I want to let everyone know that Sherwin-Williams has outstanding people like Pete B., who is a technical advisor that can help with products such as industrial coatings or special paints with anti-microbial ingredients. I referred him to a remodeler friend that needed help with covering old walls and Pete was able to help him find the right product to do the job once.

Worst experience ever. Stood in the store for 20 minutes. No one acknowledged me, plenty of staff wandering around. I watched two other customers walk out before I did. I was ready to make a big purchase. Their loss!

How helpful and knowledgeable the staff are and how easy it is to just tell them what your project is and they will take care of the rest. Has some of the best spray hand sanitizer I have found. Very concerned with the social distancing rules.

I enjoy my SW stores and their staff, but it is frustrating as a professional cabinet painter to not have products I need on hand. Kem Aqua is only carried in select stores, and those that carry it - dont carry it. and how many kitchens do you think require 5 gallons of surfacer and top coat? Not many. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time! The salesman helped me locate the paint chips I needed, allowed me to look at a complete chip fan, and even took my purchases to my truck for me.
