We had some trouble with corporate changes to our plan, and we were Very unhappy about it. My husband and I recently signed up for service with T-Mobile. Zachary assisted us and spent a considerable amount of time helping us choose the right plans, phones and generally getting us all set with our new service. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable and we had a great experience working with him as were the other gentlemen in the store backing up his recommendations and taking care of our worries. Great store playlist too for the time we spent in there getting set up. All around pleasant. Highly recommend this store.

My mother changed cell phone service to T-Mobile and had some issues with the phone transfer. After seeking help at a store in another state and not getting her service issues resolved, she visited me and we went to the Jubilee Square T-Mobile store in Daphne. Kris was so kind and helpful. He fixed the connection issues on my mom’s phone, checked the SIM card and updated apps and set up her voicemail. Kris and Bobby were very nice and personable and made us feel like we were heard as valued customers. Thank you for having such a high standard of customer service! I will recommend your store to others.
