Walked in ready to buy a $800-$1000 watch. Until they ignored the new mandates which restrict forcing you to wear a mask. Even with being fully vaccinatedI am all for safety, but the “requirement” to wear them to spend money there is ridiculous.

Been having my ring checked there for years-first time I refused to have additional work done on band -not site holding ring -they refused to continue my warranty. Will not recommend or use them again.

It would be nice if they would actually update their hours on their website and not waste peoples time

Definitely the best quality jewelry and diamonds in the area. The manager, Kyle, is most professional and knowledgeable. After a couple bad experiences with Kay’s (repeated events with brand new jewelry with lose diamonds) I will no shop anywhere else but Helzberg. Thank you!

Helpful, able to do custom jewelry but at a two to one material cost I want really interested. Feel like with as much trouble I went through to get an estimate one could order the molds made and smelt some old jewelry to create a piece themselves

Good quality diamonds could use better selection of watches

Certain employees not professional. I had a ring sized down for my grandaughter. It was still too big! She tried to place the blame on my grandaughter for this. She said we will resize again this time good thing you have a warrenty . I was already charged a bunch for this resizing. My grandaughter was almost in tears. This was an exciting gift for her Birthday that turned into her being sad. It also had matching earrings. Clerck could not find one of these items and insisted it wasnt there. She finally found when another employee stepped in. Also the the ceiling behind the counter is absolutly filthy! Cobwebs and dirt all over it. I will continue to do my shopping at Doland Jewelry in Davendort Iowa. Im treated like a queen there. These chain stores suck. I should have known better.
