I went to this Walgreens store for a Covid PCR test on Thur, Aug 12, 2021. I am dismayed that the staff member who checked us in and gave us the testing materials, did not check our IDs but, more than that, he did not give us very specific directions: we could barely hear him saying that we should put the swab up each nostril for 15 secs but nothing about how far up, no help with checking to be sure we were swabbing around for 15 sec each side. I wonder how many false positive test results there are because of poor testing procedures!

We recently moved to the Danbury area and had to move our prescriptions over, too. This Walgreens is the closest to our home but the scathing reviews were really scaring me away. But, I ended up giving it a shot due to the convenience. Well, Im pleased to report that our experience with the pharmacy has been good. I have found the pharmacist and the staff to be kind and accommodating. I sure hope this type of service continues!

The pharmacy at this store is terrible. There always seems to be a problem getting a prescription filled. The excuse is they are busy. That is no excuse. They are rude and need more help if that is the case. My doctor ordered a prescription for an antibiotic at 11:30 A.M.By 4:00 still wasnt ready. Then were only able to fill a partial prescription. With the rest to be ready the next day. Called the next day and they forgot to get the rest of the pills. Now we will see what happens tomorrow.Time for a new pharmacy.

I make a appointment for a covid 19 test for my wife 11 days ago, no results . Bad customer service. I call the place someone told tvey have mo records my wife being there. Waste my ti.e and my wife time.

Pharmacists have no idea how to do their job here..lazy and very rude..call after call after call and they couldnt refill my prescription because they couldnt be bothered making sure they put the correct info on the computer. Wouldnt admit they were wrong but I got it filled on main street in danbury right after dealing with these wackos..no problem! Dont order your meds here!!..especially if its a time sensitive health medication..the walgreens on mainstreet is only 2 miles away from here..go there and save yourself from these imbeciles!

Terrible photo calendar service. I understand they had a large amount of orders, but NO ONE contacted me to inform me my order was delayed. I called multiple times/multiple days and told order would be done today or tomorrow. Finally, I canceled (after waiting 7 days) when once again I was told supplies should be in by tomorrow. Unfortunate and unacceptable.

For the first time in my life, I couldn’t get a refill because the pharmacist couldn’t understand my doctors hand writing. She insisted he wrote 0 refills when it said 2.

I have given this location over a dozen chances to get it right, and they just couldnt! Weve had prescriptions filled incorrectly (prescription said 10 mg and they filled for 100 mg; I even showed them the bottle and the script! - and it still wasnt their fault) and filled and charged to our family, and NOTHING is ever their fault. I had the pharmacist AND the hospital together and NO ONE knew who the doctor was.. but they filled and charged us anyway. Theyve said the prescription would be ready (got a text) got there and they put it back (less than 2 days) but it wasnt their fault - and THEN took 5 hrs to refill it. They must be overwhelmed or something... but again, NOTHING was their fault. So I have found a new place! PLEASE check your prescriptions and dosage!

If I could give less than one star for the pharmacy I would. The new person in charge does a terrible job. You wait there forever and they have a bunch of rude kids working there. After 25 years of doing business there its time to leave

Switched Here From CVS. This Place Is Much Nicer,Cleaner,And Less Long Of A Wait. I Am Glad I Switched To Walgreens.

They DO NOT offer curbside pickup as Google Maps says incorrectly. Even for Covid19. Only drive up prescriptions.

Pharmacy most unorganized with no leader.no communication between any one of them. They would not despence medication even though DR. And insurance giving ok. This lead to a unfortunate situation.

The pharmacist is a jerk has an attitude problem everytime I fill my script theres a problem and they have to confirm with the doctor make me go back and forth two three times

Every time I try to purchase prescription on this store its a problem, they ask you to wait and dont have the prescription, they give a price thats wrong and I have to go to another store and the latest is that the same exactly prescription I found a Target for $110.00 less.
