My ARE truck topper installed 3 years prior by H&H had an issue with the tailgate key lock. i was on a service call in Decatur and called the location there. The store manager for H&H in Decatur AL. was very understanding and very polite He understood that with several thousand dollars worth of tools and parts in the back of my truck and more calls to catch that i needed to be back on the road quick. within 30 minutes I was repaired and on my way . Joe Simmons was really professional and cared about my issue and my need to be back at work. I will always recommend them to anyone that needs such great service

Went first week in oct 2020, spoke with a very large young man who was helpful about spray in bed liner and bed cover on a new truck. Went back 10/10/20, and was there when store opened. First of all,, when I walked in,, the guy in the office looked through office window like i was invading histime and space.. i said hello,, no response.. and did not come out.. walked back out of store and waited for next employee to finally arrive. Told him I Wanted to go ahead and buy a bed cover and was told that it would have to be ordered which is fine. Wanted to know when it could be there and also price on another cover and to know about some other products. He had no info. Told me I would have to speak to dude in office because he only put on parts. Waited several more minutes for man in office to come speak with me but I was not his priority at all. So after waiting being there before opening, entering store after opening, waiting on another employee to arrive after opening, and then standing around for almost 20 min., I left with no more knowledge than I drove here with and money in my pocket to spend at another accessories place. Its a shame that customers time is not important these days. I work five days a week so my time is important to me too.

Went for a b and w gooseneck and never nothing in stock, manager checked is PC and one was in stock at there Huntsville location. Asked for a price and verify it was physically there, said yea no problem. Drove there to get a rude sales guy. Said it wasnt in stock and told me I should have called if I didnt want to waste my time. Didnt ask if Id like to place an order nothing ! Im a business owner and love to try and keep my money spent local but that was the 3rd location I went to today, definitely never even think of wasting my time again with this company!!

Store manager very helpful. Install guys did a great job even they have less than perfect working conditions. The district manager (Brandon Marley) happened to be there and he is a little snobby jerk. Wants to talk down to people. Acts as though they are doing you favor by your purchase of their products

Ive bought 2 big storage buildings and have been very satisfied. They brought them out and set them up, done a great job.BUT I bought a pool in April and it has taken forever to get it set up and its at least 2 inches off on 1 side, very unlevel. Plus there is a rock or sharp object that was left under the liner and I bought the extra pad to go under it. They do have installations subcontracted out to a guy named Johnathan and hes a smart alec and wont answer his phone or return calls. Your product is only as good as your customer service so if you buy a pool make sure you have your own company to set it up.

I visited the Decatur store, looking for several accessory items for the Chevy Silverado I had just purchased. I was very impressed with your employee, Joe, who was very helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to obtain online information on various items in response to our questions. He and his associate, whose name I did not get, promptly installed the Weather Tech floor liner I purchased. All in all, the store visit was enjoyable---and I will return!!!

My employer bought a camper shell for our company truck. The shell doesn’t work for what we do. H & H doesn’t exchange camper shells once purchased. We have now got to live with it. My suggestion, go somewhere that will make sure your happy even after purchase.

These guys are awesome! I came in with a couple of odd questions and they went out of their way to help me. Waiting on insurance to make a decision, but if I buy a new building, it will be from here.

I purchased WeatherTech window deflectors online but could not get the rear ones to install correctly. Before sending them back I called WeatherTech and they recommended I stop off at H&H because they have an excellent rating of service.I was not disappointed. Josh came out and introduced me to their installing Joe who was awesome at installing the rear deflectors. He admitted that the ones with the clips were hard but you could tell he was experienced at what he does.H&H also sells pools and greenhouses, both of which Id love to have.Be sure to stop by and tell them you read my review.

I purchased two items from this store ($60). The person working that day told me I could return them if they didn’t work with my vehicle. When my wife tried to return them six days later, the person working that day was very annoyed that I would return something. He told her what a hassle it would be and didn’t want to do it. Basically when you buy something here you can’t return it without paying a 20% restocking fee ( which wasn’t told to me at the time of purchase) and making the employees very mad. If it’s such a hassle to have customer service, it’s a hassle for me to shop there.

H&H does good work for a great value and very fast. I’ve done a lot of business with them. Would definitely recommend checking them out for your vehicle accessory needs!
