AMAZING! They were able to fix what the “geniuses” at Apple weren’t able to! Took my phone to Apple and other shops around Miami Beach, neither of them were able to fix it - they all suggested the phone was dead and my only option was to replace it. I recommend going here before taking your phone to the Apple store or anywhere else for real diagnostics and service.

If you look for fast good qualuty service dont come here. I gave them my phone a week ago they still havent fixed it they told me my phone would be ready on saturday so i paid them and they took my money knowing the guy who fix tge phones dont work on saturday that means you lied to me about my phone being fixed . i asjed for my phone back they dont have it or cant get it . So i told them give me a refund which they did. Moral of the story im going to buy a new phone and if you looking to do buisness at this store i asvised you not too. You will be highly upset just a waste of time go to a real phone shop i try to spend money with local businesss but theyre unprofessional and dont have a staff to run business # Neveragain

Cracked/shattered my iPhone 7 screen on 9/18/18 and just goggled this store on 9/19/18. 55 bucks to replace my screen and it took almost an hour. I ran some errands and walked out of the store with a fresh new screen, generic wireless ear buds, (40 bucks) (because I wanted them), and a screen protector (10 bucks) So! 115 dollars later and an hour wait while running errands I HIGHLY recommend this place. They are great!

Used to be a huge fan of this place...kind owners and quick service. Replaced my screen 5 or 6 times here and each time was a good repair. Last time I visited, I replaced my iPhone 6 screen for the 3rd time...as soon as I left, my Touch ID was no longer working. I was going to bring back the next day but they were closed due to it being Sunday. I called on Monday and was told they could never be sure it was really working in the first place and I must restore my phone. Taken back by the answer...I decide it wouldnt hurt to try, it didnt work. Fast forward to Tuesday, 3 days with my new screen and I notice the top corner of the screen is lifting away from the frame. I decided to finish the work day and get my phone looked at the next day...I pull it out of my pocket upon leaving work and the screen has a hairline crack, mind you, my phone has gone from my desk to my pocket...no where else. I go back to The Wireless Shop on Thursday and ask to have it looked at.The end result was that there was nothing I could do besides pay $70 more for a new screen or have the broken one glued, yes, glued. Since my phone had to have fallen there was no explanation how my phone could break while it was in my pocket nor how the glass could just start popping off. I insist that it was installed incorrectly due to the nature of the crack and being an iPhone owner since its conception.But truly anyone knows, that if glass is not by a frame and pressure is applied it will end up bending and breaking it...not breaking from a fall that did not happen.So now here I am, writing a review on my broken phone with glue residue all over, $107 poorer and a screen that is still popping away from the frame enough to put a fingernail through.

Took phone in for screen repair and received phone now with speaker no longer working. Is this how they try to get you back in for more repairs? Not good. I do not recommend this place.

My screen broke while on vacation so I went to the Wireless Shop to have it repaired. Ive never had an issue with my phone until I had the Wireless Shop work on it. Now, the switch to control the ring vs vibrate will not move and it is stuck in the vibrate position. My replacement screen also cracked within one week (Ive had 2 iphones in the last 5 years and this was the first time I ever had a broken screen) Beware! The quality of the products and installation is very very poor. Shop at your own risk and be prepared to spend more money to have your phone repaired again.

Excellent service ! I had my camera on my Galaxy s7 replaced by them and during the installation process they noticed my battery was over heating causing it to expand in turn causing my back case to break aswell, I came back to have my battery replaced along with my back case. They were quick, kind and very informitive. If they hadnt spotted the battery who knows what couldve happened, Real professionals and above all Genuine people.

I came here when I thought my iPhone 6s plus motherboard was DEAD and the boss hooks me up with a OEM iphone battery unlike anybody else. He also informs me that the battery inside me device that I had installed three months prior to my issues was fake which I had no idea it was. Thanks to the wireless shop for 400$ iphone is working PERFECTLY again as if nothing happened to it. Nothing but some rip offs everytime I took my phone here I had a new problem I had my screen fixed here and all of a sudden my phone started shutting off and not turning back on I took it back to them they basically told me that they couldnt help me and it wasnt theyre fault it was apple fault
