Jason was awesome! I called said to come in. He immediately took a look realized what was wrong and because it was simple fix he showed me what to do in the future and sent me on my way. Very honest business anyone else would have kept it for a couple of days and charged an arm and a leg or maybe a first born but not them! Thank you guys yall are an answer to a prayer.

My wife had an issue with her computer that I could not resolve. I called networks and explained the problem. I was told it would be best if I would bring the computer in to the shop. Jason Smith greeted me at the door and said he would diagnose the problem and let me know what he finds. Within a short period of time, he called and let me know that the hard drive was not recoverable and that I would need a new drive. He installed it and loaded the new operating system. When I tried loading some additional software on the computer, I ran into another issue. Jason solved it and everything is operating exceptionally well. Throughout the process Jason was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I have dealt with networks for years and have always been very pleased with the service and price.

Implementing a new phone system where I work and Mitch and the whole crew were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. The install went seamlessly until we couldnt run a credit card. I called them and Mitch called me back within minutes. He walked me through rerouting it to the old system until he could get back the next morning. Every experience I have had with Networks has been positive. Jason has always been extremely helpful and honest. I have been going to them for years with my computer as well as my kids computers. Michael from networks fixed problems consisting of Laptop no longer connected to wifi network .WiFi device driver was corrupted,, reinstalled the wifi device driver and confirmed the laptop is now able to see and connect to wifi router. This also impacked my cable tvs (six of them).He was very professional and made sure that all of my concerns were taken care before leaving.

Computer issues? Look no further. This company is a class act with a great tech Dustin who came to my rescue in the middle of the C19 pandemic. This man is courteous, knowledgeable and has excellent follow up skills; a real Boy Scout. My computer was a digital septic tank, now free of malware and performing like new. Oh yeah, the price. Beyond fair, especially when providing pick-up and return N/C. Id use them again in a New York second.

Net Works came to my house to get all my profiles running together now I not recieving my messages. One of the teach came over and now I cant get him out of my notifications. Net Works send out a anothers tech to the house he could not delete him out of my notifications .The teach was very rude and would not fix anything that the teach was supposed to do the first time. However, I am compelled to communicate about the extraordinarily good service I received from Net Works, Inc. in Daytona Beach recently. I own a Dell mini tower that would not power up so, therefore, would not load its MS Windows O/S on the machine. I conducted some web research regarding potential local solutions providers and settled on Net Works, Inc. based on their strong customer reviews and the manner in which the company presents itself on the web. This was my first visit so my experience with the company is extremely limited. However, I can easily make some very favorable judgements despite the tiny sample size. The customer service folks who answer the phone or greet you in the office are personable and efficient. My technician, Dustin, was flat out terrific. Explained the process and the companys minimum $50 charge to examine the machine. Most importantly, this first visit gave proof to the companys integrity. They could have charged me up to several hundred dollars to repair the PC mini tower - I had no idea what was wrong or what it would take to fix it. When Dustin called the next day he explained that some of the units RAM was bad and preventing the machine from fully powering on and loading the O/S. He replaced the faulty RAM and let me know the entire repair was covered by the $50 look/see fee. Awesome - what honesty and integrity - precisely, along with strong competence, that I seek in a service provider. The bottom line: repair completed in under 48 hours, with terrific service end to end and clearly the highest integrity. I know consider Net Works, Inc. to be my IT solutions provider and will recommend the company strongly to others as well.

I needed so much help with getting things off of my Samsung cloud to Google cloud and also backed up a to a jump drive. Plus I needed help with some difficulty I was having using Windows 10.
