The crew at this particular UPS are amazing, I had to ship my personal belongings from Daytona Beach to Ontario, they did an amazing job packing everything and shipping it 1250 miles without any hassle, if you need anything shipped Debbie will make sure its done right 👍

Writing this review as a consistent customer and as someone who was in line when Mr. Bowling (negative reviewer below me) was shipping his package. The amazing workers at the desk informed him multiple times that the $17 option he wanted was through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and not UPS. They let him know it was NOT guaranteed and that he had a better chance using UPS ground. Mr. Bowling elected to ignore this and go ahead with his shipment using USPS only to come back and make a scene when it inevitably got there late, as the workers explained it would. To anyone that reads Mr. Bowlings review, do not let his ignorance hurt your image of this store and its workers. Jymme, Cameron, & Quinn have some of the best customer service Ive ever seen and ALWAYS go above and beyond to help people solve their shipping needs in the best way possible.

Great customer service!! I am a full time rvr and were staying at the campground 13 miles away. I had my mail forwarded via 2 day ups here and got some items printed. Each time I have been here EVERYONE working here has been very kind, happy, efficient and helpful.They should train everyone at ups on customer service.

Paid for two day delivery was guaranteed it would arrive on Wednesday. Package did not arrive until Friday. Requested refund and they refused. Said there is no guarantee for it to arrive on time. $17.00 down the drain.

I love this store and the people who work there. They are helpful, patient, and efficient, and have a great sense of humor. To me, this store is like an extension of my home office. Im in there all the time, getting huge amounts of photocopies and/or massive printouts, and/or mailing stuff. They make everything enjoyable, aaaand theyre great about finding the cheapest way for me to ship things. Just cant say enough good about them.

It seems that customer service these days is not what is use to be....BUT not with this place, especially Cameron. Long story short. I live in TN and my elderly mother lives in Ormond Beach, FL. I was sending back my mother her Ipad, which she routinely messes up and mails to me to fix it. :) It was sent to the UPS store down the street from her condo. And Cameron without even blinking an eye offered to take it to my Mom on his lunch break! This was HUGE to my mother as she does not drive and her IPAD is her lifeline to see what all of her kids, grandkids and great grandkids are doing via Facebook. So, today Cameron...you were someones hero and I want you to know how much you are appreciated. Thank you for the bottom of my hear!

I needed prints done for work, I emailed them exactly what I needed and the quantity. I called the next morning make sure they were ready for pick up and not only did they not have them done but they didnt bother to notify me that they didnt have the right size paper in stock so that I could call somewhere else. They completely wasted my time and now I dont have what I need and his excuse was they probably didnt call you because it was a busy day

I use this store a lot. Normally in a frantic rush. I never know quite what Im doing but the lady, Jymee?, and the young man, Cameron ? who work there are ALWAYS kind, calm and thorough. Very knowledgeable.Very professional, and, helpful ! I have seen such a long line yet they treat every one of us special as if we were the only one once you get up to the counter. The also multitask!! No one is ever left not served. Id highly recommend this little UPS store. You can do anything there (tech), as well, and you are always helped with patience and kindness.

Cameron is absolutely amazing. I was helping a customer refinance his vehicle. Im in Colorado and the customer was local to this store. The customer had no cell phone, email or computer. I called this store and Cameron let me email the loan papers to him. Cameron assisted the customer when he arrived in printing, scanning and signing the papers. Cameron scanned and emailed everything back to me AND provided a copy of all loan documents to the customer. All while maintaining a smile, patience and positive attitude that I heard over the phone. Above and beyond customer service. Hes a ray of sunshine.

What. Great place. They know us by name and are very professional, friendly and work quickly and efficiently to take care of everyone. Terrible customer service. They told me one thing that I needed to bring for notary, then when I got there changed their story and said that wasnt good enough.When I asked why I was told to bring that particular item if it wasnt going to be good enough anyway, they cut me off, talked over top of me, and then said I was rude. While shes on the phone with someone else, not listening to what I was saying.They were talking to me in the midst of talking to someone else on the phone. They were rude. I will never go back, and I will tell everyone about the terrible customer service for years.

Above and beyond service! I work two jobs, so finding time to drop off packages can be a bit of a challenge. Jymme, the front-end women took my packages when the system was down. She then texted me my confirmation slip when the system was up and let me know if any issues occured in processing. So grateful to have it all done today and not have to find time to go back another time. place is very clean and all staff are so friendly. Great drop off place!
