I purchased printer ink this morning. After the associate tried to give me ink that was not for the card I brought to the register, I finally got the right ones and checked out. Upon getting back to my business I realized i grabbed the wrong model. (my fault, not theirs) I ran back to exchange them and i had opened the cardboard outer box but not the sealing on the cartridges.The Team Services Supervisor was incredibly rude telling me Once the box is opened I dont touch these.They did eventually exchange my product but the level of customer service from a store leader was unacceptable.

The manager this place is a heck of a trouble maker, they put up the products as is for clearance but when we are about to buy it, they just all of the sudden cant give it to us because its not for sale but they put tag in it how could the stuff be in clearance if they dont sell it out! Something shady going on in this place! It clearly said demo or display stuff is on clearance!

Not very well stocked. Very poor customer service each and every person. Dealt with five employees two managers. All of them just seem to hate anybody come in the door. A lot of extra attitude for no reason. anytime anyone had a question they just had nothing but eye rolls and attitude and excuses.

Took way longer than I anticipated to get any customer service out of anyone working when I arrived! I came in for business cards and was ignored by most of the employees as it seemed shifts were changing and no one wanted to assist me until a female employee named Clay came to the rescue and helped get the job done! If anyone needs a bump up or a promotion its that girl! Seemed as if she was doing multiple tasks that all the others just left on her lap and didnt shake one bit! Thanks clay for all your hard work at helping me get these business cards right!!!

Stopped by to have them laminate a few things for me, and they did it quickly, and did not even charge me for it. It was going to be $.84, so the nice lady just gave it to me, so thanks for that.I did pick up a new keyboard and mouse for my new computer they sold me four months ago, and that was easy peasy.Good service, can not complain, and I will go back for my office supplies. Yeah Staples!!!

I paid a total of $67 for 2 large laminated posters. I placed the order online for in-store pick up. The next day mid-afternoon, I received an email that my order was ready. I went in and, upon taking a look at the two posters, one of them was very scratched. I pointed this out to the employee, who was kind and polite and said that there had been an issue with the laminator and it wasn’t running properly. I suppose he had hoped I wouldn’t notice while picking up my order. I kindly asked him to re-do the poster, and I offered to come back the next day once he explained he’d have to reset the laminator. Note: I live a half hour away from this location, so I’ve now spent a total of 2 hours driving back and forth because of damaged orders. When I returned the next day, I was given the damaged poster as well as the other original one I had not yet noticed scratches on and a replacement for the damaged one. After I got back into my classroom (I am a teacher and the posters are for my room), I realized that not only was the replacement poster not cut around the sides at all (large amount of lamination hanging off the edges), there were multiple scratches all over it. ALL of the posters (including the one I thought was fine originally) have numerous scratches all over them, and only some of the posters were properly cut. When you pay upwards of $70 for two posters, it is NOT asking too much for the quality to be decent and for the items to not be damaged. I am not wasting more of my time driving back to ask for another replacement. I am upset and disappointed that I paid this much for damaged products.

Customer service here was so terrible it makes out a bad name for all Staples. Bathroom was Disgusting. Looked like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks. I was walking up and down aisles looking for supplies and no one assisted me, I spotted the manager and attempted to wave him over and even called out for help but he looked over and walked away. Went over to the cash register and no one was there to check me out. Do not reccomend any one to come here. Clearly the staff has no idea what theyre doing.

I placed a small print order online and was told it would be ready the next day. I picked up my order from the store, and when I got home I realized it was wrong. They had left out one of the files. I called the store and went back in to try to have the correct file printed, and they refused to do it, saying the earliest they could have it printed was the next morning. I told them that wouldnt work because I needed the files for a special occasion. They didnt care, or even try to explain why they wouldnt print the file. I even asked if they could send the file to the self serve printer and let me do it, and they said no. When the manager came out to issue a refund for the order they screwed up, he didnt even apologize for their mistake. I guess because Im not a high paying customer they dont care about my business. They completely ruined the plans I had because now I have no way to have the items printed.

They are my go to place for shipping supplies and office products. They have great prices when combined with the coupons that are available from the website. They also send you awesome coupons through email and regular mail if you are a rewards member.

Needed a single piece of transparency film. At first I was told I couldnt buy one piece. Then I was told if I paid for a color transparency print theyd sell it to me. Ive done it before at staples across the globe, why was this so difficult, and why a cookout copy?

Communication between store staff clearly needs improvement. Though the location does not normally open until 11 on Sundays, there was a sign on the door today clearly stating that they would be open by 10 due to the holiday. We tried to wave to someone inside only to be ignored.

I am very DISAPPOINTED with this location and do not think I will be going back. The employees here use to be very kind and helpful but ever since they have changed managers not so much. Not only are the employees rude as can be the manager is also.. which I am sure is why the employees feel they can be rude and unhelpful.This is the third time since the new manager started I have gone in and had the same experience. The first time I thought oh mayb it was just a bad day but now I know that is not the case. 3x now I have had the same experience.This time I went in and went to the print center to see if they could help me change one line and print a copy the lady behind the counter was snappy and very rude as she told me WE CANT DO THAT.. Without even looking at what I was talking about. I tried to talk to her and explain that 1) they had done the same thing for me once b4 and 2) i had called before I came and the guy who answered I didnt remember his name nick or something had told me they may not be able to do it but come up and let them see if there was Something they could do help. but she kept cutting me off n being very rude and was like WE DNT EVEN HAVE ANYONE WITH THAT NAME. she then yelled to another employee still being rude and DISRESPECTFUL. It really seemed more as if they didnt want to help then couldnt since they didnt even want to hear what I was asking or look. If they could not do it I understand tho Im not sure how they did it last time and cant now, its the rudeness and attitude that is not understandable..I thanked the other guy who had came up and told them I still had some other things I needed too. As I walked by the new manager I told him that the attitudes in this place have really gone down hill lately. He said nothing to me never came over to talk to me and or ask what I ment but apparently made a snide comment to other employees because as I am up the isle looking for the other things I needed I hear 2 other employees making comments n jokes about what I had said (they were not by him when I said it but he walked past them afterwards).. so apparently that is how they handle things. N feel customers should be treated. I will not be going back or recomend them to anyone. Atleast not until they get a new manager and an attitude adjustment

I had a print order and was told it would take 3 hrs. When I came back in 3 hours I was told the color printer broke. I asked why they didnt call me because the print job was critical and they LIED and said they did and it went directly to voice mail. I showed them I did not have a call from them in my call log nor a voice mail! WOW HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
