The staff was very nice, I believe it was Samantha helping us. She put up with my fathers rudeness very professionally, although he did not mean to be. They had my purchases from online ready to go. Just had to show my ID they handed me my stuff and I was out of there after just a few questions.

Very stand-off-ish. Arrogant at times. Needed to break up a bill. Send my part to me and the other part to my son. All of them claimed they dont know how to do that. Maybe they need better training.
I’ve had Verizon for about 18 months thus far and I will say after switching from AT&T is was the worst decision of my life. My phone bill basically doubled which I was fine with if I got the signal promised. However after about 3 months it went to complete disaster scenario. Following those 3 months, my signal would show that it was LTE and 3-4 bars but none of the devices will do anything unless connected to WiFi. I was told by Verizon I’d have to purchase a booster which I refused because I’m not paying for another device to use another service for the service I’m paying for to work. They sent a technician to check my area and it was deemed undesirable area, I was told I could close my account without penalty but their were penalties. By this time I was already 6-7 months in to paying off the devices and Verizon pretty much told me my only option was to close my account and give them the phones back without being reimbursed for the amount paid toward the devices. All of this while my phone bill cost changed every single month for some reason. My bill would range between 220 and 370 with 3 lines. They would put unauthorized add ons like Disney +, Apple Music, change my insurance plan etc. DONT DO IT!

Was in there 2 hours left with phones..they dont work, they never transferred our number over....when you call the toll free number you go to a foreign country they put you on hold over 2 hours before they answer and the connected us to 7 people nobody can help you....dont get Verizon

My experience with this store is a nightmare. They have limited knowledge of these phones. Albert the store manager is rude. His employee sent my husband home with a four hundred dollar phone that she could not program properly. After four hours it still wasn’t working correctly for him to use. We took the phone the next day to the palm coast location on belle terre parkway. Keith, was fantastic. Set the phone up properly and then some in about forty five minutes! I don’t recommend the Daytona beach store. I highly recommend the palm coast store, they really know what they are doing and know these phones well.
I think Verizon consider your existing customers and give them a better deal on getting new phones. It just seems to me that you dont take into consideration the amount of time your customers are with you and the Loyalty that goes along with that. I dont think you show loyalty to your customer like we should oil tea to you
This location is adequate. The company is sneaky and expensive with average service coverage and speeds. They upsell you on phones and bloated plans, but fail to inform you the rebate offers for phones are tied to keeping extra services that the most expensive plans are composed of. When you see your enormous bill coming, you instinctively cut the fat off of your plans and are then notified after the 30 day return date for your new phones that you will not receive a rebate because you are on an unapproved plan. All this happens long past the time your old trade-in phones are in their clutches and put out to pasture. Customer service is difficult to get ahold of on a voice call and will try to upsell you at the end of your conversation even if it was an unsatisfactory exchange.
Been a Verizon customer since 2003. Official retail stores no longer offer technicians. I just also found out I am unable to call the store directly. Youre also still required to wear a mask, which at this point, is a complete power trip.
I love those people which they are helpful but when Tiffany come to work at that store. The people starting to act like her which I dont even think she is a good influence because I cant stand her as she first fool me that she were ok but in fact she is horrible.

Been a Verizon customer for a long time. Came to upgrade phones for the family, we bought 4 phones. We were helped by Glory, she was awesome at helping us out. The manager was also attentive. I recommend visiting this place for your next phone and ask for Glory, you wont be disappointed.
Stopped in on a Friday evening to shop new phones/plans. It was busy but well staffed and we had no wait time at all. Trent helped us and was very friendly and knowledgable. He answered all questions and got us into a great plan quickly with no hassle. Very happy with the whole experience.

I placed an order with Verizon over the phone and ordered a Motorola foldable Razr phone which was the worst mistake and will never do again. The phone arrived in two days which was nice but when I brought it into the store to get it set up, the agent told me it was damaged as the top half didnt work and I would have to reorder another one and return mine. The process of having to do this was very time consuming and a major inconvenience since they stopped my service on my phone I was going to trade in so I could only call emergency numbers. For the past 2 days I had no cell service and after going to the Verizon store in Daytona, they were still unable to help me. I have had AT&T for over 40 years and should have never switched to Verizon as it has been a pain in the neck and their staff were not friendly nor helpful. Needless to say, I cancelled my order and went back to AT&T as they were happy that I came back as one of their valuable customers. I would never purchase a phone with Verizon nor would I go to their corporate store in Daytona with unfriendly staff. Kudos to AT&T.

Poor phone customer service. While traveling from Michigan I called the Daytona store to see if my iPhone options are in stock. I need to replace the iPhone I lost while traveling. The person who answered the phone kept interrupting me before I could tell her what I needed, insisting that I just come into the store. She ignored the fact that Im on the road and will not arrive there for a couple more days. I felt disrespected and offended. I think Ill find another store with better customer service.
My opinion! Takes customer service to a new level. Nice folks that have too many corporate restrictions to do much more than sell you a new phone. The butt of comedians jokes Verizon has great reception, wish they had more service for their price.

Husband call the store today to talk about upgrading to the note 10 from a note 9. We were told that he could do a trade on the phone and do a instore pick up for the note 10. He was told that he would be getting a 250$ e-gift card for his trade in. He was told by two different representatives on the phone that he could use that credit on paying for his new phone. He goes in and picks up the phone and again was told he could use the 250 gift card balance to help pay off his new phone. When his gift card arrived by email he called to pay that toward the balance of his phone and was told he could not apply his balance toward the phone only on the bill or for accessories that we did not need. He was lied to three different times and now have a useless 250$ gift card which Verizon does not want to honor. Also in the last month both of our phone numbers were being routed to different numbers in a different state. Therefore we missed a ton of calls from people and from medical offices because our phone calls were being sent to random numbers and people. We have be a long time loyal customer with 5 lines that are payed on time every month. Since Verizon wants to be shady and not honor what they tell their customers or honor what it says on the website that you can use the credit for a new device, we are actively looking for a new phone service since they decided to help us with this situation.

Just went in to inquire about my plan and phone after being told when I bought the phone in August that I was allowed to trade in at any time and should not pay any extra towards the phone so that when a new phone came out I could just switch with no cost at it. Found out at another store that that is not the case so I went back to the store where I got my phone and service to ask. The service associate Matt, was not terribly warm or friendly and kind of had an attitude and there was no effort to try and make it right . I was treated as if I was just making this up to try and get something free which I guess a lot of people do but that wasn’t my intention. He acted like he had something better to do than help her Verizon customer.

Misinformation at every juncture. For 3 months I have been trying to cancel my 91 yr old mothers mobile service. Horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible. The next stop the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Advocacy and the local news.
I spoke to Matt over the phone the day before as i needed a new plan and cell phone, he was very attentive and sweet. Took care of everything i need to get done within what was not even 30 minutes. Very professional and knew what was right for my family member. I recommend to go to this location and ask for Matt, or anyone because they all were full of smiles and all very attentive.
I have been with Verizon for a very long time and never had an experience like I did at this location! I will never return to this location again, but instead drive the extra distance to the Orange City location where they have always had excellent customer service and always service with a smile..The Young girl who helped me at this location was full of attitude and very condescending..Who knows what her problem was, maybe it was my camo hoodie and she thought my money wasnt as good as the mans with a suit & tie....We were having a phone activated that was a replacement and she didnt even ask if we needed a case or screen protector...So Verizon lost out on my money today, I went next door to Target and got a case and screen protector...Shame on this young lady...
My rep Joan took us by the hand and provided us nothing but outstanding service. Patient, knowledgeable and so calm it was a pleasure having her as our service representative. But have worked with others too and they are all really good.I find it much easier to walk in and talk to a person face to face than calling in for support & questions; or using the online chat where the answers are seldom right.Thank you for being awesome!

Its hit or miss with this place. Some know what theyre doing and some dont.... EDIT: we went back in and while having to sit on the phone with customer service with the sales representative working at Verizon there, after being on the phone with them for over an hour the guy who was helping us had muted the call so he could call his pharmacy and order prescriptions which is fine, we were on hold yet again, but when he went to unmute it, he hung up the call and it was just before closing at this point and I had to call them back and do everything on my own which took over another hour because he hung up the phone when we were almost complete.

Avoid this store... Purchased phones for my family and was told to have them bring their old phones in to trade them for my bill credit. Two out of three of my family were able to do this. I was told my last family member couldnt trade it in by another sales associate. I asked for the manager to resolve this when I arrived back at the store and this person never showed up. Buyer be warned, these sales people have no idea what they are talking about. The manager must be too busy smoking outside the front of the store to deal with customers or does not have the ability to do their job and talk with a customer when they are asked for. The three sales associates that talked with me told me three different things. The Verizon person I called while waiting in the lobby for ten minutes, was the only one who seemed to know what she was talking about. I feel the sales associates are poorly trained at this store, which is a direct reflection of its management. The lady on the phone was kind enough to get me the regional managers contact info. This could be interesting...
Best Verizon store I have been to, and I have been a customer for about four years. JC is extremely knowledgeable and helps you get in and out quickly with what you want. Also told me about options that I wasn’t aware of!Excellent service in a relaxed atmosphere.

I have been a customer at this location for a decade. Every time I have gone in this store (and there have been many) usually with self-induced issues, everyone has always exceeded and has gone beyond their call of duty PROFESSIONALLY, RESPECTFULLY & KINDLY! I also enter respectfully & kind and treat those as I want to be treated, so before you give a low rating to anyone, I suggest you look in your phone mirror to check and see what those folks would rate you! Also, the faces in this store havent changed much in 10 years and that speaks volumes.

This Verizon store is always very helpful and extremely friendly. The employees are very patient with the elderly folks and they even offer them a smart phone class. Pretty cool I think.
The staff at this store are always pleasant and go out of their way to help customers. My only complaint and this is out of the stores control is the parking. When you enter the plaza you have an immediate right turn into the parking area in front of Verizon thats shared with the Christian bookstore next door to it and the Tijuana Flats next to that. Because the parking is so close to the lanes for the traffic lights backing out becomes a very unique venture, at least to do so safely or without receiving a few horn honkers.
I would recommend this location to anyone. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Mike helped my husband and I sign up for a plan. I walked out with a brand new galaxy note 4 for under $60. Mike was very nice and made the whole experience smooth. Thank you!

I can barely even rate this store one star!The Man behind the counter was extremely rude and wouldnt even bother to look at my phone or check anything out on it . He never even stood up or would examine the phone even though it was a fairly new Verizon phone.He was utterly useless, and it was a horrible experience for me there!I would not go back to this store again. After that I went to the Ormond Beach store and it was like night and day; they were so helpful and fixed the glitches and problems with my phone and made me feel like I was worth helping, unlike the International Speedway Store.
Worst experience ever. They improperly installed a $35 screen protector and a month after purchasing it for my Pixel 2 XL it had scratches along every side. I went in to complain. They claimed that was a throw away protector, that the scratches were normal wear and tear from taking it out of your pocket and that many come broken. They insisted I buy a $50 screen protector from Zagg because theirs didnt have a warranty. They also forgot to mention that you only have 14 days to take back products and that they wont reinstall a screen protector if they mess up and told us we got ripped off the last time we came in.I also went in to ask if my new phone had a dead pixel. The guy very obviously didnt want to deal with us. He didnt know what a dead pixel was and he didnt want to say so, so he got it confused with LCD damage and wouldnt listen to us. He said it wasnt a dead pixel but wouldnt tell us what it was, mockingly showing it to another employee very quickly, asking if they saw a dead pixel (mind you a dead pixel can be a SINGLE pixel) and then taking it away after he immediately said no. He didnt use a cloth to clean my new phone, instead he vigorously rubbed it against his dirty shirt. They essentially laughed us out. Luckily I had a fantastic experience at a local Verizon store where they told me it was a dead pixel and to go through Google because Verizon sucks at replacement and just in general.This store is extremely unprofessional from what Ive seen. Will only be coming here if absolutely necessary, wish I could switch carriers.

Well I went in and traded my note 9 for a note 10+ was told I could use the trade in toward my new phone, they sent me a verizon egift card through gmail to do this for the amount, i called customer service to apply that amount toward the overall payment of my new phone, was then told I was given incorrect info by 2 representatives and that the gift card cannot be used toward the phone I just purchased which the lied directly to my face. I was then told if I wanted to return the phone I could but I would not be able to get my trade back. Buch of liars and cheats at this company. I am completely done with verizon. My next step since nobody wants to help me is contact the AG the BBB and a attorney after I switch carriers as soon as I can. Do not do business with these shady people. Oh and not to mention I have 5 lines under the military plan, they do not care about the customer whatsoever. Done with them for good! All prior service members and current service members take heed to this warning, bunch of crooked people!
Phone has been overheating off and on. Yesterday started overheating and wouldn’t allow me to turn it off. Called Verizon and spoke to a manager who said we could go to this corporate store to get replacement even if they didn’t have my model. The manager at this store treated me as though I was not telling the truth. Only if phone smelled of smoke or electrical burning would they replace it in store. Otherwise I had to leave my phone and they would mail one. I am traveling. I can’t be without a phone. I called back to customer service. The manager has the discretion to help or not. Horrible attitudeOf course they offered for me to buy out my contract and start me on another 24 month one Always about an saleWe left. I refuse to be treated poorly.

Went to the Palm Coast store to trade in 2 phones in Dec. Since then, everything that was said to us like receiving $100 credit was never done. We have had nothing but bad experience with the Android LG Q7 Thin. Feel like our iPhones were worth more than these Androids that had a BOGO sale at the time. Customer service was trying to help & brought our monthly plan down only to get a text that was way over what she said over the phone. In the end, a salesman is just that. They have quotas to meet & thats what they do. Thought by leaving AT&T we would get better for our money. Look at every detail that is on your contract & get it all down in writing. Version does have better coverage but thats it.

Visited this store after my wifes phone crapped out while on our honeymoon. Sales representative Dee McIntosh greeted us at the door and spent almost and hour trying to solve our problem. When tech support was unable to fix the issue he work out some warranty magic and now a new phone is being over night shipped to our condo at no charge to us. Great customer service from am AMAZING employee!! Dee McIntosh is your man for everything Verizon is said to represent folks!!

Came in to buy a power pack for my smartphone/tablet. I was shown a power pack and was told I had 25% off accessories with my discount. Was checking out with a different representative and was told that discount wouldnt apply to that purchase so I didnt make the purchase. However as I was waiting to pull out of the lot in my car the original representative came out to tell me that its his fault and that he would honor that discount. Would absolutely recommend going to this store!

Be very careful. The products they sell are very good; however, the staff is not very knowledgeable at all. Didnt know hardy anything when bought my iPhone 5 and just recently bought a Flex and couldnt;t even set it up properly in the store. Also, they never answer the phone so you can get some help.Also, seem to be extremely busy in the store and brush you off if have too many questions.

We are on vacation and one of our business phones breaks, screen goes black. We call the store and they state they may be able to fix. We drive 45 minutes one way to discover they DONT repair any phones, and that they will warranty for a new phone. The salesperson was very friendly and stated we would receive in 2 days which was important as we are traveling. The phone was not received in 2 days, when we finally got the phone it was missing the sim card, the back, and the battery. We called the store back to ask where were the other parts. The sales person stated to take it from our old phone. The store never returned our old phone. We asked to speak to the manager and spoke to the assistant manger. He stated it was late and he would call first thing in the am to resolve issue. This never happened. We called numerous times and finally spoke to him. He stated the sales person said she returned the phone and it was her word against ours, but he would be willing to upgrade us, if we signed a new contract and pay the upgrade fee. I asked to speak to the manager, he was in a meeting but would return my call. Once again this never happened after numerous calls. I would never recommend this store to anyone. I can understand a problem, but this store not only has problems but fails to take care of them.

Theyre worse than the guy down the street trying to sell a car. The rep tells me that my upgrade is $179. I figure w/ tax itll be around $200. No big deal. Then he tells me that with the upgrade I get the bundle package. It includes a case, a choice of ear buds or a charger, and a screen protector. Thinking this is all included in the price, he isnt telling me that it costs more, I choose the charger, even though I really didnt need a new one. But, since it wont cost me anymore it doesnt hurt to have a spare. I tell him that I want to have my number put on the new phone. He says, Due to the warranty we have to choose a new number. What? Ive had the same number for 8 years. He puts a screen protector on and bags everything up and is ready to send me on my way when I ask for a receipt. He says, Oh, we dont do that anymore. We email it to you. I did not have any email when I got home. I did have a bunch of accessories that I did not want, including a screen protector, not the one he put on but an extra he threw in the bag, an additional $15.99. I try to bring it back and cant because I dont have a receipt. The guy is named Mike. He is from Boston or somewhere up north, he has a strong accent. What a joke. I ended up spending almost $300 that day. I had to call customer service to have my original phone number put on the new phone and even the guy in the customer service department couldnt explain why this wasnt done at the store. Caution, no receipt means no purchase right there. Also, dont just grab your bag and walk out. There is a thing called SLIDING. In the world of retail, especially with sales people, this occurs often. It is where they are charging you for something that you dont know youre being charged for until you look at your receipt, which I didnt have one to look at. This is illegal in FLORIDA. I have to chalk this experience up as a lesson learned. When my two years comes up and its time to upgrade I will be going to AT&T or Sprint.

Horrible experience pompous jerks.The store Never helps you, they act like you need to just buy everything new and when you want to pay a bill. You get pushed to the back of the line then they want your ID and to go through 5 Security checks before you can just hand them money.Everything they do they make difficult so that you dont come into the store so they can all just sit in there air condition little place playing on their own phones on the Wi-Fi I dare you to go in there and prove me wrong.
