Always a pleasant experience. The place is clean and well stocked. The staff is always willing to assist and the machines always in good working order.

I love this place. I usually come to drop off my packages that I need to ship out. Anything I need any office supplies I come here. Ask for Sergio if hes working. I purchased an all glad corner desk and he helped me choose what the best one was and have me lots of advice. I defenitly recommend this office depot.

Walked inside of this store and absolutely no one greeted me at all as I passed by 3 employees that looked me face to face. Are these employers still teaching the importance of customer service?

Customer service at this store has gone downhill! Twice now Ive gone to this store to ship the same box via FedEx. The first time the service was extremely slow, so much so that I had to leave. The second time the shipping label didnt print and the girl went to service other customers instead of finding out why. I ended up going down the road to Safe Ship in Port Orange.

Terrible store! I called asking for help in the furniture department and the rep says a manager has to help me. Then comes back and says they can’t help me and I hear a lady in the background saying “I’m not dealing with that”!

I recently bough a new Lenovo laptop computer from the people over at Office Depot on Nova RD. Unfortunately, with no fault to Office Depot, in the middle of working on it the laptop turned off and would not respond. I have a very demanding job where I help though who are affected by catastrophes from storms such as hurricanes, ice storms, and fire. Without my computer I can not continue helping those people. Sean came to the day. Even though I was under warranty with Lenovo it would have taken up to two weeks to get my laptop back. Sean was able to get me another laptop in store and get me back to work. Because of Sean and his co manager Mas 5 families that day got a roof over their head while the repairs to their homes get done in Louisiana due to the back to back hurricanes. Thank you fellas.

We went to purchase a computer last week, and were totally ignored by staff. Ended up at Best Buy purchasing needed computer. Went back today to buy office chair, and weree again ignored. On our way to Staples- Guess Office Depot doesnt want our money.

What I thought was going to be a problem visit turned into me finding a great Office supply store. Joe is a great guy and was so helpful. I never felt rushed and he took the time to answer all my questions.. I walked in dreading what I had to do and left smiling .. Thanks Joe..

Sold me a broken printer and wouldn’t accept it back, this has been the worst experience returning a defective product to a seller in my entire life and if I could give them negative stars I 100% would. I will be advertising to all my friends and family to NEVER shop at an Office Depot/Office Max store anywhere ever again. Absolutely horrible customer service and don’t right their own wrongs. I would hate for people to lose jobs but would love to see Best Buy and amazon absolutely crush their company.

I placed an order for one hour pickup. It was held for loss prevention review, AFTER they took payment. I called the store four times but no one answered. As I was leaving to go figure it out in person, I received a phone call from them. The reason for the hold was that they couldnt validate my phone number. What?! My phone number has NOTHING to do with placing an order, or worse, them taking payment and not releasing my order. I had to provide an address that I no longer live at and havent in quite some time, for my order to be released, even though payment was already taken.

Never again.Should have continued shopping at Costco, was a mistake to shop at Office Depot.

Office Depot is some thieve. I canceled a subscription that we did not leave they did not cancel or refund our money even though they said they would. These people steal from people during a pandemic and it’s wrong. I will no longer use their services and I will not refer them. They are thieves.

Had an issue with an HP printer I bought here. When I came in for help I found out the HP warranty was pretty much useless and thought I was going to be stuck buying a new printer. Will helped me out and swapped the printer for me even though I didnt ask him to and even told him he didnt need to do that. He was awesome to deal with and Ill return here for future purchases.

Helpful staff big store well maintained all kinds of office stuff separate areas to purchase products and services sometimes might catch a big line or long wait from their phone system

Only shining light in that old plaza those employees all work to get the customers taken care of. New managers came in and turned the store for the best and much more friendly staff then before. I started going back to the location a few weeks ago and they are doing great

Great place to go if you need to print from an email or other online source. Also very reasonably priced for printing documents. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Service seems to have plummeted since several years ago. Employees used to ask if you needed help. Thats fine. But I went up to the register, two people doing nothing, then they both just walk off after saying to come over. Felt like I was being punked. Then the guy came back 3 minutes later, rang up a couple items without saying anything. He starts grumbling and smacking the register when it was obvious just being a little slow. Doesnt say anything when hes done and just starts grumbling to himself (and no not using his mic). There seemed to be one hard working dude that pointed me to the air cleaner though. That was nice.

I placed a order online for store pick up. Showed up before the hour to see if by chance it happened to be ready to have a man be beyond rude when the cashier asked about the order... I have spent tons of money at this store and for a customer to hear the ignorance of a working is beyond unacceptable.

So many others have said the customer service is extremely rude, and I agree. I went in there with my brother and the copy center people seemed MISERABLE. No greetings. Horrible attitude. Can something be done? Jesus

The staff and management at this location is very customer friendly. They ensure customer satisfaction. Purchased a couple desks for an excellent price.

I have been at this location a few times this month, each time the associates have always been friendly and quite helpful. Lines are short and service is quick at the print counter.

Found what I was looking for. Some of it in the clearance section. Prices better than Staples for this stuff.

The store was clean and the staff was helpful. My only complaint was that it seemed more chaotic than organized. Things I expected to be together were total separated making it hard to locate some things.

I just went in to buy a laptop/desktop and nobody even acknowledged my presence. Was very odd. Waited10 minutes then left. That was my lunch break today😕. BestBuy is better ijs

So I am a consistent customer at this location. I have been coming here for maybe a year now for all my printing needs. Now today was the first time I encountered an African American male who i believed to be named Daniel who seemed as if he was having a stressful day. I get it. We all have jobs that get stressful. But to call me spoiled because I came to get a service that I was told was available at this location is not the way to treat a customer. Then proceeded to say how if he wasnt busy he would may be able to do what it was I was trying to accomplish. I asked if it was suggested that I should wait until it slowed down which I was willing to do and then I was essentially told that since he cant do what I needed or was requesting, that I should leave. No other solution or suggestion was made by Daniel. Thanks Daniel for the lost of a customer. Ill go else where for my services now.

Its not just office supplies anymore. Cleaning products, school supplies, organization equipment. Store is well layed out and the staff is knowledgeable on products and services.

Literally called 3 times (at separate periods throughout the day) times with 1 question. Was placed on hold and hung up on everytime. There’s no way there that busy. Just irresponsible to put people on hold and hang up on them.

Was made to feel worthless at the new self service copier area because I only had CASH to pay with. I looked at the employee and had I not pushed the issue and let him know just how stupid the new policy was and that I could pay cash for anything else in the store but not for 26 12cent copies. After letting me know that people steal and it adds up for the company after awhile so thats why we dont allow you to pay cash for copies anymore, he ended up reluctantly putting his special code into the machine so I could pay cash. 2min before that he was ready for me to walk out without making my copies or spending any money. I think this is a problem!!!

Staff very helpful. I needed to print a form from my smart phone & was clueless how to do it but they walked me through it.

I purchased a computer at this Office Depot last week and paid $50 for an appointment there to have my stuff transferred from the old computer to the new one. Well I guess they book everyone for the same time so they told me to just leave the 2 computers and they would be ready in 2 hours. Two days later I got a call to pick them up saying the job was done. When I got home I found very little of my stuff had been transferred from the old computer to the new one. I called and was told the other stuff could not be transferred but they will not give me my money back. I had to pay a teenager $40 to do what Office Depot could not do. He had no problem doing what needed done and it only took him an hour n a half. So if you need a technician find your own or mine but do not let these people steal your money

Rude staff. Everyone there was in a bad mood for no reason. 0 customer service skills. Asked for help and they all looked at each other like, whos turn is it now. On their phones and twiddling their thumbs. I wouldnt recommend this location.

Rude i came in from working on my car. It broke down in front of office depot. I needed an item to blow the debris out of a tube that runs from 1 point to another; it was filled w debris from being idle after pulling it from a ditch. This wasnt my ideal stop but no choice. They made a bad day so much worse. Wouldnt help me or even listen. Stuck in their lot quite a while

The customer service was horrible and their selection was very limited. The store appeared as if it has not been restocked for the past couple months with large sections of aisles being nearly empty. The employee that assisted me was not only rude but impatient for her coworker to respond with the availability of a product I wished to buy. I had intended to go in to spend upwards of $800 in my purchase but with their immaturity and ridiculous short supply of products, I decided to go elsewhere. Avoid this store unless you would like to witness a grown woman throw a temper tantrum.

This place is like shopping inside an old flea market. Their phones constantly ring while your there. The carpet in this place makes you think it was used for cattle before they moved in. Clean it up people, this is your work environment
