One of the cutest places. Both the food and atmosphere were delicious. The place is plenty big to bring a small group and quiet enough to grab a seat and work.

The atmosphere at the Exchange is always friendly and inviting. The ambience is earthy, rich leather, and comfortable. The staff knows you by name and smiles! The coffee is higher quality than any Starbucks, well worth what you pay for. Every time you step into the Exchange I am stepping into a vibrant community where you will feel right at home.

Great atmosphere. Went on a Saturday morning and was extremely busy. It took about an hour from the time we got in the door till the time we got our food. The food was fairly good but personally it wasnt worth the wait for me.

Wasn’t impressed. The decor was pretty cool, I liked that. I also did really enjoy the bubble waffle, but the eggs and bacon left a lot to be desired. Portion sizes were also really small for the price. We went home and basically ate a full breakfast after eating here (for reference, we both ordered the classic breakfast (or something to that nature)). I feel like you’re paying a lot for a nicely decorated place.Now if I could get a stack of those waffles for like $12, that’d be another story, but I’d have to spend $50 on several meals just to fill up. Also, the eggs and bacon were Denny’s quality (not that great). Those waffles though!Okay, maybe I have mixed feelings, the waffle was good. Probably won’t be back though.

I love this coffee place. There is a great atmosphere with a large variety on the menu. The staff is always very friendly. There is lots of parking behind the building and they offer a great student discount.I definitely recommend the fruit bowl and the grilled cheese waffle bites. They are awesome! On that note, I waited over 45 minutes to receive these two things which I personally thought was an excessive amount of time considering that the place was not busy and there were lots of staff.I will absolutely keep coming back to try their new drinks and get some studying done.

Fantastic place, great coffee and food. Wonderful ambience with live edge and recycled decor. Friendly staff, very clean, easy to hear everyone in your group. I had the Philly cheese steak on a crepe, it was delicious! I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Food and drinks are great. Love the all the sweet waffles, the chicken ‘n waffles and Wisconsin Pride. BBQ chicken salad and Chillers are delicious. Drinks are prepared in an adequate amount of time, but food always take a very long time. Typically have to wait 30-45 minutes to receive food. I’ve ordered ahead for pickup a few times and food was not ready at quoted time and I had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes.

I absolutely love this place! Their coffee is so good. I was one of those Starbucks lovers for years but now only very seldom do I go there and only when the Exchange is closed. My favorite is their lavender latte. They also have a large menu for breakfast and lunch! And everything Ive tried is great. Their bubble waffles are unique and very good. The coffee shop is awesome and very relaxing to sit while enjoying your coffee, with plenty of seating options. The staff is ALWAYS so friendly. The only bad thing about this place is that they arent open more😉 as they have stayed to their new covid hours, closing at 2pm. I always keep their coffee beans at home for when I cant get to The Exchange. Best coffee and coffee shop in town! They also have their own barber shop attached which my husband goes to and likes. And hes very particular about his hair.

The people were very friendly patient and had good suggestions. I tried the Pumpkin Thai Iced Tea and Walnut burger on a waffle, they were both delicious! Im excited to visit again and try something new!

Nice atmosphere and good coffee. But the food was not good. We tried a breakfast crepe and a chicken buffalo crepe and they were very salty and not tasty.

Hands down the best coffee shop in De Pere, competes for the best coffee shop in the city. One of my favorites in the world in terms of atmosphere. Some of the most friendly staff I’ve ever experienced in a coffee shop. Tons of space for meeting people and good hours of operation. Plus the coffee shop goes to a great cause in our city.

This has become one of my favorite places in the area. Not only is it a nice, clean environment, but the service is great too. Everyone has always been nice when Ive called in or gone in. There are days where all I can think about are their waffles! Im super happy with the walnut burgers they have. Super tasty and I love having a vegetarian option. The coffees and teas are also very delicious. Cant wait to keep going back.

Very nice establishment tucked away in downtown DePere next to St Norbert College. Has a European feel. Serves Ruby Coffee and specializes in signature dishes featuring waffles and crepes. Service is good but could be better.

Great atmosphere. Industrial meets vintage aesthetic with black paneling, raw cement and bricks walls, gorgeous live edge tables, and antiqued brass fixtures. Enjoy a variety of beverages and quality cuisine at the bar top or one of the reclaimed tables, slide into a booth for more intimate conversation, or cozy up on the Chesterfields and lounge chairs.

Great coffee. Good food great atmosphere

Great coffee, service can be a bit more customer oriented. A few of these ladies have mastered the art of acting as you did not exist while they arrange flowers at the pickup station. I had to dodge 2 workers carrying scalding coffee right by me without making eye contact. Ive seen this place busy and it has operated better than this. This is just a random Thursday, so who knows...just a bad day. My order was given to me and I was told to have a nice day, without giving me the entire order. Seriously worry about the customers, not how cool your shop looks.

**Update** Due to their new hours of only being open until 2:00 p.m. I have not been able to even go to this coffee shop since they changed their hours. I work a day job during the week. These hours are very inconvenient for most people as most people work day jobs or have school during these hours.I have been to almost all the coffee shops in the Fox Valley and I will tell you right now that this the best one, hands down. My wife and I came here for the first time tonight and were blown away by the attention to detail in every aspect of the decor—the amount of space in here was also a pleasant surprise! My wife just looked at me as I am writing this and said, That is the best meal I ever had in my life (I agree). I dont have enough time to rave about this place... So just trust me, youll want to come here.

This place is so awesome! It has one of the best looks and designs at of all the coffee shops in town, the coffee and hot chocolate is amazing and the staff were just so hospitable and full of positive energy!

It takes longer to get your food here however they are making your food to order, the taste is worth the wait.

Im not sure how I had never been here before, but that changed last week. I ordered an iced chai latte, and it was perfect. Next time I plan on trying the food.

I am really liking the Exchange Coffee House. Its got a great atmosphere, excellent coffee and great food options for Vegan and Gluten Free food. We also purchased some coffee beans for at home and its fantastic. I do wish they were open on Sundays, but I understand why they are closed.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! First time I was ever able to eat breakfast while out to eat due to their wonderful gluten free and dairy free menu!

If youre looking to get the hipster experience this is definitely the place. Its got very a nice interior design with urban feel and a small art shop but the food is quite expensive. I ordered the chicken and waffle with the salad that comes with it which is spinach and 3 cherry sized tomatoes. It was like $8 something which had one bubble waffle and diced breaded chicken wrapped inside. It also came with a small side of buffalo sauce and syrup. The waffle was thin, the chicken breading kept falling off. It was ok. I would say if youre looking at a meal, a drink, taxes and tip then plan on around $15 per person.

Mushy waffles, weird, flabby bacon (menu says crispy but what i received looked like cut out human tongues), and chicken that looked like the frozen breaded patties you buy at Walmart. Coffee was decent.

My latte and his mocha were both good. Food was also delicious - I really like the eggy bubble waffles. No problem with our orders, staff were all wearing masks, the place is big enough to encourage social distancing, and the employees were friendly. The place also was very clean. Its a little pricey, but the quality and quantity of food makes it worth it.

Absolutely LOVE this place! They have friendly, happy and super kind employees. They make a point to not only remember you but what you like and go far above and beyond standard to make your experience enjoyable. Even with everything going on, they managed to keep the place feeling comfortable and as close to normal as they could! It is my favorite place to go in all this chaos and they have made my terrible days so much better.

The coffee was very good! We ordered to be delivered at where I work and it was speedy, still cold, and delicious! I ordered a chiller and it was definitely one of the best coffees Ive ever had!

Food was delicious, cant wait to go back to try other menu items! Staff was helpful in explaining everything. Best hot cocoa Ive ever had. The only downside was when I and my fellow coworkers paid... we each left a 20% tip, then realized we had to clear our own tables. They only brought us the food. Live and learn.

I love this place! I grew up in this area, and its nice to finally see a trendy eatery and coffee place around that I would feel comfortable conducting a meeting in. Luna or Alpha Delights just cant compare. The food is amazing, and promptly served. Prices are decent, and I loved the atmosphere. The use of the space might have been one of the best Ive seen in a while. I have already suggested it to my local friends, and will be returning whenever I come into De Pere.

After trying every Coffee Shop in Green Bay I finally found the best. From pour overs to espressos you wont find better in GB or DePere. Anna, Sky and Brian are the best. Thanks guys for always making it a amazing stop.

Disgusting! No masks required, not even by workers. Stopped in to pick up salad which will now just be thrown away. Who wants to eat food that was prepared by a mask-less worker. Absolutely shocking and unbelievable. Have you not heard about the two local businesses that had to close down again because of workers testing positive?!!

I love their coffee and waffles!! Been coming here since they opened and have never left disappointed. Also love that I can browse cute things for sale while I wait for food and drink!

Nice place with good atmosphere. Its a little expensive for what you get though. For a latte they charge for flavor and charge $1 for plant-based milk so my $4 coffee ends up being more like $6. Breakfast here can be $30+ easily for two people, two coffees and a small food item each.

Place used to be a household favorite to go for dinner. Coffee and ambience are great, but the cafe dramatically scaled back their afternoon/evening food options to a menu that isn’t even worth looking at.You can still get the full menu until 200pm, but this place really has the best vibes during the evening and was one of the few places with its quality of food in the area.It’s just a shame that the ownership doesn’t seem to realize what a unique place to eat Exchange was. We probably won’t be coming back.

I love the Exchange... they have an amazing menu selection for both food and drink, and the atmosphere is really cool. Its a great place to meet up with friends or hold meetings with colleagues, and sometimes I even grab my laptop and head over to the Exchange to get some work done.

The experience is a nice change of pace. The menu is healthy while offering tasty alternatives to traditional restaurant menus. They also house a charitable, not for profit retailer that supports victims of human trafficking. God bless.

This place is a great brunch spot. The coffee is very good as is the service. Their menu might appear short but when you see that you can mix up any combination you want it is easy to see how they have options for all. Their kitchen is from scratch but it is well worth the wait

Vanilla bean chiller the best

Staff was great, coffee is okay. No printed reciepts and u pay a service fee to use a credit card or debit card. They do accept cash..I understand that all businesses pay a service fee to accept credit cards, but this service attracts customers. Next time I will go across the street to Luna Cafe; where the coffee is excellant. Or carry cash.

Love this place

Kind of need to break this place down into three points: aesthetic, food, and the shop. The design is amazing, honest. A lot of dark relaxing colors and natural light coming in throughout. I could easily sit a relax for a long time here. I had the savory crepes (mushroom, chives, spinach) and was very impressed. It is not a huge pile of food but is very satisfactory. The little shop inside donates profits to fight human trafficking. Lots of soaps, jewelry and childrens clothes, all of which fit in the rest of the restaurants vibe. One complaint is that a lot of floor space is dedicated to very large tables. Great to bring a group of 4+ but those two tops go fast! If you like places like Kavarna then you will probably enjoy it here too

Such a cute coffee shop. They have great puffles which are sweet waffles and I loved their lattes. I have came in with small groups and it is always a hit.

Food was fun...had strawberry Nutella crepes and Cafe au lait. Would try to avoid the height of the lunch rush; very busy.

Cashier was nice but the drink was a little mediocre. The layout is a little odd and very echoey but had a nice rustic industrial feel. Surprised its only open till 7pm since seems a tad early for a coffee shop.

Its beautiful on the inside and the food was really good, I loved my vegan banana and nutella waffle and my lavender latte with coconut milk was delicious. It didnt take too long to get our food, the service was thorough and attentive and friendly!

Really awesome atmosphere. The architecture is gorgeous. They clientele is diverse and theres plenty of space for both large parties and more intimate situations.

The coffee was really good and the waffels were pretty good as well. The strawberry and creme flavor was a little sickly by the last bites, but overall pleasnt. My only big negative was that the bathroom door didnt lock behind me (and yes I did lock it:P).

Very friendly staff lots of great food options for those of us with dietary restrictions.
