Had a problem.with a delivery that was never attempted to be re-delivered. Went to the shipping center pick up the package and after explaining the situation to the employee, he stated he would be making a note about the driver and try to get to the bottom of the situation because there was no reason for this to have happened.

I always get great service here. Prices reasonable too. But beware they don’t take cash.

They are so mean and disrespectful at this location. I drove all the way from Miami doing at least 100mph trying to make it before they closed. I arrived exactly at 6:30 begging and pleading a man and lady to just allow me to pick up a very important package. He was so mean and disrespectful and I was literally pleading and begging even offered a tip for a few seconds of there time. He walked away and watched me from the staff window.

Storm delayed my time-sensitive next day shipment, and arrived after the courier had already left. I went to the FedEx station and the employee was very helpful, and managed to find my package and save the day!

I had live animals that I paid overnight, expedited shipping for, opted in for all notifications, got none. They were delayed until next day arrival, but of course I didnt get a notification for that either. After checking the tracking number constantly for updates it apparently departed the same facility twice, went to TN, to Orlando, to TN again and I can honestly say this is the most irresponsible experience Ive ever had. Its like they dont even care when something is alive and that you paid exclusively for overnight shipping. The guy behind the counter too clearly didnt care.

Bad experience.Had important equipment shipped to this location only to find my package was rejected and returned to sender upon arrival as this location does not hold fedex ground packages; only express. This location should not be listed as an option when using Fedex Ground.

They delivered my package to the wrong address because for reasons best known to them, they marked out my correct address and wrote the wrong one on the package instead. When I called them to have it picked up and re-delivered to my correct address, they said I had to call the company I ordered the product from and have them order the pick up, even though they had nothing to do with the problem. Doesnt sound like a very user-friendly organization to me!

Actually, it surprised me, in a good way. Though they were busy and though I had somewhat of a wait, they acknowledged my presence, apologized for the wait, and assured me that they would be with me as soon as possible. Very nice people. When they finally got around to me, they were so nice.

I am here every day picking stuff up for my job and the staff is awesome. Ive never had an issue with this facility. The 2274 west ISB branch may be more convenient for regular customers just looking to drop off but Id personally use these guys any day.

I made the mistake of not looking at their reviews prior to using FedEx in Daytona Beach and I must say it was as stated, terrible service! I called and spoke to 3 representatives to find out the whereabouts of my package and how I can pick it up before the close of the business day and got the most rude and ghetto people on the other end handling their calls. I reminded them that they are handling important Federal regulated merchandise and that they were a poor representation of FedEx and they simply just said So what and its not their problem. Sounded young and non sympathetic to adult reality..really unfortunate cause I always thought highly of FedEx and now they SUCK! I wish I could give negative -5 stars!

They are very helpful here. Kind and help find my packages. I own Daves Jerky shop and Maria Cafe, Ormond Beach, at Destination Daytona and the UPS driver cant find my store at times, than, I have to go get my packages. The ladies are wonderful

Your better off going to UPS. If you ask for tape this location tries to sell you a tiny roll for an exorbitant amount of money. UPS will tape your package for you and doesnt charge any extra. Save yourself the time and aggravation and just use UPS

Bad! Paid extra money for an overnight trailer hitch...never received....when I tracked it, (after our vacation that we needed it for) found out that its sitting at the FedEx facility because it got refused! We purposely stayed home for three days to wait on it! Bad Service!

Ordered radiator for my vehicle and it never showed up found out they delivered to wrong address 3 cities away and they couldnt do anything about it had to call and order another one which that company verifies they shipped it to correct address so they wouldnt send out another one then a week later had FedEx say they found it and picked it up and they would deliver it in a few days it was a no signature package and they didnt leave it and wouldnt let you neighbor who I asked to watch for it sign for it so now I have to go track it down again. Wish me luck.

Im pissed; stayed home specifically for the package in Tomoka Estates; left gate open; car clearly seen, I WAS HOME!!! How many times has this happened in Daytona. Day wasted; got a note pasted on my door that I wasnt home. Hell, KNOCK for chrissake. Damn, Im so livid now. Going out of town now...package will probably be sent back. IF this was first time...but...god there must be a better way to get people their rightful BELONGINGS. Fed Ex surely sucks [the truck that serves this area anyway]. I WAS HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive read the other recent reviews, and Im sure they are all very true, but my experience with this location wasnt bad at all. I was having a package shipped to me from CA, I had it stopped at this location so I wouldnt have to worry about someone from my apartments stealing it. They gave me a call first thing this morning to tell me when I would be able to pick up. When I got there, there was only 1 person working at the time but he was very awesome and patient, and he already had my package out waiting for me. Im sure others have had a negative experience here, but its different for everyone. I was worried after reading the reviews that Id have a problem getting my things but Im glad it was easy!! Thanks FedEx.

It smells like mold almost everytime I walk in the building. Told the employees they should have it tested that it’s potential toxic mold. But they haven’t done anything about it for over a year. They won’t think it’s an issue until osha or workman’s compensation gets involved!

If I could give no stars I would. I live in the area for college so my ID doesnt have the address I live at. I have bills under my name but they wouldnt let me use that to get my package. That they attempted to deliver. The doorbell at my place doesnt work and they have record of that so they knocked I was home at the point of delivery. Horrible service very reason I stick with UPS.

No issue with this place everytime i go there in and out in a flash. And im there three times a month.

There is no phone number that you can call locally to find out the status of the packages. The FedEx people delivering from this location are, on occasion, rude and abrupt. I would not run my business like this.
