They always treat us right and dont upsale needless things. If they tell you its worn, its genuinely worn out!

Went in for an oil change with my own oil and filter. No issues with payment or time spent waiting. Issues arose as soon as I pulled my vehicle out onto the road and I noticed immediately that my engine sounded different. Pulled over and raised the hood and discovered the air filter housing had been left unfastened.Took the vehicle back and asked for the manager to go back over everything that had been done which he did. Manager took care of the vehicle but was very dismissive about the situation.

Was charged $200 more than original quote without asking me to authorize the additional work. This is a scam in my book. Would not recommend. There are too many other reputable, honest mechanics in Daphne to ever trust one of my vehicles here again.

I have had various services provided the last several years and thought the service and communication was exceptional each time. There has been several instances where the owner or head mechanic have directed me to check with my warranty company/dealership before they would perform a certain service because they thought it might still be covered under my warranty. I have sent several family members and friends to these guys also and all have had the same experience I have had.

My wife and I were passing through the area on a road trip and stopped by because her car was shaking pretty bad. Not only did they take care of the issue quickly on a busy Saturday, they were also very friendly and knowledgeable people. Most honest mechanics Ive ever met too (they convinced a guy NOT to buy a replacement air filter because they didnt feel it was necessary yet). If I lived in the area, Id absolutely go here for all my car needs!

Took my vehicle to get the power windows fix and only thing he could fix was the driver side. The other 3 would go down put not up. They did my tune and now my car jumping. They dont know what they doing and scamming people out they money. Didnt even try to fix the problem so ill be seeing yall again but not to fix anything of my stuffIm not satisfied with any of the work that they performed on my vehicle. When you do a job you suppose to go check n make sure everything is working. The mechanic is not a mechanic because he didnt even try to fix the problem. Cost me 400 dollars for a job that was not fix. So you change out the master switch for 400.00 for the switch and labor and still not working

Jake and his crew have taken care of both of my trucks for the past four years. They’ve even replaced tires on an enclosed trailer for me. They have always completed services within a timely manner and explained the services completed. They also give recommendations on maintance that needs to be completed in the future to keep my vehicles in good working order. They offer honesty and no pressure. I highly recommend this team.

I brought my Vehicle here to get an Oil Change and theyre were very polite and they got me in and out Quick! Theyre prices are low I spent 30 bucks for my Oil change. They have a nice comfy little waiting area as well!

Actually was forced to go there when my RAV 4 had a lot of squeaking up front, and I needed to drive all the way back to Illinois the next day. This was the only shop that could see me in time. Ended up replacing the front struts. Our regular mechanic had previously said that may need to be done soon. They were polite and professional and got me on the road on the same day. Our mechanic back home looked it over and said the job was well done.

Perfect place for my oil change, was treated very nice and price was right!

I went in with a coupon to have rotors turned and brakes done for 109.00 . With absolutely no intentions of doing it for 109.00 they take it in and tell me it would be 650.00. They knew it had wheel bearings on the rotors yet they took it without telling me it would automatically be more they also wanted to put new ones on when they could just repack the old ones . The point is they knew that was there like most other pickup trucks . After reviewing the bill he wanted to charge me 149.99 labor charge for installing new rotors . My problem with that is the coupon covered the same labor but more work they would of had to take the rotors off turn them and put them back on all for only 109.00 . They had the nerve to charge me 22.00 for absolutely nothing because I wouldnt accept there bait and switch . I hope its worth the review I gave them .

Wouldnt do an alignment on my vehicle even though its pulling towards the left pretty bad all because they wanted to put a new tire on the back. The total for tire and alignment would have been over $250(thats much different than the expected $100 for the alignment alone). All they want is a sale to add towards the service. I guess a proper alignment is more important than keeping someone from losing control of their vehicle because its pulling. Wish I could do the alignment myself

If I could leave no stars and still leave a review I would!!!! This place is a complete rip off. First they were suppose to check my transmission fluid and told me it was fine. They said I needed a new transmission, a new pump, and numerous other things when in reality I was out of transmission fluid that they supposedly just checked. My sister took my other car to them for an oil change and did not put the sticker up. So a couple days later I took the same car to them and instead of telling me they had just changed the oil in that car according to their records they changed it again. It is amazing though you can call them and they can tell you everything they didnt do or when they did something, but when your there in person they leave that information out. I have had nothing but trouble out of both of my vehicles since I took them to this place. I would not recommend them even if they were the last people around to fix something.

Really disappointed. I had been taking my vehicles to the location in Daphne. I recently had my oil changed. NO problems were mentioned. I had to take my car to a mechanic for an alternator problem. Upon putting my car on the lift.. the mechanic showed me where my cars undercarriage was COVERED in oil. Mechanic was able to find source of leak, the cam shaft seal. Hmmm, wonder why techs at Precision Tune didnt mention it. I wondered why my oil was supposedly changed in less than ten minutes. Maybe because it WASNT done in the first place??? They took my money though.. 😠 I called Precision Tune following my oil leak repair... I was actually told by an employee, We cant check everything. The motor was covered in oil! How did no one see that?? The mechanic told me the leak did not just happen... So Thank you Precision Tune... I wont be coming back.

I had my vehicle towed to Precision Tune in Daphne on a Tuesday. After talking to the manager, Fred, and telling him we wanted to be sure they fix the problem, not what they thought the problem was, he ran a diagnostic on the vehicle. This diagnostic took three days according to him and at no time did he mention it would cost to the tune of $300. We found this out on the Friday after it was taken on Tuesday, and when we did not want to have the astronomical repair done, he refused to release the vehicle to us. He stated he had informed us of this outrageous charge, when he had not said a word about it. Although very upset, I remained professional with him. When I persisted in asking him to whom he had disclosed this outlandish fee to, he hung up in my face! This is not the first time this manager has displayed such unprofessional behavior. The manager was out of town at the time, but I surely plan to follow up with him when he returns regarding this matter. Just proof that the wrong employees will ruin any good business. I will edit my review after speaking with the owner...

Precision did over $4000 worth front end work in June. New tires, etc.They still cannot get it right.They have been VERY ugly to me.Small claims court will see us soon!10/22 update. Truck at different mechanics(Lotts auto)Found out that Precision put parts in backwards, well wrong sides #1. Did not replace a ball joints as charged for. Also, lose parts. Tires are worn out.The seperate mechanic made an offer for jake to go see what was wrong, however Mr Jake Oneil wont go see. His arrogance.Hopefully Jake will do whats right and refund money paid to him by me! As Im having to spend a lot of money to fix Precision Tune work.Whats it going to be Jake?? Do the right thing or go to court?I VOW to get my money back!Please do not use Precision for any of your vehicles work!

I had been having oil changes and little things worked on, so when my older car needed some diagnosis and work, I brought to Precision Auto. They determined that it was a water pump, I said okay, do it. Then they determined that it was the radiator, I said okay, do it. Then they told me I would need a whole new engine and thy could do it for around 4000.00. I told then no. The manager got real irate talking about his reputation etc etc...I told them to take out the old radiator and not charge, which they did. I took car to a reputable mechanic who SHOWED me that, the radiator is fine, it does not overheat, there is not cracked head or block and this cost me 50.00It became obvious what they were doing when I called to tell him the findings and his response was Oh, okay I think they are okay for oil changes and little things but this was way out of their scope of expertise. I was not happy that they were so quick to try to put in a new engine rather than really understand what was wrong.

These guys are criminals, I paid them $2300 to fix my AC and after bringing it back to them 4 times they still couldn’t fix it I researched the issue and told them what the problem was they them told me that it would be another $1300...to fix the problem they created by taking it apart multiple time because they are incompetent and only look for the easy dollar. It is disrespectful mechanics to associate them in the same class, simply put these guys are dishonest crooks.
