Update 10/2021: we have our boat and closing was smooth. We are working to update it a little after the sale and Mike still responds to us. We are completely satisfied with the end result.We met today. He’s legit. Not sure what happened that I fell through the cracks but he’s about as awesome as they come. Offer in on a boat. Will keep you posted.Update 7/19/21 Owner and Daytona Beach (Mike) has responded. They’ve given us two boats to look at and the response has been good moving forward. I understand things fall through the cracks and people do get chances to make a second impression. After getting in contact with Mike after initial bump, he’s been very receptive to our communication. Looking forward to seeing both boats.7/12/21 Tough reaching company initially via phone or email. I was looking at a boat for a family member and negotiated a price for them. Before they arrived I figured out the boat for sale was a used previous boat club boat with 350 hours of use. This was not clearly indicated on advertisements via popular boat sale website. We canceled the appointment to see the boat, and I received a nasty email about wasting peoples time. How about if you are going to sell rental/boat club boats you make it clear on the posting what it is.
