Gonna be real honest everything is great here they do the best phone repairs but the customer service I think they can do better on that, may try putting a smile on your face when your infront of your customers.

The only reason I gave them a two not a one star is Becuase they were very respectful. I took my phone who had broken screen to fix it . I decided to purchase the original iPhone screen; just though it’s better than getting the cheaper screen. They were nice to ask me to get it redone to fix the issues; but my phone still has issues, especially the keyboard. They asked me to come back again Therefore, I am very disappointed:(

Beautiful repair, a handsome young man approached me at the counter and responded to me quickly. I gave him my half destroyed Iphone 6, in fact, not only did he completely fix my phone but he transformed it into a completely new phone. Will visit again right away.

I bought an iPhone 8+ from this establishment. It worked fine for not even a month before I had major issues with the phone. I took it back to them to fix it and it couldn’t be fixed so they said. The one guy tried to accuse me of trying to either work on the phone myself or took it to another place to be worked on. When I told him I did no such thing. He said I was making no sense and that I wasn’t being truthful with him. So I say all this to say that this may not be the place to buy a used phone because basically I’m out of 450 bucks, with still no working phone 😭

1. Brought in to replace the back cover of the cell phone. The replacement was made the same day.2. Ok price.3. Back cover cracked the next day from heat when left cell phone inside the car for 20 minutes to get some groceries (Was the quality of back cover material good?)4. Brought in for replacement, no warranty of service was given. The replacement was not made.5. Conclusion: ok price but risky if variations in temperature and pressure occur to the material.

Took my perfectly fine iPhone 6 to get my screen fixed for 45 dollars and they fried my whole phone after keeping it for a week. Tried to make me pay to buy a new phone or theyd down grade me for free. I shouldnt get down graded for have to pay for a new phone because they screwed up my phone. Wouldnt recommend this place

Got referred here by my coworker and they fixed my iphone XR really fast, Less than a day later I started having ghost touch issues, and then week later my entire screen stopped working. I took it back within the 30 day warranty and the cashier yelled at me about how it was my fault for not purchasing the more expensive option. Bonus: I spoke to the coworker who referred me and her screen also stopped working.

I took my IPhone 7 on October 26 Friday 2018 and I told them I wanted my screen fixed and told them I wanted a original screen but then after I took a look at the phone it had a bubble in the screen and half of the phone did not work I took it back and they fixed it again and then I didn’t have 3D Touch and after that I came back the next day because there was another bubble and mind you this was the original screen. Was very rude and didn’t like the costumer service and was very very rude to me and told me why I was talking to costumers about the issue and then told me he didn’t care and I just left this is the worst place I have ever been to I hate the people that work there and how rude and disrespectful they were never in my life have I seen people like this🤬👎

The repair was professional and fast but the price charged once repairs were complete was an additional $10 because they supposedly quoted the wrong price. I found the excuse hard to believe because I asked twice prior to phone being repaired since the price quoted was less than the published price. The exact quote was “it’s only $25 now”.

Its ok but my mom took my iphone 6s plus to get fixed and it was nice for like a week. But then one day i dropped my phone and the screen starting coming off. Like it was lifted off of my phone and now my phone screen is just swinging off of my phone and the home button doesnt work and it came out. Also ever since my screen started lifting up, touch id was disabled. So now I cant use my phone because you have to press the home button to put in the password and when it does let me put in my password, certain sides of the screen dont work. Please respond

The worst customer service ever. The older man treats everybody terribly. Took my screen in to be replaced and i came back to change it, he tried blaming me and he changed it for after a hassle. Went home and the screen was messed up again. I didn’t even go back I just took my phone somewhere else. This guy has horrible customer service very rude and his work is bad too. Never coming back

They might be fast with repair, but they cause other problems. Took my phone in to get the screen fixed, he fixed the screen but broke my mic/speaker. This was my 2nd time going there and it will be my last...its sad because I was impressed by the work he did the 1st time so when I cracked my screen again, I figured I would just go back and get it fixed again...Nope! And I dont want to sound paranoid but I think he bugged my phone because its been doing a lot of weird stuff and the camera randomly comes on now for no reason. Just steer clear from this place. Ill trash this phone and get another one. Ridiculous!

Never again! He put a screen on my sons Iphone. It started acting up again. We took it back with the receipt, they told us we didnt get the screen fixed there and that the screen wasnt their product. WE BROUGHT THE RECEIPT. The guy who originally fixed it wasnt there so they told us we had to come back the next day. We live no where close to this place. It was recommended by a family member. We came back the next day in the snow and the actual guy who fixed it told us the same thing! He said that it wasnt his product but he was the one who put it on! After going back and forth, he finally fixed it. It was extremely frustrating because we KNOW we didnt go anywhere else. I will never go back. Such an inconvenience. Well just go to Apple next time and pay the hefty fee instead of being called liars and having to plead our case.

You pay for what you get! I dropped my son’s IPad off to just get the screen fix. The iPad worked fine just had a Cracked screen. Paid $75 get the iPad back and the screen keep jumping to different apps & my home button was lose now! Took it back told the man the problem he called himself fixing it 😒 The button not lose anymore but my screen STILL keep jumping & fast forwarding his movies on Netflix! Waste of MONEY! Shop somewhere else. 🙅🏾‍♀️
