When I first walked into the store it was very inviting. The two sales associates which were a man and a woman sorry I forgot yall names because I was so excited that they help me out. I went to the store around 7:00 pm on a Saturday and I got excellent customer service. Much appreciated.

They lied about the price & billed my checking. They sent a bill that was way too much for what we bargained for. I will never do business with AT&T or Direct TV again. They are both shady businesses with poor customer support. I called to clarify my problems & express my unhappiness & I was hung up on. I Will consider reporting them to the Federal Trade Comission & Consumer Protection Agency!!!
Absolutely worst customer service Ive ever personally experienced. I will never go back to this store and I suggest you avoid it as well. I only wish I could rate 0 stars,1 is far too good....
Mike Snyder was Awesome!! He was patient to answer our questions and explain everything so we could make the best decision. He always made us feel like a valued customer . He was available by phone, text and responded back in a timely manner. His customer service was of Gold Standard.

Excellent. Bad employess but the girl who waited on us was excellent. I quit AT&T thought because I was not happy with their cellular service.
The staff here is absolutely amazing! I came in with a relatively difficult case and they made sure that everything was handled and taken care of for me. They had a full and complete understanding of the AT&T system and all of its strange loopholes and caveats. Lead by their amazing manager, Caitlyn, I saw her handle multiple customers flawlessly to make sure everyone was being taken care of in a timely manner. This is the only location that I would go to get help with my phone.
I dealt with Salma today and she was wonderful. She took care of all my needs with no issue. Every time that Ive had to come in this store they were always pleasant. Couldnt ask for any better service!
Had a horrible experience with my encounter at ATT, the employee that was assisting me was pleased to sell us the new service. I was told a price in which I was alright with, the bill comes and wasn’t the price I was promised, many things were not the same as I was told. I bought three phones, when I checked them for gbs it wasn’t the amount that was promised either. Not a lot of cellular carriers have scammed me, long story short I called customer service and each. representative told me different things, I had to opt out of ATT, to T-Mobile which gave me 4 lines for the price of 2 ! And all new phones for 0 down payment ! Att almost screwed up my credit, I had to pay the full price of all 3 phones as a one time payment in order for them not to send me to collection, I honestly would not recommend att for anyone, I had to share my story with everyone else so no one can fall in the same trap as I did
I am a new ATT customer. I transferred my service from another provider at a Sams Club. There were a couple issues that popped up as we were setting things up. I visited the store and Mike was amazing to work with. He patiently answered all my questions and clarified things. I will not hesitate to visit this location again & recommend Mike to my family and friends. He deserves a raise. 😁

Went to this location yesterday afternoon (Sunday 29th) and was welcome and asked to wait for a short time (was happy to wait since we were soon gonna get amazing service). We went to get my mother setup & Caitlyn R was an amazing help to us. Got my mother switched over to prepaid so smooth it was like butter. Any questions we had she answered & knew all the answers. If you Arent BUYING a Phone, you are Annoying the Staff !They look happy & friendly on Approach, but then you are Only paying a Bill Cell or Cable ... and Suddenly obviously, not Happy they got stuck with You ! Lol .....thats based on time over the past 2 years, monthly. But, Of course NOT ALL Employees fall under that bad review.....but more than just here n there !

I go a long time between getting a new cell so I dont keep up to date on new cellphone technology. Rep did more than place my new sim in my new phone, e.g. explained that my old cell without sim is like a little computer - didnt know that 👍. So I can still use old cell. He accessed info from old cell and placed it on new cell - which was good. Especially since I didnt spend any money, all the help was very much appreciated. I wished my phone experience was like my store experience. I had to contact 4 people before being informed I needed to go to the corporate store to get a sim card.

I wish I could give zero stars. Had to go into this horrible location 2 days in a row. 1st, it smelled like bad body odor. I thought it was just the worker who “didn’t” help me. I had to call customer service. Long story, left store to deal with them on the phone. They said to go back the next day and pay a lower bill, it was resolved. Great. I went back. It reeked of body odor. It wasn’t just the one.. Big surprise, it wasn’t fixed on yesterday’s phone call. Had to call again. 3 different calls this time. I’m literally HUNCHED OVER PLUGGING MY EAR TRYING TO LISTEN TO THEIR REPRESENTATIVE ON MY PHONE!! The works were NOT working but being loud, laughing and having a great time. That’s fine but when a CUSTOMER can’t get help?? Really?? So, I finally said “guys, really? I can’t hear, can you keep it down?” THE MANAGER KALVIN told me I Was being rude!! REALLY??!! Then he said “Yeah, that’s how we do things in here!” Who made this guy a manager??Do not enter this rude, filthy store!!
I’ve visited this location three different times for a simple problem they had no knowledge how to fix. I wish I can give them gave them -5 stars I had 3 different guys helping me they keep asking each other’sNo one was sure how to help me One person said we can’t help him he bought a bad watch because I told them I bought it on eBay. Simple fix all they had to do add a line to the watch I had to call advance AT&T help to find out why my watch not working .This crew is helpless they need training before they work there especially this a corporate store they should know better if you have to go there call first make sure the be able to help you with your problem First other then that you will Waste your time,I know me I will never go there again.

Me and my mother came in to the store today and it was the most wonderful customer service we have experienced in quite some time! Ryan was who had helped us and I must say he was nothing short of a delight! A man even came in while we were being helped and specifically wanted Ryan to help him. We definitely can see why. SOMEONE give this guy a raise!
Went in to this store with hopes of doing a simple upgrade, but was miss lead and given a new line. I was told By the in-store rep to call and cancel the old line the next day. Only to find out that I had to pay for the old line for 3 months. Extremely disappointed, i go to cancel the new deal due not being provided correct information. But they ended up charging me $55 to cancel. Total trash, the scammed me once, charged me for it and tried to scam me again. Buyers beware, att is great. But stick with a different location.

Had some very slow service in the past and would typically drive to Allen Park store or others despite this being a few blocks from my house. Decided to try again last month and this month only to make payments and both times had pretty decent service and not bad wait times. The model is similar in all ATT stores, but the people make the difference and this store has had some ups and downs with people.
Your team of agents and supervisors are terrible they all need more training. I have been contacting you guys 1 to 3 times a month and stay on the phone from 3 to 10 hours at a time. They say they have my bill fixed and every month since March you guys keep shutting all 3 of my services off. They admit its their fault. They say they will call me back but never do.then you guys want to charge me for reconnect fees late fees and all. I call get it straightened up bill to 0 amount then in 2 days I owe 50 dollars. Example I called Thursday and the guy said I only owed 115.78 for my bill that was due on October 13. All my services was shut off again. Then I called on that Saturday and they would not turn it back on till I played 228.49. I did to get all services turned back on I have been doing this since March every month. So I set an appointment upon that Monday. They called no help at all and the sad part is no one I talked to could explain why I got charged that. Plus ever since March every month my all 3 services get shut off. Its on your guys part with price gauging and extra fees. Everyone I talk to says its fixed and they will take care of the reconnect fees since it is on your part and they will call but your team is so disrespectful and irresponsible no call backs so Im thinking it got fixed. Then the next month it is shut off again. Im without all 3 services for 5 to 7 days a month. Your team says there is nothing they can do. So as of today I am getting with the better business bureau and reporting all that is going on. When my contract is up or most likely before I am going with a competitor they will be 100 times more respectful and responsible than your team. I would never recommend you to anybody. You can check and see how many times I call and how long I am on the phone with you guys its all recorded. If I would have to grade you guys in every aspect I would give you guys a double f.
Had a bad experience in the past. Came in for a charger and was helped promptly. Everyone was very friendly and positive. Will be back soon for my upgrade.

Horrible phone customer service when I call into the corporation. Time consuming and takes multiple layers of automated teller plus holds and transfers when trying to call customer service. Delano at ATT store was great but he was not enabled by the corporation to help with my combined bill problem. Delano and the other store front employees were very patient and helped me work through the phone maze. Thank you Delano

I had visited this store a few times, and each time was met with rude service and lies. Nesserine Tiberia, who goes by “Nina” actually told me to look on my phone to see the color of the green iPhone 11 because she said that there would be no way of being able to tell without taking it out of the box. Then when she brought out the phone, she said “Oh look at that, it does show the color of the phone on the box”. Then as we sat down, she started asking me rude personal questions like “Did you move here by yourself?” After a while, she found out that I was looking for the 64 gb phone, and since she brought out a 128gb phone, i had to wait another 15 minutes until she came back with another phone. She wouldn’t even transfer the iPhone case onto my new phone, I waited until the last second, then i ended up doing it myself. I then came back to exchange the phone because I didn’t really care for the color i had chosen, and the Manager, Mark, let me know that they didn’t have the color I wanted, but that a nearby store in Lincoln Park had 6 in stock. So he said if they didn’t waive the $55 restocking fee, he would then apply a credit towards my account. Well needless to say, i exchanged the phone at the Lincoln Park store, which i ended up paying the $55 restocking fee, then came back only to find Mark left. Mark’s manager (at least that‘s what Calvin said— and I thought Mark was the manager) said he would apply the $55 credit towards my account. Last morning, my cell phone wasn’t working, and found out my service had been shutoff. 1) I was on autopay so I don’t know how that happened and 2) I ended up paying the full price to renew service for another month, which meant no credit was applied. These people are such bottomfeeders that I have not ever experienced this level of disrespect before, other than at the Days Inn hotel in Warren, MI. Will NEVER come back to this store again, and am now considering switching to either Sprint or Verizon.
Every time I call they NEVER answer I’ve called 6 different times and no answer what so ever! When I do go in the store the staff is not friendly and I’m always their for 2+ hours this AT&T is the worse location they need better staff that will actually answer the phone.
They were work able to help me get all my contacts back from the cloud I store to mine I did not get my problem resolved. Yet the people in there are kind and helpful as they can be for what its worth

Dont ever go to this store! Be warned! I was 4-th in line and after an hour I was down to 3. I was not in a hurry but I saw people coming, waiting for 15-20 minutes and leaving. After AN HOUR and like 10-15 minutes I left disappointed. Nobody comes to you to say sorry for the wait or stuff like that. Nobody in the store cares about the customers! Again be warned!
Some of the staff are very friendly and glad to help but others act like theyre doing you a favor when you walk in the door.this the first time I went there the young lady gave me great service, the second time I went back to solve a simpler problem a gentleman there with very unprofessional poorly trained and just rude. I visited this store on a Sunday afternoon when there were quite a few customers already. A female staff (sorry I forgot her name) led me in and had me seated comfortably in front of a big TV. The waiting time was reasonable. It felt like just 3 minutes since I was enjoying the TV show in this bright, clean, organized and quite room.Then the nice young man Ryan came and took an excellent care of me. He answered all my questions professionally, checked and configured my phone to make sure it had the best performance, helped me select the most practical plan, and finally activated my service and set up my account.This was the fifth local stores I visited in the past week. The other four (including Sprint, T mobile, Cricket and another AT&T) were either not willing to help me or unable to solve the technical problems. I am very satisfied with the service of 2480 S Telegraph store.
The personnel at this store are the best. I cant thank Ryan Murray and Steve, the store manager, enough for helping me through a difficult situation that started at another location that set me up with a plan that I didnt need or want. Real stand up gentlemen. Thanks a million.Let me just put out a warning for all future AT&T customers. Not all AT&T stores are the same. Some are corporate owned which = great customer service and accountability if things go wrong, and some are privately owned third party stores which = bad customer service and no accountability. Look for the Kiosks in the store which indicates they are owned by AT&T.
