My experience with Jaguar Land Rover Darien was nothing but exceptional. The whole process from beginning to end was very smooth. I got in contact with this dealerships after checking several others all around NY, CT and NJ and getting really frustrated by not having a good treatment and failing to find a fair good deal. The sales executive that took care of me was Elise. She was extremely efficient, professional and attentive to all my concerns. Prior to visiting the dealerships she had already sent me texts of all the cars available that would fit what we had previously discussed. This was by far my best car buying experience. My salesperson, Elise Brown, was excellent about locating the 2022 Defender 110 with the specific packages I wanted and made the entire process enjoyable. The service rep has been TOP Quality, professional, friendly and VERY Helpful with information and answering certain other vehicle questions I have had.I live in NY, but prefer Jaguar Darien and will continnue to utilze their expertise and service department.
My husband and I had a great experience with Elise at the Darien Jaguar. Our test drive was very safe, the facility was very clean, and the staff was friendly. We initially went in for a test drive and to see the inventory, but we ended up leaving with a vehicle that same day. Followed up every day that my car was in service and even followed up after I picked it up to make sure things were right...... even scheduled a check up appointment 2 weeks after the service is performed so that they can ensure things stayed correct.

Rob Sabia does a great job making sure all services are handled to my expectations. Two (2) minor issues. When the service department finishes their work they should insure the interior is in the same condition that the car was dropped off as. A suggestion quick, vacuum and wipe down of the interior. Also the loaner cars need to cleaner inside, wipe the steering wheel, seats and center console down when the cars are returned. I dont like sitting in other peoples crumbs and hair or having to touch the steering wheel and center console with marks all over them.We have been doing business with Land Rover/Jaguar Darien since 2002 and we will keep returning for sales and service.

Terrible place and even worse people. Need a loaner while your cars being fixed? They’re booked for two weeks. Need repairs? They’ll charge you twice as much as the place next door. For your own sake, go anywhere else, even to the dealership in Fairfield.

Fantastic service in and out without any issues
Mr. Michael Catino was my initial sales representative. Initially he presented as engaging, thorough and understanding of my car needs/wishes. Upon closing the deal, his attitude changed. In the interest of brevity, the vehicle I picked up just 3 days ago is not the vehicle we agreed to it. The options I presumably paid for and were told by Michael Catino I would receive are not included in the vehicle. I am sitting in the darien ct dealership as he shamelessly lies to my face about what was agreed upon and insists i have no other option but to upgrade (for that new price) if I want that vehicle. He is visibly sweating, raising his voice and his manager has had to ask him to walk away because he is unable to control himself. Poor excuse for a car salesman and clearly a man of no integrity. This will likely end in a court room. How unfortunate since they could rectify this today and keep a customer. Further reviews to follow.Dr. Nikou
