Despite this location always having a line backed up in to the street, I have never had issues when ordering ahead through the Starbucks app. My order has always been prepared correctly and is ready when I walk In. Thank you!

Excellent customer service. Barista kept checking in with us to make sure we were good on temperature and offered to close the blinds for us to reduce glare on our screens.

I was just in town for the weekend and I came here and was greeted with the best service than any Starbucks location I’ve ever been to! Maddie is absolutely amazing! She knew I was only in town for the weekend and the second time I came on my trip she gave me my drink on the house! Such great customer service and just above and beyond!

Long line in drive thru is normal. Expect a wait. But always get my order right and taste great!

Today I was not having the best day, between work problems and recovering from a migraine. As I pulled into the drive-thru, the customer in front of me was taking extra long. I had my window down and heard her complaining to the barista. I thought, great, this is going to be a mess. I finally got up to the window and the barista said, this one is on the house today. Fair to say that this little act of kindness turned me into a puddle of tears. Thank you Main St Starbucks for being the place I can always count on.

They were very slow today, which no big deal when they are busy but they werent hardly busy at all. Then I ordered a venti blonde double shot Expresso over ice. This is what I received. (No I I didnt drink any yet, this cup was 80% empty when I got it!) Then the straw was broken on top of it! Not your best move starbucks! Employees need better training! Not their fault but dont let them go on their own if they arent ready yet!

Ive never had my order wrong at this location. Their mobile ordering never goes down unlike others in the GB area. The line always moves fast so dont let that scare you off! Sometimes we drive to this location even though 2 others are closer to our house!

Extremely kind staff! Went there for three drinks and paid in exact change, and the employee made small talk with us about it while she waited for our drinks to finish. Love it!

Normally great service and food. Today we were charged for an item, they didnt have it, and they let us drive off without it. When we went back in to get our missing item, they did apologize but they told us they didnt have it and asked if we wanted a refund??? Kind of strange customer service.

This is a very nice Starbucks. The staff here are friendly and cheerful. If youre going down the highway, its an easy off and back on again. As always the espresso is particularly good.

Good service but the place has so many flies I really don’t recommend this Starbucks. It’s the only one Starbucks that doesn’t do anything to prevent flies from flying indoors around customers. This is unacceptable. I’m sorry I really like Starbucks but these flies make me not recommend this particular store.

Speed of service. 2/5. Five year barista here. Hire experienced baristas and stop collecting children at minimum wage of you want LEGENDARY customer service. The brand has lost its connection to what made it great.

Pretty standard Starbucks experience. Enough space to work or converse with others (likely could hold 21 across several small tables and one long table, and another handful on some couches). Theyre generally friendly and speedy in terms of service from the couple of times Ive visited. Essentially, its what you expect from Starbucks.

DePere starbucks is good. Staff is pretty friendly and the line moves fairly quick as apposed to some other location. Warning though in the mornings the line at the drive thru is long. However like I said it move fast and the drinks are comparable to other Starbucks around.

A clean,, well-run Starbucks. Drink orders are accurately prepared in a timely manner. Restroom are clean. Gets plenty of traffic in the drive-through window, so ordering ahead with the mobile app is recommended.

I really enjoy the Starbucks more than the others because when I order my coffee, its always for other people. Their patient and help me find exactly what I need to order and they never look at me weird when I say small medium or large.

I might be biased, but I like the drinks and food. I havent tried something that I said never again. I recently tried the egg white, spinach and feta cheese wrap and it was good. I would buy that again. Just love the coffe cake & sliced loaves of pumpkin and lemon. It is a place worth trying of you never have.

I just paid $4.50 for a cup almost filled to the berry lid with ice. I could have gotten a small for this and then just as happy there is way too much ice and I am not happy

Was asked if I had and questions and I responded no thank you. I just am looking at everything and if I decide I will let here know and thank you she then continued to stare with a mean mug at me for the next couple minutes well Im reading the menu...then kept trying to get me to order something after I already told her I will ask if I need anything/questions. Finally I had to tell her so she would leave me the heck alone that Im really NOT a fan of there products but the person Im meeting is. My advice quit hassling your customers...I just was looking and once I nicely tell you I dont need assistance, that is your time to move on and find something to do until Im ready. I went through the drive thru and was thoroughly disappointed. I ordered my drink and come around to the window. There were some stocking stuffers and a credit card machine on the window. There was no indication that I should run my card on my own, so I did not use the machine. I was not greeted by anyone. All the while, I can see two women standing inside in conversation while a gentleman was making drinks. He comes out with my drink and I take it. As he is turning around, I hand him my card. He says Oh, shoves the card into the reader, closes the window, and walks away. I assume he was not happy about his coworkers lack of work ethic? The reader starts beeping and I wait for someone to come back to the window. No one comes. I get sick of the beeping so I pull my card out. Next I sit for about 3 or 4 minutes waiting to be acknowledged so I can have my receipt. One of the talking ladies comes to the window with the drink for the car behind me. I asked for a receipt and she goes oh okay, and looked confused. I drove off without a thanks, come again, or a goodbye.Im not upset about waiting - I have worked in the customer service industry for 15 years, so I get it. Not interested in free stuff (not interested in coming back quite frankly), just improve your performance by having some respect for your customers, acknowledge your customers, or explain how this drive thru is supposed to work? Not sure why you are paying 3-4 employees and dont have anyone manning the drive thru?

Late Sunday on memorial weekend the place was deserted except for our group. Well I see why. Ive had stronger brewed coffee at my moms. After my 4-1/2 drive it got tossed out. GROSS. Should have saved my $ or stopped in Green Bay 3 miles up the road. Too bad to leave a city with such a bad taste in the mouth! Not anywhere near the quality of an Venti Americano from the chain. Her Venti Au Lait was the same weak, undrinkable toss it out poorness. Shameful. Still quick & courteous. Clean place. Easy on & off even with road construction.

Very disappointed. Ordered a caramel light frappuccino. Apparently caramel light means light on the caramel because it had absolutely no flavor.

My first time to this Starbucks we went in around 8pm and were greated by a friendly barista. Unfortunately my daughter and I were disappointed with our latte. She ordered a pumpkin spice and I had the new maple pecan...we both order these often but at different locations. They were just not very good...not flavorful and neither of us drank more than 1/3 of our drink. I know they would have remade it but since we took ours to go I didnt want to go back. Starbucks is a real treat for us so it was hard to see our $10 combined drink total wasted.
