As usual, they have great phone and devices. Too bad the marketing doesnt match with reality. Prices advertised dont match with what you will likely get. 35 or 45 per month is only with 4 or more lines and meeting all the other conditions. I feel a bit like a fish who just had the bait switched.
The young lady that greeted me at the door was very, very nice and helpful. She asked how could she help me and I told her. She asked for my ID to make sure that the phone belong to me. It wasnt long before shed upgrade my phone to unlimited data. I was thankful for her help. She had long twisted braids, and a support boot on her right foot. I for got to ask he, her name. My bad lol.
Went in to upgrade my phone and my husband’s. We were helped by John and I 100% recommend walking in and asking for him because the experience was hands down one of the best customer service experience we had in a long time. He made sure I understood every step of the process and even went above and beyond to make sure he was meeting our needs. I rarely find myself writing such a great review, I’ve worked in customer service for 8 years now and my standards on customer service are pretty high and not very often met in my day to day life. But John met these standards and I left the store on a happy note. He deserves a raise for putting up with difficult customers every day and overall for helping people leave the store satisfied with what they were looking for.
Walked in with an issue, they fixed it in two minutes, with no issues. Great fast easy service. Waited longer for the store to open due to not knowing when they opened on Sundays. Thats an overlook on my part thoughThe gentleman that helped me understood exactly what was wrong with my phone with minimal information to go on.

Even though they were very busy and I had to wait outside the customer service was phenomenal. Starting with the security personnel who greeted everyone and organized all of the customers waiting said me serviced. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this location
Only two representatives working, the last time I checked this was Verizon not Walmart!
Worst management. Huge brand new location. Maybe 2000sq feet There was one 3 customers inside. We were asked to stay outside for half an hour. Close by restaurants and store are full with people in the restaurant are 50 people without mask. They refused to sell me prepaid phone for 10 min let me outside wait for 40 min.
Wasn’t able to go inside with wife, so she had to wait outside. Upgraded her phone and was told to upload when I got home instead of the employee taking the time and doing it. Now she has lost a lot that was on her old phone that she can’t get back! Any other Verizon store would have made sure all the data went to the new phone like they always have for us!!!
4 people working but only one on the floor everyone else locked up in the back, waited for over 30 minutes before someone came to help
It is the apple 12 preorder day and There was 2 employees in the store. The security person told me there was 3 people in front of me. This is pathetic!! I guess they better hire more people or do a better job staffing for business. This is 4pm in the afternoon.
The employee told me he could not help me and I had to call Asurionwith a warranty defect. Asurion told me they would have to charge me $200 and since Verizon replaced my phone less than month ago, it is still under warranty, Verizon is responsible and it should not cost me anything.
My Verizon Associate on my last visit Chris was amazing; he helped me get my daughter and brother signed-up and squared away!

I understand if they are occupied with other clients, but you should be able to at least acknowledge and welcome customers when they walk into your store. The Verizon Store at Dania Pointe in Dania, FL, was extremely busy when I visited to purchase a BOGO deal on a new phone. The staff was doing their best trying to wait on and accommodate everyone. It was very clear after waiting for some time that they were woefully understaffed. I did stay the duration and Kayla finally completed my purchase. It was clear that the employees were well qualified and knowledgeable, however, not enough of them to go around. The store was well stocked and clean. The lack of staffing is why I gave a 4 rating.
Worst customer services, They will tell tell you everything and never follow up.

I would understand if this was a tmobile store you guys would open at 11. However this is suppose to be a preffered network store, most professional business start at 9 not at 11. Even the sprint stores open at 10.

I spent time with 611 and they helped me more and fixed the problems I was having, the store was a wasted visit. Thank god for the 611 people I would have been stuck with a phone I hated if it wasnt for the 611 staff. This store is a waste if you need any help. Mgr said go on utube if you need help. Not able to assist with my issues after I talk to 1800 customer service on what they have to do to assist me. The refused to help and tell me that Customer service is telling me wrong information on how to assist my issue. It sucks this is a brand new store and the service/sales people are not any good.

Went to this store to exchange iPhone given as a Christmas present for different color. Same everything, just different color. Christmas was yesterday, went today after setting up an appointment and confirming with Verizon call center what process should be like. Never a mention of a restocking fee. Have done this once or twice in past 20 years I have been with Verizon when giving phone as gift but preference was another color. iPhone’s plastic protective film never touched, contents inside box and packaging were mint. Store representative informed me about requirement of a $50 restocking fee of which I thought was unreasonable and unjustified. Asked for manager but was told manager was in a meeting and never presented themself although I believe same manager made an appearance around the store. Had to call Verizon call center from the store for them to credit the restocking fee on next bill that this store charged me for. Lastly, I only went to the store to exchange the iPhone for other color not to assign the new iPhone to the phone line but got home to confirm store representative had already reassigned the line to the new iPhone and left my wife without communication on phone she has been using. Had to call Verizon call center again to correctly assign phone line to current phone so it can work again until I get a chance to transfer all information to new iPhone and then make the switch. What can I say. Don’t like to write negative reviews but I have to share what could have been a good experience that due to lack of customer focus and other controllable factors at the store level turned into a negative experience. It’s a shame that new, nice looking store provides such a mediocre experience. It IS really all about the people.To store management: No need to respond to this review as you have others. Use the time to place more attention and effort to deliver the in-store experience most customers deserve.
Very disappointing. Took my new 8+ IPhone purchased at the Apple Store in to have it activated and was told that it was not compatible with Verizon. I was told to take it back to Apple Store and exchange it for one that had CDMA. Wasted half a day going to Apple Store in Aventura to find out my phone has CDMA? Went to the Verizon Store at Aventura and a really nice woman had my new phone activated in five minutes. I should not have ignored the bad reviews and gone to another store to start with!!

There is a new guy name Marco or something. Kinda of Italian looking. After 12 years with Verison he didnt want to put an a screen cover on my phone because I ordered from Ebay and talked to me very condescending. Over the years everyone else never minded no matter where I purchased. They dont carry most brands after 6 months except Apple covers.
Was lied to by sales associte re cost of two iPhones. I was told that if I renewed my contract the phones would be $400 each but in reality I made monthly payments that totalled $900 each due to fine print in contract. When I called Verizons corporate office they offered no help. Service cancelled, CUSTOMER BEWARE!
This manager is racist, suupost to be the manager she said to me, it was a Saturday, arrows 5:pm they close to 6:PM and I need her to see my phone, something was off and I was needing help...she do not even want me, to go all way in side, she wants just talk with very unwanted attitude, finally she told me....pointed the door ..get out of here, before to call the police.Reason why, I was talking I. Went to Hollywood store to check out pixel 2, I was having problem with keyboard size and I asked for asistance, an employee came over and said you need to buy a bigger phone and walked away. She never came back and the store is not busy, 2 idle employee talking but nofurther offers to help me as I made it around store examining phones.
Fraud department for Verizon is HORRID! When someone tried to create an account with my information, Verizon wanted me to spend hours with them, only wanted me to talk to them after a police report (which you cant file without knowing the city of fraud, which Verizon would not disclose) and wanted copies of documents like my drivers license and proof of residency just to submit a fraud claim. It was disgusting and stressful. Sprint made it easy - about 5 minutes on the phone with someone who was so helpful. I am not sure why Verizon is so incredibly unhelpful and horrid to identity theft victims.
If you want to be agrevated with kids that dont know stuff, I had to ask for a manager 20 minutes until she decided to come out the back to finish setting up the phone
Horrible customer service. Made us wait over 3 hours when trying to do an upgrade. Asked for my old phone back and they said they couldnt return it once the upgrade was done. Had to leave with a phone that was not working properly because their wireless was not working.. This is Verizon right? Ended up getting written directions so I can finish the set up at home on my own because they could not guarantee how much longer I had to wait. Given that we had already spent over an hour when we first arrived going over the upgrade procedure. Then we went to Fridays (iver an hour) because they needed more time to process the upgrade, plus another hour when we returned and still left with an inoperable phone. Never written a review before but this had to be worst customer experience I ever had and no one seem to apologize or care about our issue. Horrible, horrible, horrible
The reps are lovely! The managers on the other hand are -_- Im just being honest... VZW is too expensive and dont offer enough for what you pay for. So Im glad its a pleasure to deal with reps who understand and act like they care!

It is a disco place and not a store. Music is always loud. This place really went sour 😞. Poorly managed..Sales girls are negative and preoccupied with anything else but the customer.

I had gone in to see if I can get an ipad air 2 for my business. Immediately after hearing ipad air 2 the associate just stopped me and told me that its a phased out product and maybe he can find me something from the warehouse. I asked him to check and he comes back and tells me that he did not have any 16gb air 2 anywhere in the warehouses in the US. My only option was to get a 64gb one for $100 more. I informed him that I had priced it out online before I came to the store. He looked away and just said that its not available anymore. He said there wasnt much he can do for a discontinued product and looked disinterested in helping me anymore. I thanked him and left.Went home and went online and bought a 16gb air 2 without a problem.Not only is it a complete waste of time going to the store, where nothing is cheaper but the asociates are blatant liars.Ive worked in retail and this associate had an easy sell with me. I guess I wasnt worth the commission he was going to make with a little effort and instead resorted to lying.I just hope this associate isnt indicative of the rest of the staff at Verizon because despite them buying certain assets of Yahoo, with staff like they have at this store, they arent likely to succeed much further as a company.

Horrible experience I went into a Verizon store at 2910A Oakwood Blvd, Oakwood Plaza, Hollywood, FL 33020.I asked to replace three sim cards on my account. The representative name Venus was not able to replace them,after 45 min of wait time theyd asked me to either call customer service or bring the actual phones when I asked her why and she and another female representative had been rude and un professional! I left the store while they were LAUGHING.
