Great customer service! I told them what I needed and they got it for me. I didnt even have to look for it. they got both products off the shelf for me. Andre even installed the windshield wipers for me. will use this store again for any future auto parts needs!

Awesome staff! I needed a battery, and they were quick to install it. The first battery was bad and they ended up having to install another, but they made sure it was right before I left the store. Really nice people, and competent. I will definitely be going back here.

Ray went above and beyond to help me with my dead battery. He didn’t hesitate to go to my car and check the battery life and alternator. After I purchased the battery, I was wondering how I would install it... I didn’t even have to ask for help he walked out side and installed it for me. I wish all businesses were this helpful.

Literally stranded on the side of the road and the district manager pulls off to help my boyfriend and I get back on the road. I had just said there were no good samaritans left in this world and then here he came...I’ve always had good service at every auto zone location I’ve gone to but this was just next level. Newer location, very clean and well organized. Staff is always friendly. AutoZone isnt always the cheapest for parts, but they have a great selection of accessories - such as paint or cleaners - that always makes it worthwhile to stop here first.

The best and only spot to visit if your in the area! They always are quick to help. They make sure to try and save you money and be truthful. However they are usually busy! So dont wait around get in early if possible. Its a busy store! GREAT EMPLOYEES!!

Its the night before Christmas eve and I go in maybe 15 minutes before closing, now usually most places frown on that or the crew tends to be on the crabby side but these guys were awesome!! I went in not knowing the exact specifics of what I was in need of but the gentleman that helped me did. I even initially turned down his request to help but he went above and beyond and did anyway.

They seem understaffed to me. But the two guys that were there were extremely nice and helpful. I had a starter tested, and they confirmed it was bad. This is a new store, so the still have some bugs.

Great customer service

First three kids on Sunday told my sister to use channel locks instead of a line wrench to do the job line wrenches are designed to do, take off, and reinstall break lines. They seriously told her, then me, use channel locks, or vise grips! My reply was, uh, somebody Else might want to work on the break lines at some point!!! Then the next day, the grouchy old guy ringing us up for the correct parts, refused to give me my military discount, even though I had my VA card, and had mentioned it before he finished the transaction! For crying out loud, it was applied to the first purchase, that was returned because they were the wrong dang parts! Im sorry, but after my third visit to this store, Ill drive to the fairhope store, Foley store, or Robertsdale store before Ill go to this store ever again, it was as bad as the one in Mobile.

Helped us out with a power cord for my compresser,during a flat issue.but was rush by a older bearded male.when there was 3 hrs until closing.also didnt care for coming in and finding him standing amd staring at the bathroom door,facing it and only a foot or ao away when my wife went to the bathroom.
