I never had a bad visit to Journeys. This time around an employee name Mario helped us out and he was very kind and patient. Also love that he wasnt trying to force anything on us. He had a very chill demeanor that made the whole shopping experience pleasant

I have never been to a Journeys,I was referred by a friend. I Have 2 Teens who are very difficult to find or fit shoes comfortably for both of them and their was this young lady there one of the managers and the only worker, who had about 4 other customers in the store and let me just say she handled herself so well. Nor did she neglect me or my children who were very difficult she took her time to realize my situation and accommodate everyone especially us. I had to ask this young lady’s name, I believe its Colleen. I happily purchased 2 pairs of shoes for both my children Just when I was giving up hope. This will be the go to store for me and my children because of the customer services provide by that young lady. You don’t see that anymore when you walk into a place.

They sold me shoes that were worn as well as painted on as well as the wrong size and would not exchange them for a pair that wasn’t worn and my correct size... on top of that they performed most of the exchange got me my new shoes apologized but then told me they couldn’t do the exchange.. never again will I come to journeys in Danbury

The staff is friendly but so overbearing it made us uncomfortable to stay in the store. We made it 3 steps into the store before being stopped by a rep and asked several questions. We said were fine, didnt need help, and then were given an entire breakdown of the store. I get that some things are mandated by the people in charge but 2 other reps followed the first, literally seconds after and just kept at it. We were not left alone long enough to even look at the shelves so we just left.

Great people and service. I went to stride rite before stopping in at journeys for kids and the people there were so rude and not help me with anything and just ignored me and kept talking to their co workers. Im glad i went to journeys they took their time finding the right shoes for my daughter !
