I am impressed with how complete and thorough they are at Kelly Infinitis Service Center. I just had multiple repairs done, leaks repaired, and the big and small things are explained and prioritized just the way a perfectionist like me likes it! I have dealt with several dealerships and I can honestly say Kelly Infiniti has made my buying experience very easy. The sales guy Derek and sales manager Derek where extremely helpful in helping me get the right deal. I wish I knew the finance manager who I worked with but he was great as well, not once did he try to sell me anything. He explained everything very thoroughly for me. As long as I get the same team when I go back then I will be a long time customer.
Had the engine light go on, so called the dealership and they took me right away to check it out, and it was Saturday! They spent an hour examining the car and Thankfully, it was nothing . Outstanding service is just the usual with Kelly Infiniti. Could not have been more pleased.

I recently purchased my 3rd vehicle from Kelly Infiniti ( 2022 Qx55 ) and I cannot speak highly enough about the dealership. The general manager really shines and takes pride in the way she runs the dealership, as evidenced by her team. She was not just someone sitting behind a desk in an obscure office, but involved and personally responsive with communication.I think it is rare, in this climate and society we have today, to feel valued as a customer, but I definitely did throughout this recent vehicle purchase.

Service Department is horrendous. Why have an appointment for service if they dont stick to a promised time. Arrive at 1 for my appointment, express service oil change, 60 minutes usually, but when asked, how long, I was told 1 hr and 20 minutes, ok, I understand the multi-point check. But 2 hours and 25 minutes?! The kicker is I asked for a Oil change, they charged me for a synthetic oil change?! I go in for a 60 dollar oil change, and after waiting all that time making me late for work, you have the audacity to charge me for a service I didnt request?! Then you give me a break by not charging me 105, but 95? Infiniti means step up your service, this is not acceptable.
They moved as humanly possible. Very polite funny and curious. They always welcome me when I enter, and always make me feel welcome.Its simple, thats why I go their. Just good down to earth people.. I leased a QX60 online and that was easy and seamless - sales rep was great and financial person was very helpful. We extended the lease a few months then purchased the vehicle. No issues or hassles with any of the procedures.
Service was great. I bought my car here 2 years ago and brought it in for service. They had a loaner car ready for me but worked to get my car serviced as quickly as possible knowing I don’t live locally. Communication was easy, people are great.

Picked up a piece of metal in my tire over the weekend. Left the car Sunday PM with the keys in the drop box. Peter (Service Mgr.) contacted me Monday AM and kept me informed throughout the day of progress while I was at work. Tire was taken care of, car washed and vacuumed, ready for pick up by 1:00. Very disappointed in your service staff. Many many calls and requests for a call back went un responded. Left messages with the receptionists Debbie and Jasmine in service (who were great and professional) but the service manager or staff never returned calls regarding service ? I was even told service staff called and left messages the my car was ready…no message left. This is not the first time I had a service employee tell me they left me muItiple messages. I have no issues receiving messages from others individuals I was then informed the extended warranty I purchased expired and was purchased Dec 2015. I did not buy my car until Jan 2016. The first time I went to use the warranty I found this out. Previously(a few years back) I called the Fin. dept for a copy of said warranty and it was never sent. This was after 2 attempts to obtain a copy. Due to the culmination of issues, some not stated here, over the last few years I will no longer be having my car serviced at Kelly of Danvers. Ironically on my way to pick up my car this evening I had a call/message from sales asking if I was interested in trading in and upgrading my Q50. I called him back and politely told him it had nothing to do with him but I would no longer be doing business with Kelly Infinity. Truly disappointed

I made a appointment to have a bulb replaced and when I arrived I wasn’t greeted in a friendly efficient manner like years past. I left my car there all day to find out they didn’t have the bulb. Not only was this a waste of my time but I have no car the majority of the day. The service department person told me the bulb would be $200 and I went somewhere else and got the same bulb for $25. In the 20 years of being a customer there the trend that I have experienced is the quality of service and personal is a much lower level then before. Very disappointed to say the least!

I have to say how impressed my wife were when we bought our Infinity Q 50 from Kelly.They got the price where I wanted to be. Professional an Courteous.We also wanted to comment on the service department especially Danny Ventura who checked us in.Kept us up to date where the car was and what was happening.We dropped the car off Friday night it took longer than expected due to work involved.They did offer us a loaner but we decided against it. I received a call from Danny 1st thing Monday as to what time the car would be ready and it was.Great service very pleasant to deal with.Sincerely,Brian McQuinn

Kelly’s Infinity is such a helpful friendly car dealership. We use Kelly’s for our maintenance service. Today we had Peter work on our appointment. Peter was amazing in keeping us in the loop on progress updates and future maintenance. Kelly’s follows COVID protocols so felt very comfortable waiting for our car to be ready.

We had agreed in me purchasing my brand new Vehicle from Infiniti I couldn’t be more happy for the new purchase!!! Pete was very helpful and the service team was incredibly friendly. My only complaint is that they give a longer lead time than actually experienced. While I appreciate them exceeding the time expectation I am having to make arrangements for day care drop off and pick up which winds up being unneeded. A small complaint to get my car back on time. Making the appointment for service was efficient. Check in was handled well and advisor Jacob went over the scheduled maintenance At 15,000 miles. Waiting area was attractive and set up allowing more than 6 feet distance on chairs and also had an outside waiting option. Work was done quickly and my vehicle was washed and parked in front Great job!

Typical used car salesmen. While the dealership itself and the experience of test driving a car was smooth and professional, they tried to bait and switch. They advertise a great pre-owned car with very few miles and after test driving a well maintained smooth car, they later claim that it has already been sold and offer a worse alternative or offer to sell you a new one. Typical used car sales technique. The salesperson DeAndre Coke was very nice and smooth talker. But he tried to pawn off an older car and blatantly lied about the test-drive car not being available, when they readily offered it for test drive when we called from a different number. The internet sales person Eric Alterio, was also not helpful, when I tried to complain to him, though he offered an apology, he defended their tactic and said that DeAndre was just doing his job. I tried to speak to a manager, but I never got the managers number.Kelly Infiniti website claims that they are all about Honest Sales, the truth is just the opposite!

First off, let me start by saying I own a 2008 Infiniti with 9K miles and has been serviced yearly at the Infiniti dealership in Chicago, where I purchased it. I had moved back to Boston and took my car in for an oil change three months ago, and was informed car is in perfect condition.Since being in MA, I am driving more often and have put on 3k miles since my last oil change, so I took it in again. This time, I was told that I need new tires, my fluids are leaking my batteries is dying, my wipers are gone for a total expense of approximately $4K.My battery was replaced before I left Chicago approximately 6/2020 along with the wipers, which I have all the receipts for. When I told them to just do the oil change and because they are stating battery is critical, I said change it but since it is under warrantee, it should be free, which they did, but they didnt realize it was so new. They were out for money!Beware of Kelly Infiniti. None of what they suggested was wrong is wrong. They are just out for the money. I WOULD NEVER BE BACK THERE! Not for service and not to buy a new car.

The customer service here has done a 360 and I LOVE IT! This is my 3rd Infitini and I can not thank Justin and Lisa enough. This was so EASY! The transaction was smooth and Justin literally matched our energy. He wasnt pushy, didnt force a sale on me and really LISTENED to what I needed and wanted! Also went above and beyond and fixed one of my tire sensors that was causing me an annoying light on my dash. Appreciate that it was easy to make an appointment and that dropping car off was not a hassle. Also like that I got text, email and call about additional repair suggestions. However, after I approved some of the additional repairs no one communicated with me on how long it would take to get everything done. I tried calling and I was told I’d get a call back and I didn’t, so I ended up having to show up in person. When it came to pay I was charged a different price then what I’d been quoted and only after I pointed out the price issue, it was corrected. In addition, I was suppose to get a complimentary car wash and although I was told it had been done, my car is just as dirty as when I dropped it off.I responding to the owners reply: I called about my car not being washed a few hours after I left the dealer. I was told someone would call me back and they didnt. If your goal is to provide good customer service, shouldnt someone have called me?

He took the time to gather all options for us while we were on our test drive which saved time when we returned. He was extremely professional and polite with all that’s going on. We’ve had such great experiences here! We bought a Qx60 from ANOTHER dealer last year and we had some worries about a month purring sound we felt on acceleration. We called and the service department and asked if they could let us know if anything was wrong— just to calm our worries. They did not hesitate to allow one of their techs on a drive with us and assured us that everything was normal and there was nothing to worry about. They were very nice and assured us that it was a great buy and it drives as a Qx60 should. I thought that was pretty neat. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes!

Had my center console replaced, new unit after installing was covered by greasy fingerprints. Was not able to just wipe off as it smudged all over. Not sure what the techs fingers were covered in. Had to use interior car cleaner and cloth to clean the residue.
