This place is very undependable and do not ever call to give updates and lie to us when we call. We had our boat there for 3 months and the day we were told to come pick it up, we went and drive shaft was laying on the ground and all of lower unit was on ground. They I guess neglected to put a part in when they did they work. Dont you think that since we were coming an hour and a half away that someone could call us?. No they did not. They said it would be ready first thing in the morning and they would call us as they wanted to clean it up. It was not clean when we picked it up that evening. Black grease all over the white seats. Also the engine cover has broken fiberglass and hinges pulled out. Will never go back. However the power steering is better and the gamble bearing was replaced and new drive shift and runs much smoother. And the leak was fixed. It is a shame that they can not communicate and tell people the truth.

We just completed a purchase, retrofit, restoration and storage issue with Tom Barrett of the Holly Hill location. We could not be happier with the time and energy he put into the whole deal but even more than that we were impressed with his personal integrity and character. Not impressed as a first time customer.Never got a call with a repair estimate.No communication at all.Nothing was ever followed thru....not impressed at allWould think twice if I ever returned

I bought a new trailer from Tom last spring just in time to take our boat back to Ohio. I soon found out the manufacture equipped the trail with the wrong accessories for proper tong weight. I was in a jam and Tom came through in a big way. He made Changes necessary for my boat to fit the trailer and about2 hours later I was on my way back to Ohio.
