If you have an option of anyone else for laundry service, do not choose Cintas. We have gone over a month without getting any of our towel and mop heads back and the last time we did, they came back dirtier than when they left.

Price is fair due to a corporate partnership, but over the 11 years weve contracted with them, service has never been one of their priorities.Phone staff, especially, has shown little to no concern with our issues over the years. Kayla in customer service is very rude over a situation i called about two weeks ago. Its not my fault your warehouse doesnt know how to do their job. I am very unsatisfied with the service provided.
Very unprofessional company. I had 3 interviews and a route ride. I never received a call back letting me know anything. I even called two separate times to ask about my status, but they never picked up. I left a message both times and never heard back. The kicker is the driver I was with the day of my ride even gambled at one of the locations that he serviced. Maybe the company needs to reevaluate their current employees and hire some that will do the right thing.
Thieves, flat out thieves . They took $150 out of my pay check with out even telling me. I have had clothes through them for 4 years and had finally had to get replacement shirts and pants . When i called them, it took several messages and weeks to finally get a response from them. Then they told me that there was no record of me being a client. But they have been taking money out for 4 years straight. They said they would get back to me and never did. Finally after 4 weeks of constant calling on a daily basis, they said they would send me uniforms. The entire time still charging me. When i finally got them, they were alot smaller than my last uniform. So i sent them back for a size larger. Which they sent me and then deducted $150 out of my paycheck for the clothes that were to small. They said it was a exchange fee. Never once was i told about this fee or i would have just cancled my uniforms. So on friday i called them and they said i have to wait until tuesday to talk to the person in charge of my account. These guys are thieves and i would not do business with them and i am bringing this up at our union meeting about getting a new distributor for our uniforms.
Had one of the drivers cut me off on Henderson St today no turn signal just came into lane . Should hire better drivers because next time I wont hit the brakes to avoid from them hitting my vehicle .
