Employees are not interested in the customer’s needs or wants. They are seemingly wanting to sell you what they have been told to sell, and have a limited in-stock inventory. We were told that it would take a month to receive a “special order”. We went to a different store nearby, and received courteous, competent service. Plus, the exact phone I wanted arrived at the house in less than 24 hours, once they ordered it for me.
Lets talk about Dante for a moment. He was new on the floor but I would never have known until he said it was his third day on the floor. Me and my girlfriend had planned a date day and absolutely nothing went right. Dante was the only positive part in the day. He was knowledgeable and quick to get us the info we wanted. Hes a good guy and I hope he keeps up the good work. Great experience.

Went in for a cracked screen the staff helped me right away. Normally have to wait at other stores but everyone was so attentive and I was in and out with my new screen. Highly recommend this location, the customer service was great. I drive out of my way to come to the Daytona store!
Jeremy at the Daytona Beach AT&T store was most helpful when I went to purchase an Apple Watch. He was very professional and friendly. I had gone into this store with limited time, and Sam the asm stepped in since everyone else had customers and was super helpful and knowledgeable. I was in and out in 20 minutes for something that would’ve taken an hour anywhere else!

Staff was nice, and handled my issue with within my hour lunch break so I wont be complaining about that. Only complaint (in all honesty I picked it so I myself am to blame as well) was that they didnt have any cases for my new phone, so waiting the next three days for a case to get here thats actually going to protect this thing is.....stressfull to say the least.

My experience with AT&T was absolutely amazing. I walked in a did not have an appointment I expected to be there for a while waiting but I was welcomed right away and Alex assisted me with my services. I had a lot of questions he was able to answer right away. With his suggestions I was able to get the best phone that would help me in every aspect of my life. Considering I use my phone for everything, I am very pleased with my new phone. It was definitely good to have such a great experience during these difficult times, with such a personable, knowledgeable and friendly staff member. I had a very positive experience at the AT&T in Daytona Beach by the speedway. Israel help me with a very complicated situation and he did flawlessly. The manager on staff was very helpful as well. If I have any problems or concerns I will definitely contact the team here at Daytona Beach. Israel just made me a lifelong AT&T customer.
Worst experience ever. I’m told one thing by customer support and corporate over the phone and then bexause the employee Bishop was too lazy to look up or even try to help he raised his voice and got mad and then as I said may we call the att contact number of the people who said it was possible he immediately hung up on me. Alex was so helpful! We switched over to ATT from Sprint and are saving $50 on our bill monthly. There was also a promo going on where my husband and I got $700 EACH for our iPhone XR’s when we traded them in. My husband and I appreciated how Alex didn’t pressure us into buying anything extra as well (iPad, Apple Watch etc). Every time we went to Sprint, the workers ALWAYS hounded and pressured us asking us a million times “are you sure you don’t want to throw in an iPad”. Honestly, so glad we are done with Sprint! Thank you Alex at the Daytona AT&T store! We highly recommend going to see him.

Reggie and Jenny were the reps that helped me and my husband Clayton and we were extremely happy with the service we received, we came in kinda late and had to come back the next day to have all our stuff re uff transfered to our new phones from our trade ins and as soon as I walked in reggie jumped up to help. Just came in to view the demo of the sonim xp8. It was not on the sales floor to view. The guy went back to get for me to look at and brought to me not charged expecting to decide if I wanted to buy it just buy holding it. Would not go get a charger for me to plug it in either. Not happy with service at all. As far as the techs name dont remember bad with names or his name would be on the review customer service is dead.
I bought my new phone today with Israel B. He is phenomenal to work with. He stopped at nothing to serve me and all of my needs. As it turned out, I needed to be in the store for a prolonged span of time based on the new purchase and additional needs. I saw the conduct of all of the other associates which also gave me a helping hand. Everyone is to be commended for their work. Today’s experience... textbook perfect. They all did ATT proud and my Israel set the stage! Additionally, COVID-19 precautions were exercised at every turn. Props to them all at the Daytona Beach store!

I bought an Android under the assumption that it would be a fully functional smart phone and as soon as I tried to install apps that I use daily, the phone doesnt support them. I tried to return the phone the next day for a more expensive one and was told theres a $55 restocking fee on a $60 phone and thats absolutely absurd to give me only $5 for a phone I bought the night before
4 would be a 5 except they were unable to not charge me the last payment on phones. I had payed my bill online and got a text but it had not posted yet. Even though I showed them the text from AT&T FREE Msg: Pmt conf #6Q97IVR2R04PVNR. Bank Acct debit authorized for $326.24 on 09/05/20 and successfully posted to AcctNow I have to call ATT to get my credit as I have now paid the last payment on phones twice.They should have been able to let me get my new phones with that text message. It was on the Labor Day weekend Which is why it hadnt posted to the account yet.
Ive been an AT&T customer since 1995. This store had the worst knowledge and customer interaction I have ever encountered. First trip I went and got a new phone. The sales guy clearly told me that I had thirty days to return if I wasnt satisfied. OK. I didnt think to look at the fine print on the back of the receipt. It is actually 14 days unless you have a business account. I just went off of what he told me and at the store he of course denied saying 3O days. The manager was rude and didnt even come over to talk with me and no exceptions were made. The sales guy also did not put the SIM card in the new phone and could not figure out what was wrong. The manager finally had to show him. The entire experience was very rushed and he acted in hurry just to get the sale. Awful and very dispondent customer service.
My grandmother and I went in after visiting the smoothie king next door. From the time we had walked in, to the time we walked out, Alex was warm, friendly, and welcoming. Due to my experience, he is phenomenal at his job, upselling needed products, and product packages. Normally, people who try to upsell their stores product, they force it upon the customer in hopes that they will buy what they are trying to sell. Alex happened to mention a few packages that came with AT&T but never tried to force us to buy it. He joked around, professionally of course, and made up feel welcome, allowing us to relax and feel we were wanted. Your worker is good at his job, and deserves a raise, or even just great praise.
We stopped by to inquire about a home Hotspot. The sales reps were very friendly, honest and knowledgeable.
I spent almost two hours in the store and nothing achievd.they only have two stuff working and running like chicken without the heads !The worst service experience !!My advice is to avoid this location .

I’ve been with ATT since 2000 and not only did the associates in this store have the least compassion I’ve ever seen in customer service, an associate actually took my phone out of my hand and began speaking on it in the in the midst of a PANDEMIC, then handed it right back to me. THEN one of them brought a LIZARD inside. Didn’t see hand sanitizer used once. All of my phone problems are now much worse. Go to the corporate store in Port Orange, it’s MORE than worth the trip. 0/10 would NEVER recommend.
Alex was a class act. He made the entire experience enjoyable, with phenomenal customer service. Also, I feel like the ability to successfully place a screen protector on a phone without any air bubbles whatsoever is truly a forgotten art, however Alex has certainly mastered this craft, and truly deserves recognition for what I witnessed. Textbook execution. 👌 Ask for Alex!
Short wait time, excellent customer service, very helpful one no no. No restrooms especially for elderly. The store is large and busy should have accommodations especially if wait time is longer.

The rep had a bit of attitude and tried to refuse the usage of the employee discount associated with my account. She also refused to give her UID which is against company policy. You want to be able to tell your friends and family to support the company but it is quite disrespectful and embarrassing when they refuse simple company processes
The salesman was very nice and kind he saw me getting out of my car and opened the door with a nice greeting. Took care of my internet payment and gave me comfortable seating. Thank you Nick, he also told me that AT&T will be having a new streaming service starting next month

Unhappy with the overall service of our sales agent. Not always helpful on explaining the new services and features of my new iPhone. With Covid19 safety in place, the table partition made understanding difficult. Also appeared that she was, at times, texting on her personal phone.
Alex at the International speedway location was amazing. We walked with a nightmare that included adding devices, switching devices to other people and upgrading to a plan that helped our budget. He managed to solve all our issues without any stress or aggravation. Alex is a great asset to AT&T, as well as any. Customer that comes in.

We spent six hours at the authorised dealership and ended up with two accounts and a slew of problems.After two failed attempts we went to the corporate store in Daytona Beach.The quality of service was like night and day. They closed our accounts and started us over. The process took just about an hour.I highly recommend that you visit the corporate store.

Good service but this company will destroy your bank account. first few months ok then your bills will stat to change to crazy amounts and if you call youll end up talking to somebody in india that dont know where America is. Had the worst experience of my life, they took a lots of money out of my account even up to too bills a month, i had to get a different card number it was too much. Please live a simple life and stay away from the big sharks.

Attempted to ask for help on a transfer of service In which AT&T had entered the wrong phone number on my phone. I spoke to a sales woman who was rude, condescending, told me things that were simply untrue and blamed me for the issues. Customer service was unacceptable. It is a full day later and I have no service inside my home. If I want to make or receive a phone call, I have to go outside.
This store doesn’t exist. If you call the number, it says it’s directing you to a representative from the store but no one ever answers. I’m not local & wasted about an hour looking for this store. I don’t understand why it’s still listed at this address.
Dropped off my old phone to THE MANAGER and was still charged the nonreturn fee.I’ve called and called. Been to the store and still no resolution. Att has zero regard for their customers.This has been going on for two months.I’m ready to pay my contract and move to Verizon.

Waited for 45 minutes and no one bothered to say a word to me other than I was the next person in line. They proceeded to take two other people after me.
This store is now down the road next to Smoothie King. Anyway, my fiancé and I came here to get a plan together (he was with AT&T and I was with MetroPCS) Heather helped us out here and she was by far one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with in any store. After bluntly trying to avoid answering questions, she didn’t tell us our At&t account pin, didn’t tell us our monthly payment, and upon leaving the store and getting a call from customer service we realized my MetroPCS phone was active and receiving calls instead of the one I just purchased with AT&T. After talking to customer service for over an hour and a half and setting up our pin, they saw that our plan was never submitted from the store. Just overall frustrated and very glad customer service was able to fix everything in the end.
My wireless device was down for more then 30 days, after numerus phone calls to tech support and a stop at another outlet with no resolution John and Kevin at the Daytona Beach location were finally able to sort out and solve my problems and get me back on line. John took the time needed to make several phone calls and trouble shoot until the problem was solved. Customer service at its best! Thanks again

Horrible experience. The cell phone service is good, but the customer service is horrible. Had a extremely difficult time resolving issues. The salesman will tell you one thing and customer service will say something else. Watch out for there manditory package deal with att & direct t.v.

I went in here to inquire about an offer and thought that the agent was really rude and not willing to help me or even interested in doing so. I had a move offer for $300 card, just asking questions and he says no, this is not legitimate and only a $100 offer (which has passed he says) is what he knows about. I just got off the phone with ATT&T and they offered the opposite information and explained the terms to me. This was a cocky young kid who thinks he can railroad customers so he can get his kickback and Im not impressed. If I want any help Ill call ATT&T directly or deal with the website. The woman who greeted me and put me in the queue was nice and I actually felt like a person, but my overall impressions overall from other staff, was stiff and just too bureaucratic - can you SMILE? Ive felt this not just from ATT&T but other wireless brands as well. Mostly young men who look like theyre extras from the Matrix. I dont appreciate it, and dont think youre more professional because you act that way. Consumers are treated so much like a dollar sign lately I feel, and Im just a person here...
