me a lipstick. I grabbed my phone and I called the corporate office right in front of her. As soon as she heard me talking to them she said these words Miss here is your lipstick, you are right today we are giving a free lipstick and she even gave me my birthday gift a month early. I am a regular customer not to that store but to the other one at the same mall. I wanted to give it a try but i see why they never had customers not even on a free event day.. HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE.IM GOING TO MAKE SURE THIS GOES VIRAL.

I am a long time customer of sephora (vib rouge) but have stopped purchasing from this store months ago for the same problem that came up again today. i have been in many sephoras (including the one in on fifth ave, which im positive has more customers and product) but this is the only one i have been followed around in. i feel harassed. the last four or five times the same employee has followed me around the store and i have overheard her instruct others to keep an eye on me. its not normal having 3 people ask if i need help in five minutes. Ariel or whatever the blond womans name is, makes me feel very uncomfortable shopping there and is why I have started shopping at the ulta on the other side of the mall.

I went into Sephora for the first time not knowing much about makeup at all. Ive used drugstore makeup my whole life and didnt even know what kind of skin I had. Leile started helping me immediately by showing me my color iq and demonstrating how different products would look and feel on my skin. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable and friendly she was and came out of Sephora feeling confident about my new beauty regimen. I would highly recommend this Sephora and Ill definitely be back!
