When I got my new 2016 Ford Explorer, I opted for the model with a hands free SYNC navigation system. Today I received notice that a new map update is available, but (SURPRISE!) to get it Ford wants another $149. Funny how the sales people dont mention that it costs to update SYNC maps. Google maps are far superior to SYNC maps, plus they get updated regularly, way more than once a year, FOR FREE. Business must be bad to nickel and dime customers like this. Boo Hiss Ford!
