Nice store, parking lot is a bit of a disaster at PEAK TIMES. However, nice product selection, usually great employees, and descent pricing. I think they could offer specials on renewals though. Thanks!

Costco is everything that Sams Club isnt and more! I am a new member Costco because I got sick and tired of things being out of stock and never finding employees at Sams Club... Costco actually has staff that care and are willing to help you as opposed to Sams Club being a ghost town and a few employees you may see doing everything possible to avoid having to interact with you. Costco has more than two cash registers open as well! If you like Sams Club even a little bit, you will love Costco! The other random point I will make is that Costcos gas station is top-tier fuel unlike Sams Club. You get much better quality gas which improves your vehicles performance and efficiency. Just one more win for them.

After experiencing the hectic pace of COSTCOS in both California and Florida the COSTCO in Davenport, IA, is a welcome laid back relief. The customer service is friendly, personable, and efficient. The parking is well laid out and the gas pumps are easy in and easy out. The store is well spaced so there is no crowded feeling. Overall, and enjoyable shopping experience.

We enjoy shopping at Costco due to the variety and pricing. They staff is always pleasant and helpful. We use their gas stations frequently.Why the bad review? Costco Online was a different experience.1. Placed order to be delivered in 3 days forwould send shipping information when it shipped. None was received2. Called to ask status of order. Agent couldn’t tell me. Said was within delivery window3. Cancelled order online4. Received email immediately saying it was too late to cancel because it had shipped. But I didn’t have any shipping info and Costco couldn’t tell me it had shipped or it’s ETA.5. Called again. Talked to agent. She said she canceled the order.4. 4 days later it arrived. By this time I had ordered a replacement.5. Called again and was told they couldn’t do anything. I would have to go through the return process.

Always enjoy shopping at Costco. Especially like their strawberries. They have much better flavor than our regular grocery store. Their products are good quality & reasonably priced. Checkout is quick & the folks that work there are friendly. Gas is usually at least 20-30 cents per gallon less than our local stations.

Great deals! Need to come in every week just to see whats on sale. Online deals are also different. If you live close by, Costco is a great place to do all of your essential shopping.

All computers were down so couldnt use regular cards to buy. That is understandable - but not to answer ANY phones in ANY department is not good. We had driven 45 minutes from out of town and after lunch just wanted to know if the IT situation had been resolved.

Its got a lot of good deals but some are no different or worse than other retailers.The Kirkland brand stuff is usually comparable to any name brand or even better with some products.

The best thing about Costco is the people...I have yet to run into one that friendly.... helpful...the only downside is 1, they take their chicken noodle soup off the market until winter...and 2, the dark bread that is also only on the shelf during the winter months.... thats my only complaint.

Worst experience of my life!! The workers were rude!! I tried to buy some stuff with my credit card and they said rudely we dont except Discover so I said ok Ill use my Mastercard they said is it debit I said no and again rudely! We dont except that either we ONLY take Visa! Well Im gonna tell you I will NOT get another credit card to accommodate that place!! Not to mention they made my son take his gun to the car! It is NOT posted on the door and he was wearing it when they gave him a tour of the store and said Nothing about it! Till they got the membership fee then stopped him the next time!!! That is poor management!!! We will NEVER shop there again!!! I had to leave everything I wanted there because they wouldnt take my cards! How ridiculous!!!

I work for CDS there. Everyone is super nice and professional. A COMPLETE 180 from when I worked for Walmart. Costco is the cleanest warehouse iv been in a long time. Guess who cant say that? Walmart

I do like Costco for the variety of organic products. The staff is always helpful and friendly. From an article in The New York Times I recently learned of Costcos insufficient chicken welfare standards. Todays consumers care about social responsibility. I cannot recommend Costco to friends and family until there are significant improvements to the chicken welfare standards.

The store is very clean, the customer service is wonderful, the shelves are always stocked and faced, and their meat is always good. One of my favorite places to shop!

My son has membership, so he takes me with him. They didnt have the good cottage cheese tonight. But everything else is spectacular me.

Fantastic wine selection with fantastic prices. The food sample people are very nice. One thing I dont like is they dont have a BIG sign at their bakery noting the 2 for 1 on baked goods. Ive forgotten that at the register so many times its silly. Also, the bakery packaging pops open, and its gotta be terrible for the environment. Why not serve up bakery items like croissants, muffins, danishes, etc. per customer and save on the packaging?

I love costco and the longterm savings by buying in bulk. However, produce doesnt hold up very long and spoils way faster than the same thing from regular supermarket. Wish they had more variety in everyday food items...

It has a good selection of foods, clothing, housing supplies, and every other supplies. It basically reminds me of a Sams club just with a different name on it but overall its still a cool place todo some vulk shopping at..!

Went looking for a new cheap mattress for my camper, the prices were a little higher than I wanted to pay so I ended up just buying toilet paper (really good price on Charmin right now!) Service was fast and friendly.

I never thought Id enjoy a warehouse store since Sams really underwhelmed me with price vs value.That was until Costco.I buy entire prime beef top loin (New York Strip loin) at under $8 per pound, usually $7 or so.I find great bulk deals for food my family normally buys weekly at grocery stores.Theyve got lower prices on appliances than our local chain stores and are generally more competitively priced across the board for essential items.The gas prices for members are always lower than the truck stops and gas stations around town...Theres just so much to like.

Picked up a chicken sandwich and Ceasars salad combo for a quick supper. Very good. Only negative was there was almost too much meat on the sandwich. Disappointed they do not seem to carry peanut oil, but have many other oil varieties. People working there were kind and helpful

This is the only one in the area, however this being said it is absolutely one of the best locations I have ever been to. Clean and quick which is the best. My only complaint is I always spend way too much when I go here and thats my fault I know. Thank you to all the employees for a great experience.

It’s amazing how many great things I find at Costco. I’m always impressed with how helpful the staff is and their vision center definitely exceeded expectations.

The bourbon barrel aged maple syrup is fire. So is the tequila. I heard they sell other stuff, too.

Everyone I came into contact with was pretty nice. Prices were Fair but overall nothing really special there.

This place has literally everything in my mind. Its massive, they sell like tons of consumables, electronics, clothing, furniture I believe, its a good place to go shopping. I think the prices there are fine totally up to you to decide on that.

I am a new member and love this place. Only been in 2 times and the membership has already paid for its self in savings. The gas is crazy cheap. I would say for just $60 a year its at least worth it for sure just on the gas savings alone.

Helpful shopping associates clear and organized shopping aisles

My family visited Costco yesterday for the first time ever. We have previously been members of Sam’s Club which was always good to us. My daughter has become a huge Star Wars fan due to the release of the Mandalorian. So she convinced us to go to Costco for the squishmallow baby Yoda. We got signed up and off we went. My daughter went her own way in search of Yoda and my husband and I went off to get groceries. She returned to us with such a defeated attitude. The Yodas were all gone. So we finished our shopping and were checking out, I thought to myself it doesn’t hurt to ask if they have anymore. The women checking us out were so nice and called for assistance. The man they called got on his radio and asked if it could be done. A young man named Kole came to the rescue. He found a box of what looked like unopened squishmallows, way up on a highest shelf. He got is big ladder and to our disappointment the box contained pants😢😢 Kole was so awesome he didn’t give up! He searched isle after isle and found us that baby Yoda. My daughter was elated and was so grateful! So besides the great prices, clean store and lots of variety you have awesome employees! I also want to give a shout out to Blake for guarding the ladder and talking with me while Kole was on the hunt.We had a great experience and will be visiting again soon.

Had the assistant manager and two employees harass me for not having my mask over my nose. 3 employees in my face violating their own social distancing rules. I put my mask up and told them to leave me alone. At that point they said theyd refund my wife and Is memberships. I spoke with the manager and was given a complete brush off but were able to complete our purchase.Get a Sams Club membership. We definitely will be.. I dont subscribe to be bullied.

Easy in and out... good prices in a very fast developing area of the quad cities. Travel from out of town and there are numerous places to grab a bite to eat right in the area.

Your alarm has been going off for a week in the middle of the night. My family hasnt slept a whole night in 8 days. The neighborhood didnt want you here. At the very least be considerate.. thanks for making covid-19 even worse for my family.

Their selection is limited. The quality is ok, the pricing is fair, what we enjoy the most is the customer service!! We had the most wonderful outgoing check out girl, just wish I would have gotten her name!
