I was sent to this store due to my Google pixel having a manufacturing defect. Damion was wonderful he is worth 5***** He was able to do the job in half the time I was quoted. Where this place falls short...I called ahead twice to verify they had everything in stock for my repair...it was explained to me by Damion that I called a call center and not the store, even though I called the store number directly...not sure how that worked?! I explained prior to my appointment that I would be driving 2 hours there and then get repair and drive 2 hours home. When I showed up for my initial appointment they did not have all the parts needed for the repair of my pixel phone so I had be without a phone 2 more days and to make another trip costing me over $100 in fuel. That is unfortunate this store has a call center that portrays itself as being on site and knowing what merchandise is there for repairs of phones and causes people this big inconvenience.

Dylan saved me and helped me fix my charging port on my IPhone 8 Plus. I thought I was going to have to pay a huge expensive bill for a new charging port he was able to fix it. Super fast! Super friendly! Super helpful!! Definitely will be coming back. Thank you so much again Dylan!!!!

Brought my iphone in, they said itd be an hour. I asked them if they could do it faster because i needed to get to work. They got it back in 20 minutes for me and i didnt even have to pay anything extra. Very nice people, really professional and caring

My only complaint is that I wish they had a shop here in Pensacola, haha.

Wow these guys are great!We are from Arizona and when my wifes IPhone kept rebooting. We Found a qualified Apple support techs at uBreakiFix were open until 7:00.They quickly diagnosis a battery problem, they said the battery was swelling in the case and needed to be replaced.Now these guys are fully qualified to work on any Android products.The office was small but they had several techs working.I would like to thank uBreakiFix for getting me back on track quickly Im sure they can help otherGoogle phone users as quickly as they fix mine.Sorry below is my rant about Apple Support regarding a battery recall issue.We were surprised the battery was going bad as we just had it replaced at the Apple Store at the Chandler Fashion mall back home in Arizona.Now since we just replaced the battery in December one expected that an Apple product repair would have a warranty just like the phones.After working with the very courteous Apple support techs they advised me that the program that my battery recall was under had expired and there was nothing they could do.Sadly I made the Apple tech listen to me rant about having to buy a 2nd battery and how I expected a replacment for my IPhone 6s and how I just expected more from Apple.The first battery was about $65 and the new one is $89.Come on now youre Apple and you should stand behind your battery recall and provide a lifetime guarantee. These guys are awesome! Plain and simple. They work seamlessly with AT&Ts insurance service Assurion. The whole process from start to finish was only minutes out of my day. Extra kudos to the manager Justin of the Daphne branch on HWY90 for going above and beyond. He took note of my wife having 2 children to unload from the car and brought her perfectly repaired iPhone to her car within 20 minutes from dropping it off!

The guy I talked to at the counter was friendly. I left my phone there to have a boot loop issue looked into. Left with them for an hour. They called me and told me to come get it. Didnt charge me but as busy as they were, I dont see them looking into it that fast. They told me they never seen my phone before (sonim Xp8). If thats the case, why bother wasting anyones time? Mine or yours.

We had the battery in our iPhone 6S replaced. All work was completed in a very timely fashion, to our satisfaction. Service was prompt and professional. I recommend this place for your repairs of cell phones, iPads, tablets, etc.

This is the second time that weve used this company. 1st time was my phone & we had a great experience. Repair was close to $300 but worth it. 2nd experience wasnt the best. My husband dropped & cracked his screen. He called & was told it would take 2 hours to repair. He left from work & went straight there (we work an hour away). Upon arriving Jackson told him I told you it would take 2 hours & youve given me 1 hour 20 minutes. We would of left the phone overnight if needed but he never said if that was necessary. We received a text that it was ready. My husband went back paid the $280 + & expressed his appreciation for them getting it taken care. He was not even acknowledged & Jackson just walked away refusing to speak to him. I guess customer service is just dead these days which is very sad. My husband also asked him if he had any cases or screen protectors to help prevent this from happening again & Jackson said its an older phone & youll just have to look around. Most places try yo help their customers. Happy the phone is fixed but I dont see us using them again. - Thank you for responding but Im sure it was the Daphne location. I just assumed his name was Jackson because when he sent a text message it stated this is Jackson . I just thought it was important to let someone know how people are being treated in their business. I tried to share the screen shot message but I cant upload a picture on here.

The gentleman at the front counter who first greeted me was very pleasant and polite, professional without seeming cold. He knew which issue needed to be corrected and even asked if there where any other problems my phone was having. When I went to pick up my device, I was greeted by a separate gentleman who was just as awesome as the first guy. The second gentleman let me know of what was done and let me know everything about warranties and what I could do if anything else happened.

It was exactly as one would expect. Since I had the tabelet in for repairs once to a shop in Virginia and it was not repaired properly I believed that I should have been given a token discount as a minimum, I therefore must question the value of the services. I do understands that each store is an independent franchise . Any offer to reduce the charge would have been nice.

I just had a great experience with my Pixel 3aXL. Jackson did a great job. His time estimate was spot on and the price was great. I drove from Pensacola and saved $60. The repair could not have went easier on my end. My only regret was not coming sooner.I hope I never visit them again but if I break a phone again, they will be my first stop.

I called Justin, the store manager, before driving 1.5 hours to this Samsung Authorized Service Provider. He was super helpful, friendly and professional despite my technology ignorant questions. After arriving both Justin and Jamin at the desk were helpful and friendly. They were able to restore my photos from a dead phone to my new phone and for only $50. Justin was upfront with setting expectations and made no promises but it turned out to be successful as he (and I) had hoped! Great experience and getting my photos back was well worth my drive!

Please if you value your electronic devices do not take them to the UBreakIFix in Daphne, AL. I wish I could give minus stars .I had an IPad about 3 to 4 years old. The battery didn’t hold a charge as long as I needed but otherwise worked great. Wasleaving to go out of state in a few days so called this location and was told they would order the battery and when it was receivedit would be 2 to 3 hours to install. Got the call, dropped off IPad now it is at least 4 hours, okay understand. By 11:00 the next dayhave heard nothing from the store. I call and I’m told well there is a problem, they can’t get the “NEW” battery to charge. They tellme there is a bad cell in the battery. Well I may be a woman but lithium batteries do not have cells. I tell them to just put backin the old battery which worked but the charge drained faster than I wanted. They can’t put the old battery back in for someunexplained reason. My husband goes to pick up the IPad and asks for the original battery, they tell him they put it back. Ok gethome and try to charge, won’t go past the 6% which was the problem with the “ NEW” battery. So obviously they just gave us thebad battery. We have used UBreakIFix many times with great results, but not this location. They are a franchise so it dependson the technical knowledge of the owners. Maybe they can fix a cracked screen but please don’t trust them with anything more technical.I had working IPad and now am out themoney it will cost me to replace. To add insult to injury they wanted to charge me fortheir “WORK”...Consumer beware!Now an update...went to another company to replace the bad battery. Theywere able to replace but informed me it probably wouldn’t last. When the team at UBreakIFix removed the battery they bend a connection and had completed broken another one. The person, who we have used previously but unfortunately is out of state, said it was probably do to having used the incorrect tools. Results had to spend $1100 on a new IPad Pro. Just because my perfectly good one needed an replacement and I relied on the wrong company. Soooo unset to have this unnecessary expense and stress.They may be able to do very minor repairs but not anything that really requires knowledge and skill !!

Edit: I have no issue with the insurance requirements. This review is solely based off the extremely poor service I received from the employee who assisted me.The guy that works here was very off putting in his attitude and demeanor from the very beginning of our interaction. We got into a brief argument about having my find my iPhone turned off prior to service. To which I explained the phone had just had a factory reset and wasn’t even signed into iCloud, so we were good to proceed with the repair. He was adamant on me showing him me signing out so he could see with his own eyes. But there was nothing for me to sign out of, I already was. He then snarkingly replied that he’d just have to put the broken screen back on my phone but that’d be roll with what I said. I left after this. I don’t have the time nor the patience to put up with his attitude when I’m paying for a service. Quick Fix is barely a mile up the road, and their customer service and atmosphere is miles above this “business”.
