Great store that is one of those diamonds in the rough because they are few and far between. Just remember that it is a European Cut on most of the items so depending upon your fit, you should go a size up. But nevertheless you will find some great additions to add to your respective wardrobes. So if you are if you are in Danbury, stop by the Fair and stop by.

One of my daughters favorite places to shop but no plus sizes but some wide fit shirts. But it would b nice to have one closer to Bridgeport.

Primark really have some nice clothings, shoes, handbags. The cashiers are very pleasant. I got what I went for. The environment is very nice. They have outfit for both men and women. I enjoyed shopping at Primark. Workers was in the store you can talk to and ask any questions, nice store to shop. Prices are very affordable. Nice place to shop.

Omg, this place is amazing. Im sold, they have the style of clothing I like, they always have my size, always have new arrivals. I visit once a month and I always leave with more than I came in for. Their prices are just what Im looking for.

Customer service is great but the reason why I am giving it a 4 is cause this store is busy and sometimes I can’t find my size. I have been to the Primark in Downtown Boston and so I mostly like have compared it to that store which is bias will admit. Lol I do love Primark the quality and price for the clothes are reasonable. I will definitely keep showing their whenever I am at Boston or Danbury.

Great store plenty of great priced clothing. I always find a lot of pieces I can’t find on other places.

Too over crowded. Lines were outragiously long (literally from 3 aisles in the door all the way to the registers) Very uncomfortable trying to shop so we left along with many others

Enjoyable, very reasonable priced. Inexpensive items to round out wardrobe. Large variety, clean and extremely well organized. Fitting room setup is fabulous, love it. Clean, airy, numerous rooms and they hold your bags while in fitting room. Staff was helpful, polite and jovial outfoing. First experience wont be my last.

Primark was very busy everyone turn out to do shopping, looking their favorite fashions in shoes and clothings. Prices are very good, it cannot be better. They are also good things. The workers were very busy as well, you can ask them any questions you want to. The store was busy busy yet the environment was clean. Things was not scattered all over. Nice place. We love shopping here!!! You can find plenty of inexpensive items from clothing to makeup. You have to wear a mask. There is social distancing on line as well as dividers at the registers. It wasnt too crowded either. The employees are friendly and helpful too.

Primark us from England. Its like Forever 21 with the clothes and jewelry and accessories. Clothes range for kids to adults.

We love shopping here for the kids. We also get to splurge a little on ourselves. Prices are amazing for decent quality clothes. Especially when our kids will outgrow them in a few months time. Why spend so much money elsewhere just to end up donating it a few months later. Our go to store for kids clothes and extras.

First time I ever went to a Primark. Staff were friendly and stayed busy to the point an article of clothing I put down was back in its place instantly (Not a problem me and the staff had a laugh over it.) Prices were on point. Staff were friendly. On the way out I had to buy 2 more scarves I didnt notice. Great store.

Very disappointed with this place. I try to return one item today. Im working long hours and was not able to make it in time yesterday to return it. Because Im one day late I could not exchange it. Its not that I asked for a few items just one and spend there over 300 dollars that day. This is wrong and very bad customer service. I live over 1 hour away in one direction so its not just a short drive for me. NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!!!! I will love to talk to someone about this from primark!

Some said you cant have cheap and the best at the same time. Well try this store, You want not believe how cheap and how good quality product they have. Most design so pretty. No wonder why people line up to get in and leave with a full bag of goody.

They had a decent selection of things but the staff were a little unprofessional. Although most were friendly, one encounter stood out as particularly strange. I asked a woman if there were any crop tops and she looked at me, and said Crop tops? Ive never heard of those. Never seen them in my life, I cant help you. At this point I couldnt tell if she was messing with me or not.Anyway, my strange encounter aside, this primark had all the qualities youd expect in one: great prices and quality products.There was quite a considerable wait but as the country slowly starts to reopen these lengthy queues will become more and more common place to protect the customers.

The selection they have at this store is amazing and would totally shop here again. The customer service here is great. I was looking for younger girls sleeping clothes and Mark kindly guided me to them. One thing I will say is that the line to get in was pretty long but I am sure it was because of the states guidelines in how many people enter.

The prices are phenomenal and there is plenty of inventory available in a wide variety of sizes. There is something for everyone in this store. The cashier was efficient, quick and friendly. I love Primark. Now open a location in Central Connecticut please!

Best store I ever been in. Prices as very cheap and the quality of there merchandise is great. No store I ever been in comes close to getting the best deal for your money. On top of it all the customer service is absolutely amazing. Everytime I go in there the employees are so friendly. They always ask if I need help finding anything. Also checking out at the registers they usually are extremely busy but some how move through the lines extremely quickly and still manage to be so friendly and thorough. I highly recommend this store

A very different store, it was my first time here and I got some really good items for a great price for my children.

We took all 3 kids back to school shopping and got absolutely everything we needed including new sheets! Olivia was our check out attendant and she was ammmaaazzzing. The prices are unbeatable, the store is in good order, the staff is friendly.

Always a great store !

I shop here regularly, but find the associates to be ruder with each visit. I couldn’t even view a portion of the children’s section because a group of workers were all standing in front of it, hanging out, drawing and cursing loudly. 1 of them literally made eye contact with me as I was trying to look at the items on the rack she was leaning on, but she wouldn’t budge so I couldn’t grab the right size. Super awkward. I grabbed shoes that were mid-tagged and now I have the wrong size. Cashiers don’t even respond when you say thank you. Terrible place. The one in Boston is great. This place gets worse with each visit.

Mens clothes are pricier than they should be, I think. Womens clothes can be quite a steal! Home items are a tremendous deal. Mens shoes are a deal if you just need a pair for the occasional dress up event. Surprisingly, although the shoes are all synthetic material, they look good and dont fall apart, at all (as you might fear).

Shopped in the UK had to try the one here in the states. Great deals.

My first time at this store, they have great quality products and price, not to be compare w/Forever21, I travelled today from NY around 6pm with my family was at the mall of Danbury CT and there had a warm welcome, you can validate it..The reason of not giving 5 stars is cause a woman who seem to be a supv with a tablet on hands near the make up area told me this: I need you to go to cashier right now, we are closing, I said -ok-. While she stand right at 1 meter away like a cop making sure I walk off, and for a brief second I took the cotton undies I was looking for and quickly join my family. I didnt stop to have her name to do a formal report for her misconduct, in time of this pandemy every personal focus on client and help them get what they need quickly, besides giving profit to the store, No to expulse ppl. Out of the facility! cause its. 7pm. Ive been on the shoes of this supv and I understand her and respect time and will not tolerate it, however she has an opportunity of improvement which is get the cape of supv off and help accordingly like the rest of personal does there.Im certainly coming back and I wish this message get to the right person, cause next time I want to have a happy experience from beggining to end.

Products are great for the price but company needs to improve on customer service and communication skills. Especially on manners, eye contact, spoken word and communicate closing times more accurately and clearly. 1 person ignored me, another ex barked that the gate was closed too bad walk outside around to the garage and a third person finally did it with out much grace but too much familiarity. Can we all show some kindness, respect and maybe some gratitude for having a job???
