Getting to the store: IT IS VERY EASY. Drive up the north circular drive just a tad north of Earl St. and park your car on the right. Lock your car and give the keys to valet. Go into the hotel and turn right and the store is right there. You do not need to pay valet or have them park your car. When you are done at the store, just get your keys from valet. You do not have to wait for them to bring you your car.Getting Your Printing Done: Mark, Steve, Tonya and the other gal who I cannot remember her name are the best. They are very fast, efficient and easy to work with. The quality of the printing is excellent.I will absolutely use no other printer. The place is easy to get to, the employees are great people, the printing is fast, the quality excellent and the prices are reasonable.FEDEX Store in the Hilton is a hidden gem.

HARD TO FIND! Right across from the Hyde park inside the Hilton.Second entrance of the Hilton. No signage out side so I had to kinda drive back and forth on Atlantic.My bad I didn’t call and asked for directions.The valet does let me park on the side curb while my keys are in the car with no hassle.. just ask him..No cell phone service so if you’re in a rush and in need to email while you are there login to the Hilton network right away..Basic customer service skills by the people attending the place.The guy did teach me something new today however only after I asked..Print and Go and I’m thankful.

Great place with incredible service

Hard to find because there is no sign outside. Go inside the Hilton and turn right after the registration desk. Great service. No convenience fee for dropping off a package.

Its in the Hilton hotel, you need to first convince the hotel parking attendant to let you park without paying for valet service, then pay a $10.00 convenience fee to drop of a prepaid package!Further, their credit card readers do not Chip, only dangerous swiping, and no Apple Pay support. Use at your own risk.

They will do everything in their power to convince you that they cannot help you. This store is a time waster and should only be considered under dire circumstances.

The nicest staff I have ever encountered at one of these stores. Its inside the Hilton, but the valets keep your car for you while youre inside.
