No one could hear my voice in phone calls no matter what app I used. The employee Erik did a great job helping fix my phone and recommend good phones to upgrade, and what to do it was quick and he was nice. It is a great company to have a phone plan with thank you.

Erik was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend him to anyone who is thinking of switching phone carriers. The process was simple and painless and the conversation while waiting was worth the wait. Erik was extremely friendly, informative and very professional.

Great customer service! But I have showed up at this store 3 different times at opening, and had to wait up to 20 minutes for someone to finally show up. Made me late for work twice!!

If you want cheap service, this is it and it works. but if you want security this is not it. They allowed anyone to walk in off the street and if they could confirm any 1 thing about my account (address, phone, area code, literally anything) then they could shut my phone off. Then instead of Cricket fixing their mess up, they will charge you to fix it. if someone who is not listed on the account walks in and wants to shut your account off Cricket will do it without calling you to confirm if you want your account off.
