Requested a test drive, got confirmation of the same. On the day we show up at the dealership, not only were they completely unprepared, but they simply did not have the car we requested the test drive for available (Electric Mini Cooper). In addition, we were told that they dont plan to have any electric cars for test drives at all. Complete waste of time - and certainly a sign to not go with Mini Cooper and BMW for any future business.

The service was very professional from start to finish. I was completely blown away by a short video that was said by the mechanic showing the undercarriage of my car and explaining all the areas checked and whether or not there were any recommendations. Ive purchased several new cars in the past and only have had this service with Mini. Liz was very helpful and courteous.
Ive been looking for a used BMW X3 for over a year. While viewing Auto Trader I came across one that fit my parameters. MINI of Fairfield had one in inventory. I am leasing a mini and recently moved from PA to CT. I stopped by the service department because CT requires two license plates (PA only one) and I had no idea what to do about the front plate as the car was missing all of the hardware to put the plate on. The service people were amazing and put my plates on for me, (unfortunately they had to drill holes in the front of my beautiful car :(( ) Everyone was so kind and helpful! Great location too-right off of 95!

Parts Cost Nightmare! I luv my Mini and have received good service from this dealership in the past. Today I was shocked to be informed that an ABS pump replacement part for my 2009 mini clubman would cost $4,000.00. However I was told I would receive a $277 dollar credit if I return the old one. Deal? Instead I called a mini parts company down south and have the part getting mailed to me for $129. (Includes shipping). WOW

Upon arrival your car is disinfected with mist. check in was easy & loaner car was nice & new. I left my vehicle for the day & picked up at the end of the shift, the oil service & scope was done correctly & efficiently. The car was spotless when I arrived & they cleaned the interior nicely as well. This is my 3rd Countryman & I recommend this dealership.

After finally deciding to trade for the vehicle of my dreams, I contacted Fabrizio at Mini of Fairfield. I had been hovering over their site for months. After many emails Fab patiently led me through the process, answering all my questions, and inviting me for a visit. I had never sat in a MINI, so that was an experience in itself. I tried a Clubman first and loved it immediately, and then I tried the larger Countryman just to see what that was like. I was already in love with the Clubman and made the deal. I traded in my truck for a great offer. Joy the Sales Manager was charming and knowledgeable, leading me through the finishing purchase challenges. I had been through vehicle purchases before, and they were sort of scary, but at MINI, Fabrizio gave me straight answers, and Joy made it comfortably easy. Today, I drove my beautiful 2022 Clubman home smiling all the way. I must say that I put a few more miles on it showing it off to anyone who would stand still long enough to listen and look. Ive been playing around with the cool tech, and ventured into Sports mode, too. This vehicle has made an old man feel young. I also must add that my wife and I went shopping, opened the barn doors, dropped the seats and loaded more stuff into that vehicle. This may sound strange, but Ive nicknamed it Lilly, after a favorite cat of the same name and color. We had an emergency where the check engine light came on while on the highway. It was early in the morning. They just opened, and even though they were busy with appointments, they went our of their way to help us out and ran diagnostics on the car within the first hour. I love this dealership and their staff!!
Mini of Fairfield was extremely thorough in their examination of my car after I hit a large pot hole. The technician took a video in real-time of the examination to point out the damage. Communication with my insurance company and me was very timely and informative. The car was repaired very well and on a timely basis.

I was very happy with the salesman Anthony Martinez. Very knowledgeable of the car and when out of his way to make sure that I was able to look at the car bring it to my mechanic and test drive it. They also were able to work with me on the pricing to suit my budget. The pickup of the car was perfect no waiting. The car was ready for pickup when promised and they were very professional. I would recommend this salesman and that dealership to anyone.
One of the easiest new car transactions I have ever had. Joy Teodosio was awesome to deal with, and made everything easy, and that makes the entire transaction stress free. I had gone to Joy three years ago, but leased another vehicle at the last minute. Because Joy seemed so easy to work with, I told her I would come back if I ever was interested in a Mini again, so I did, and am very glad I did. I love the car, and it is so fun to drive. Have to teach myself that it is fats also. So happy with my experience and if youre thinking about getting a Mini, call Joy!
Lots of inventory. Great salesperson. Really accommodating and extremely patient with is. In addition the sales manager and the finance director were excellent. My best car buying experience ever.
Awful. Weve bought a number of cars from these folks - never again. Brought car in with check engine light. 10 years old - but very low miles 51k; light driving. Have had many issues over years though. Was told it needed serva motor, new front breaks and several other small things. One week later still not done. Back and forth after adding a few more repair items. Ok. 15 plus days later - informed major incremental repair needed - would cost more than worth of car. In meantime, already ran up over $4,000 of repairs. Declined incremental repairs. Had they correctly diagnosed issues upfront zero chance would have funded initial repairs setting us back $4k. Cherry on top? When went in to car they had left a used coffee cup with trash in front seat.
Peter was great and very precise and and informative. He explained everything needed to be done and called me as he said he would. I trust Mini of Fairfield and had a good experience with them before. Will definitely be going there for future work. Highly recommend them.
I recently purchased a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder from Mini of Fairfield County and had a great no hassle experience. Jeffrey our sales person was very attentive and helpful when it came to the test drive and the sale of the car. My wife and I love the car and would recommend using them to anyone looking for a new or used car.
I have always been skeptical about going to dealerships for service for my cars. I honestly no longer feel this way after the exceptional service and experience I received at Mini of Fairfield. The service advisor, Peter, went above and beyond to help me. Its people like Peter that are not only the face of Mini but also the reason that we come back for the the extraordinary customer service.
I purchased a certified pre-owned Mini Cooper 6 months ago; I drive the car on average 2x per week using it mainly for weekend errands. During the 6 months I have had to bring it in to get serviced 2 times and it has cost me $1400 between two visits. The team at Fairfield County are very nice but their policies do not allow for them to stand by their product. It is absurd to me that a product with such little use should require this level of maintenance; and more absurd, that a company would not stand by their product. This will be the last Mini I purchase but Fairfield service did correct the issues.
I had another INCREDIBLE service experience at Mini of Fairfield County! Liz’s communication was next level, she kept me in the loop with everything! I even received a video reviewing and explaining my car’s inspection! So comprehensive.As usual, they returned a fully serviced and perfectly CLEANED car to me! My old dealership would wash the outside of my car after servicing but MINI of Fairfield County vacuumed the carpets and wiped down the entire inside! So wonderful!Of course, since my warranty is up, the price was a bit high but the quality was great! Thank you so much MINI of Fairfield County!
Its always been 5 start service and support at Mini of Fairfield County. Its been 4 1/2 years of awesome service. At the beginning of the pandemic, they even came and retrieved my car for me. I love my Mini and plan to buy another from them.
Poor customer service. Staff is not willing to work with you and incapable of correcting their own mistakes, instead, they make me pay for charges that wasn’t mentioned prior to returning my leased car. I’d be very interested to purchase another car or another mini, but might as well bring my business somewhere else.

I love my Mini and the service I get at Mini of Fairfield!Appointments are easy to make and my car is always in tip top shape when I pick it up, including a car wash. If you cant get a loaner while your car is being serviced, you can get a courtesy ride to and from the Mini dealership.

It is a top notch team! The only problem I have with my Mini convertible 2020 is the battery. It indicated low battery when there is only 3500 miles on the car. They did replace the battery, but I will keep vigilant that it is not a further issue. I must say, however, I do love the car!
Everyone was kind and friendly. I would have given 5 stars if a little more of an explanation was given to us. I feel this car is very different than my American made car. Im having difficulty finding the features.
Just had my first service (8,500 miles) and MINI of Fairfield County went over and above to service the car. I was very impressed with the technician actually doing the service sending a video link showing what was needed to be done.
My car was serviced and cleaned inside and out. I paid absolutely nothing! I did not have a rider so the dealer garciously arranged for me to have a ride back to my home office and at time of pickup back to MiniCooper of Darien to get my car. Peter the service manager was especially terrific.
Mini of Fairfield County always provide excellent customer service, great car repairs and maintenance, and an easy system to provide loaners to customers. Furthermore, it is quite nice to get into a washed car when picking up.

Horrible customer service, absolutely no communication! I took my car to MINI of Fairfield County for a regular service appointment as well as an oil change. In the meantime, while the car would be in the shop, I asked my service advisor, Peter if they could take a look at my rattling sunroof screen. They said that my factory warranty would not cover the sunroof, but I came in with the exact same problem 6 months ago and it wasnt fixed properly then, when my car was under warranty. My car was in the shop for over a week and nobody contacted me throughout the whole week to give me any updates. I had to constantly call them to know what was happening with my car. When they took my car apart, without telling me, they suddenly found a huge, expensive problem that wasnt there 6 months ago because my car was under warranty then and they didnt want to do the work. When I called them that day, they were ready to start ordering parts and doing work without asking me first. No one told me how much this was going to cost or how long it was going to take and the only time I got a phone call from them when Scott called to tell me that I would only have to pay 25%, expecting me to be happy about that, but he didnt tell me what that 25% was out of. For all I know, that 25% was the full price because they did not invoice me or tell me any prices beforehand. And after all of this, they had the audacity to say that they understand my frustration, but they still charged me for diagnosing the problem.The bottom line is, I shouldnt have been expected to pay anything because the problem should have been properly diagnosed and fixed six months ago, but they were too lazy to do it then because of the warranty. This whole situation was so unprofessional and a total scam! Peter and Scott lacked the basic customer service skills that you would expect from such an establishment. I will not be coming back to the MINI of Fairfield County. I love my MINI, its an amazing car, but the service at this dealership does not reflect the quality of the vehicles they sell.
I purchased a 2017 Countryman from Joy at Mini of Fairfield. I told Joy what I wanted and I could not believe how fast she found it. It is green with a manual transmission. Joy made the entire experience such fun. It was filled with much laughter and Joy. Oh yes, we were serious also when we had to be. I have been buying cars for the last 54 years. (Dont tell anyone, I dont feel that old) and this buying experience was the best I have ever had.

I am an out of state buyer.30 days later, temporary plate expired, plates/registration are still not in the mail. I have a mini that I cannot (legally) drive and have to miss work today.I called multiple times last week showing my concern that thisd happen - not even a sympathy.

My uncle (Joe Cruz) recently purchased a vehicle from the MINI of Fairfield County, and upon leaving the lot he noticed that there was a crack in the windshield. He immediately called the General Sales Manager Joe Zappulla and let him know about the situation. Joe stated that he would get that taken care of immediately. Over the next few days my uncle would drive by the dealership and he noticed that his newly purchased car was still sitting in the same spot and the window had yet to be fixed. My uncle continuously called and left messages for Joe but never received a return call. He finally called the front desk and was told that they had no record of his vehicle being there. The front desk said that they would leave a message for him to call him back. Two hours had passed and Joe had not returned the phone call. My uncle went down to the dealership where he found Joe Z. outside putting license plates on cars, he was greeted with an unruly attitude and was told that he was busy. He told my uncle to come back in 30 minutes, at this point my uncle decided to take his car elsewhere to get it fixed.Also, two days after purchasing the vehicle my uncle received a notice in mail stating that he had to do emissions on the vehicle. When he purchased the vehicle he paid for the emissions to be done already.I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this location as it in unorganized and incapable of correcting their own mistakes.

Bought a used car in 2020. Would not recommend working with Fabrizio Reda. He was rude, dismissive, and defensive in communication when I raised concerns about the vehicle. His manager on the other hand was patient and answered all my questions.

I have a 2011 Mini Countryman. I got a check engine light about half a tank of gas. The code was p0087. I had it check by my mechanic and he told me it it was the high pressure fuel pump. After doing my research I found out that there a warranty of 120,000 miles or 10 years. My car is 118,000 miles. So Fairfield bmw took it for a couple of days and told me it was fine that I ran it on empty and that why I got the code. Negative as I said in the beginning the light turn on at half a tank of gas. Now they charged me over $200 just to tell me that it’s fine. What I feel is they not trying to do the warranty work cause it don’t benefit them. When I also was talking to the guy he said yea these cars has a history of this pumps going bad. I stated to him that what happen if the pump dies after my 120,000 miles. Do I have to pay for a new one? He said yes. So I’m annoyed that they couldn’t help me and at this type of time they took over $200 from me where I could of just saved it. If I knew this I would of never brought it to them.

My Girlfriends family recently visited us from Boston MA and we noticed severe damage to one of her front tires on Friday July 3rd. I recommended she called Mini of Fairfield. The recovery truck showed up around 4.30 on Friday July 3rd. We totally understand it was Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend so she was comfortable of not needing her car all weekend. She was assigned a service advisor called Peter who from the onset could not provide her a clear timeline of when the one tire would be replaced so she could collect her Mini and drive back to Boston. She spoke to her advisor on Monday morning and he informed her the tire was here and that they would get to her car at some point today before they close at 6pm. She asked for an indication of time so she could plan her trip back to Boston as she had to work Tuesday morning. Peters response was: it would be done before 6pm, suggesting she plan on 6pm. In addition to this appalling service he tried to up sell her a bunch of other work to her car that he in his wisdom decided she needed! I saw no relevance to his time off last week, and . This conversation that i overheard was at 1pm.I then called and asked to speak to her advisor. I was very polite and he gave me the same answer - we close at 6pm. I explained to him it is one tire and she has to travel back to Boston. His response was i was off work all last week it will be done by 6pm. I saw no relevance to his time off last week, and subsequently i called back and asked to speak to his manager (the service manager i am assuming). I received the same answer from Peters manager...the tire will be changed by 6pmI feel responsible for recommending she take her car to Mini of Fairfield. I am embarrassed and will never recommend anyone send the vehicle for any service here or even to buy a car from Mini of Fairfield. I sincerely hope the GM of this dealership is informed of this poor customer service from his service department. Thanks to this poor customer service Mrs. Lee did not arrive home back in Boston until 9pm Monday night. I wish i had of recommended she go to Town Fair tire. Her car would of been ready Saturday !
Car is running beautifully! Loaner was ready and service team was attentive. Following all Covid guidelines. Very impressive!
Nice people, but a bit disappointed at the cost for a timing chain $ 3300...car 7 years old with only 16,000 miles... faithfully serviced 2 times a year... babied! I will appeal to corporate re price. Two independent mechanics said normal mileage for timing chain replacement is 50,000+ miles, not years. But, I only wanted mini service...so thats on me to have conversation with corporate.Also, disappointed that they left me with less than 1/3 of a tank of gas when I picked up car. I brought it in with over half and filled the loaner to full (even though it was down an 1/8 per the service manager). Not good customer service on this one. If I hadnt been late for work I would have addressed this with their manager. He wasnt around and I was late.
Had wonderful experience with Mini of Fairfield. Everyone in this dealership is very helpful and polite. They made all transactions seamless and I am really satisfied with everything. Overall A+ experience. Joy has been exceptional and extremely helpful. Flawless servicing.

I took my leased MINI to the Darien location for its annual checkup and oil & filter change this week and it could not have gone more smoothly. I received a text offering to schedule the appointment and arrange for a loaner, the service and loaner were completely free, and when I picked up my car I was pleasantly surprised to find that it had been thoroughly cleaned, inside and out. The staff were all adhering to health safety measures, and everyone that I dealt with was very helpful and pleasant! It was refreshing to be able to cross something off my To Do List without any hiccups, costs, or unpleasantries for once. Highly recommended!
Bizarre. Walked in, not a single person acknowledged us. Guess we won’t be buying a Mini anymore.
