MY EXPERIENCE HAS ALWAYS BEEN GOOD BUT THIS TIME IT WAS OUTSTANDING.WHEN A MECHANIC PUT ON THE SAME ALTERNATOR HE TOOK OFF THE FINE FOLKS AT DECATUR AUTO PARTS TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT FOR THE COST OF GETTING ME A 2ND ONE AND DELIVERING IT. {THATS WHEN THE DRIVER NOTICED WE HAD THE UNIT THAT WAS DELIVERED THE FIRST TIME WAS NOT ON THE VEHICLE}. GREAT SERVICE AND PEOPLE.

Bought an engine fom decatur auto parts back in 2019 spent over 3 thousand dollars trying to get my car running again . said the oil pan just needed replaced because the engine had a crack in the pan. come to find out the engine block was broken and engine was locked up according to the shop i had the car at we cant do anything about that they said that was bought last year. yeah because ive been saving my money all year to get the car running again.

Parts, cheap too.. the quality of the parts is good but the price is cheap, k just wanted to be clear about that on that one

Ordered a hood and fender told them what color and condition i needed and what i got was not even close and cost more than the one i ended up with in better condition, they wanted to argue about it when i brought it to their attention. Poor showing with the customer service on that transaction.
