Mary Jane is so amazing. She helped me go in and out and she’s extremely patient. As a new customer I’m honestly satisfied with the online and physical customer service. This store is right by my home and nice again, thank you so much Mary Jane for restoring my trust in T-Mobile
Horrible experience.Please train your staff better, or pay better. I left the store with my new phone thinking that everything was done. No data was transferred and also the sim card was no installed in my phone. My screen protector was installed wrong. This girls was more worry to leave on time than provider a good service. What is this people getting pay for? they are not doing their job.Next day I realized about the sim card was missing. Now the costumer have to do/install their own things?? Horrible costumer service. Never coming back to this place.

I would give 0 rating, but unfortunately have to select at least 1 star. What can I say. What they are paid for? Your time doesnt matter, its like a race to see how fast they can get rid of you. Not solve your problem.No one in this store cares about doing their job.Your are an inconvenience to them.

I went here to upgrade my phone. Ive been with Sprint for many years no problem but now they merged with T-Mobile. Lady tells me the promotion had ended already. I showed her the promotion on my Sprint app she say oh it must still be running on Sprint. She inspects my phone and says she cant give me the upgrade because I have a scratch on my screen. I cant see the scratch she is talking about. Either way I have the insurance that covers replacement screen. Still wouldnt do upgrade.I leave the store call Sprint customer service. They say no problem they will upgrade me. Customer service said the T-Mobile stores are giving the Sprint customers a hard time with upgrades.Update I received a message from the supposed owner of this location asking for my contact information. I emailed them back with my contact information .. 3 weeks later still nothing from the supposed owner. I see why the store is so horrible the owner obviously doesnt care either! DEFINITELY NEVER RETURN HERE AND DEFINITELY NEVER RECOMMEND!
I walked in a upset customer because technically I’m a sprint customer and their customer service was very poor. I couldn’t get any where on the phone with them. So I walked in hot already and my man Alonso was able to calm me down and deal with sprint for me. I got my problem resolved and was finally able to relax. My girl friend was upset which made me upset. Alonso was very professional at dealing with a angry customer. I will deffintly be going to this store and buying my next phone from him. Thanks brother

Roxie the manager is horrible!Paid with a debit didn’t want to return the item cash my card was compromised went to a different t mobile they gave me the cash and swapped out the right adapter for me !! 🙄

No acknowledgement when I walked in. One person ahead of me. Waited and left after 2 men walked right up to an employee counter (instead of waiting in back of the line) and started conversing with them. My time is valuable I will take my business elsewhere.

Today my experience at this store was by far the most memorable Ive had at any T-Mobile stores. Leos product knowledge and friendlyness is admirable. I had no idea that store was there, and what a pleasant surprise that was. I highly reccomend this location, and ask for Leo.

In the morning I came to the T-mobile office in Dania beach. There was not a huge queue, as always, since they were always slow and two workers were available . Xavier started talking to me not friendly and nor polite. When I asked to help me include international calls in my plan, he said that he did not know and could not do it. Then I asked the second employee Kobi to help me open this plan which I do regularly and in other T-mobile offices without problems. But the second employee Kobi refused to do it, too, and told me to call 611 .I expressed my dissatisfaction with their work and asked the manager, but they said he was not there now ... their attitude upset me and sporta mood for the whole day ... after that, Kobi began to write a complaint to me on my account. I was shocked by this attitude! I have heard many times that people are not happy with the work of this office in Dania Beach and today I was convinced of this., I’am very sad they spoiling the mood for the whole day ... I ask the guide not to miss my complaint without attention :(
Slow and only two people waiting to talk to someone is a joke. Nowhere to sit other then the floor hot and inconvenient wouldnt come back to this one if I was giving a free phone.

I have been to this store a few times, since it is so close to my house and generally I have gotten good customer service (although it can get crowded and expect long waits). However, I went in there recently to get a sim card for my tablet. The sale representative (I believe his name was Abel?) was very disengaged, constantly on his phone checking Instagram and Facebook while helping me out. Not telling me anything about my options or what the plan would cost me or anything like that. You could really tell that he did not want to be there. Luckily I did my research before and I told him that I wanted the 2GB plan. After returning home though and checking online I noticed that he signed me up for the 6GB plan which is $15 extra a month. Furthermore, while being at the store to get the line added to my account, he scrolled down on the terms and condition on the screen himself and just hit accept on my behalf (pretty sure that is ILLEGAL!?)This is the second time I have dealt with this sales representative and it was the second time that I was absolutely not satisfied. The first time I asked him about my business line with T-mobile and some billing questions and he gave me complete false information, which a customer service representative over the phone straightened out for me (Phone customer service is awesome on T-Mobile!)
